Awesome product and incredible customer service. We ordered two dye sublimated, fully branded 10 x 10 event tents. The rigidity and structural integrity of the tents was beyond what we anticipated. The printing and color matching was spot on. The only hiccup was due to UPS, not San Diego Banner Printing. Andys constant follow up with us and UPS to assure that we received the tents in time epitomizes the definition of customer experience. Hands down, they will be my agencys choice for our clients event needs.

Ohhhh this company has been wonderful!!!!I had a file I wanted printed into a banner, without paying much attention to what I’m ordering I pay for it, send the file and that’s it.Andy reaches out, says he received my order but I purchased a small table top banner, and my file is actually for a tall retractable banner. I’m amazed that he reached out to make sure this is what I wanted. We went back and forth he was giving me options that fit what I needed. Always thorough, always helpful. My file needed to be resized, he offered for his graphic designer to work on that.Now my banner has been ready for 1.5 weeks? I ordered it Sat, he said it would be done Tue, and it was. I procrastinated going to pick it up, then decided it would be easier to ship it, and I need it in a few days in another state. He gave me shipping options, making sure it would arrive in time.Andy you were such a gem to work with, over the top patient and helpful to my project that I had no idea on how to order.
