Looked for a newer product they didnt carry not sure if they were going too ever get it

I have had nothing but GREAT experiences at Vix Vapes. Courtney is very knowledgeable and friendly and so is Chris and I can get everything I need there. Thank you guys for being the best. Its been over a month since my original review and I am more and more impressed with Chris than when I first wrote my review. He just keeps getting better! Whatever I need, he gets done for me quickly and efficiently.......ALWAYS !!! THANKS CHRIS. YOURE THE BEST !!!!!!!!

They know their stuff! Flavors are great. Tell them what you like and theyll set you up. Walked in there the other day and walked out with 4 winners. And they were buy three get one free! No, they arent paying me. I just love those guys. I want them to stay in business forever.

Hands down, my favorite little vape shop in SoCal. Will definitely break from my obsessionwith the big name brand juices and give their house juice a try next visit. Young lady behind the counter gave me her undivided attention A+ customer service.

Honestly, I really want to like this place. Its 5 minutes from my house, and has juices that the other stores dont have. My bad experiences first started on my very first visit, when I went to go drop off a resume. Ive been vaping for about 4 years, and was thinking it would be awesome to work so close to home in an industry I really like. I walked in, and the lady who works there, who I believe is the owners daughter, is complaining about not having enough help. Perfect right? Then she starts bad mouthing younger workers to a regular customer, all the while I am standing in front of her with my resume in hand. She didnt even greet me as I walked in. She finishes up with the customer, and I hand her my resume. She looks at it for like, a second, and tells me they dont need help right now and that theyll maybe call me. Thats just the first visit.Both the second and third times I have been, Ive never been greeted as I walk in. I have to make myself noticed, and when they do, its like Im bothering them for service. I dont butt in to other customer interactions, Im not rude. Its just like my very presence is a hassle. If youre not happy, you shouldnt work here. And to the owners daughter, just because your parents own the place, it doesnt mean you get to be rude all the time. The extra star is for the juice selection. I probably wont return though.

Great service vary friendly and easy to talk with. And if you have questions the staff are more than willing to give you and answer.

These guys are always willing to help with any vaping questions I have for them.They never have a problem with building my coils for my atomizers either.I gotta learn to build mine so I can quit bugging them about it. Their house e-juice flavors are great too and are reasonable prices. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone who vapes.

I live in MN and was visiting CA. I was running low on supplies and went to Vix. I like their juice much better than what Ive been getting in my home town. I will be ordering from Vix from now on.

These guys are amazing! Christopher has always helped me with anything I need here. Extremely educated and knowledgeable on E-Cigs, juice and the way they work!

One of the best if not the best Vape shops i have ever had the privilege of being a patron of. The staff is friendly and helpful especialy Chris will go back soon.

I have to say i know nothing about vaping, so walking into a vape shop was a little difficult for me. Thankfully, the staff were very helpful and understanding. Chris helped me with everything and even gave me tips on how to get started vaping. 10/!0 for the staff alone.

I dropped by Vix the other day off a recommendation from a friend. Honestly, its a little gem. The shops small, but has that candy store quality; display cases with mods, and a backdrop of rows upon rows of e-juice. Im a beginner when it comes to vaping (I have one of those little Smok stick mods), so I needed some guidance. Chris, behind the counter, knows his stuff quite well, and chatted me up about what I like in the juices Ive had before. At the end of the day, I bought two Naked Menthol juices (0 nic Frost Bite and 3 nic Brain Freeze), and I thought they were awesome. With Chris to help me out, Ill definitely be back in the future!

You know the revolution has hit your front door when the sleep surfer/retirement community of San Clemente has an e-cigarette store. They only have less than half a dozen tobacco shops which is small all things considered.A few things I love about them is their inventory is out on display, not hidden in the back in boxes like unpacked inventory. All clearly labeled and front facing is a joy to see. They get a lot of foot traffic being on a main drag, but that also means parking sucks and you guessed it the location is tiny. They have a few chairs which makes relaxing cool and the staff is friendly and helpful, but I wish they paid more attention to the batterys, mods and tips in the display cases and keep the juices out. What I mean by that is the liquids are so vast and abundant its really a bit more of trial and error in the tastings and no matter how pretty the bottles its the flavor they are after, but a mod on the other hand can make or break a deal. Lots of places are sold out of ITaste and they are well stocked. Its a nice initial foray into the VV mod game, its convenient with the USB and a classic step up from the ego sticks.I am a fan of the flavor book and the separation of brands and kinds and flavors and I like how they keep the tasters behind the counter and personally hand you assembled with cleansing wipes in sight. This is much preferred to the grab and go self-assembly. It loses consistency in tastings and confidence in the 1 on 1 service experience. I want the guidance since the vape game is blowing up and flavors names almost having nothing to do with the actual flavor.I wish it was more modern looking, like if it had its own vision and vibe Id be all into it, but its a bit of a mish mosh of décor. I like how they have multiple liquid suppliers like Midas (glass bottles and droppers), but wished they really explained more of the differences because quality of juice is key.Its a great shop to get juice.I love the marketing seeing stickers all over town, a definite plus as I actually found out about them at the Valero in SC.
