Over time, our monument sign got old and needed to be replaced. First contact with the company was to get an estimate and was with Eddie. Eddie, came out to the site where the old sign was. We talked about what was needed. He then sent emails, texts, and phone calls to make sure we were both on the same page. Within days, we had the layout, size, and the final price (which, by the way, very very reasonable). In my line of work, I have to get at least three estimates. Eddie included little things in the project that other companies wanted to charge for. After accepting and signing the contract with the company he works for, Eddie stayed involved all the way through the entire project. This is rare, usually you have to deal with millions of people within the company to get things done. The communications between the company and us were awesome. We had a small change during the process and Eddie was there and made it all happen smoothly. I keep mentioning Eddie, I know there is a whole team that was involved, but he made it easy for us throughout the whole process. I even stopped by there shop, and it was very professional looking and from the first person who greeted me to the time I left, made me feel very comfortable and important. I even met the owner and had a few laughs. The day it got installed was epic. They had a small crew come out and within hours had it hooked up and in the right place. The crew didnt disturb any of our tenants at the shopping center. I am very pleased with their work, ethics, and execution of the project. I will be using them again in a few months to do another monument sign. If you are in east county, Santee, come out to Prospect Ave / Magnolia Ave, you cant miss it, especially at night !!!! I had a sign made and after it was mounted I noticed a problem with one of the words. I contacted Bernie and explained the problem and he realized that Signarama and I were both at fault for not noticing the error. Even so, Bernie offered to reprint the sign at no cost. Now thats what I call outstanding customer support. I took the sign back and in 30 minutes I had the new sign, remounted it, and it looks great. What a class act!

Very unprofessional.I came in with a couple questions and wasnt greeted appropriately. I asked to see their vinyl material and wasnt allowed to see their reflective vinyl. The lady in the office literally said: Im not going to bring it down to show you.How can you expect a customer to invest in their printing and products if we cant even see what were paying for?Dont bother with this shop, Im sure youll find plenty more that are actually helpful.
