This place is terrible. Came in one day to pick up my phone - waited in line for 40 minutes and then the employee tells me he cant see me because he needs to take a lunch break. The lunch break is not an issue - the fact he could see me waiting there for 40 minutes before telling me he cant see me is ridiculous - he has a watch and can easily tell me when I walk in he is unlikely to be able to see me so I dont waste time. I come back the next day at opening time and they are closed due to a “power outage”. Every store on the block is open and has power. What sort of employee just leaves if there is a power outage? Wait until the power goes back on as it had when the store was supposed to be open at 10 AM. More wasted time.

What an amazing turn around of this store! Years ago, my terrible experiences at this store made me actually leave Verizon. We finally came back here. Zach and Andrew were great, helpful, really pleasant to work with. I’m shocked at how different the experience was.

Went into store to inquire about different data plans. Jackson said I could have unlimited data and pay $20 less, because my previous plan was old. I happily agreed, and when I left I got a text from Verizon saying my new plan was $25 more. When I called the store, I told the gentleman who answered my experience, and he informed me I had to sign up for paperless billing and auto pay to get $20 off. It would have been nice if Jackson would of calculated my bill correctly, or told me that I HAD to sign up for paperless and auto pay, and then it would cost me $5 more. I also got a text from Verizon saying they have closed my Cloud account, per my request? I have no idea what thats about!

Called for iphone 11 Pro information. Wanted to know if they had the color I wanted and if they would meet the deal which you can get on line from the Apple Store. I have an existing Verizon account and could give them my information so they could give me prices. Refused over the phone . Said I had to come into the store. Guess they can not give a hard sell over the phone.

Best Verizon experience I ever had. Antoinetteworked hard to accommodate me. Her product knowledge was outstanding. Her professionalism is beyond reproach. As she was helping me, she even took time to greetnew customers with a sincere smile and help them or point them in the right direction. She really raised the bar for that Verizon store. Iwill definitely recommend Verizon and that store in particular.Thank YouJohn Lyons

Went in and they had exactly what I was looking for! Only 3 days before Christmas and it was a breeze getting in and out! Antoinette helped me and was able to show me all the cool specs of the Gizmo Gadget for my 8 yr old daughter. We cant wait to explore all the new functions of our new toy. My experience at my local Verizon store has been beyond outstanding. I was hesitant to switch phones for myself and my son. Warren and Alex were so helpful and professional getting me all set up.Verizon is very lucky to have such a competent, professional and knowledgeable staff.Even when I was having a problem with my edge, the next day Alex made everything right.Im not tech savvy,so I need to rely on my Verizon staff. I just had a great experience with Antoinette getting much needed help with my Samsung. Had put off getting help with my memory issues. She was extremely helpful with that & then made sure all my updates were working, then helped me install some apps. Easy to talk to, knowledgeable-- a real help!

I recently moved to San Clemente and purchased a new Samsung7. However, I had a Blackberry and needed a lot of info transferred over to my new phone. The Verizon store on Ave. Pico was the best! Although I did not purchase the phone directly from their store, they did not hesitate to investigate how it could be done....and then got it done on a Sunday (May 1). It took 3 hours to transfer all of the data but it was done; and picked up the phone around 5pm. Thanks to this team. Very helpful and I would not hesitate to purchase equipment from this store in the future. They know the meaning of good service.

Antoinette got on the phone with Verizon and spent some time getting them to allow me to upgrade to a new phone for a good price while allowing me to keep my old one, as well as shaving some money off of my monthly bill with some plan magic. A pleasure to deal with. Thanks!

We resently bought an iPhone case and they said the case for a 7and8 would work for the 6s but it didn’t the headphone jak is way too small to put in headphones. Think of younger phones not older phones.

I did not plan on stopping by the verizon store. I was next door at AT&T discussing my upgrade options and I felt like all they were trying to do was up sell me. I walked out frustrated and went to verizon for information regarding switching over. I was greeted instantly with a smile. I was helped by neusha and she answered all my questions and gave me all my options. She made the decision really easy for me, and thats normally hard to do. For the first time everything was broken down and written out for me to clearly understand. I cannot emphasis enough on how PATIENT she was with me. I got an iphone 6 and am so happy with it. On top of that my bill is less than it was at AT&T.

These guys cold-called me while I was on a conference call, and immediately called back after I ignored the first attempt. Without touching my screen, my phone dropped me from the conference. Maybe its the verizon/samsung Galaxy S4 I was using but I dont appreciate the immediate retry, or the initial cold-call for that matter.

Not someone who goes out of their way to give a review, but I would like to briefly share my experience. My rep, Neusha was very thorough explaining the new plans and my upgrade options, she was very patient with all my questions. I upgraded my sons iphone and compared to my past experiences upgrading, neusha really made it easy for me. my wife will be returning to this location soon to upgrade her device as well. out of all verizon stores in san clemente, the customer service I recieved from this location stood out. 5 stars

Our experience was horrible. We waited for the new 5s for over a month and then when we were supposed to pick it up we found out that they forgot to order it. Ridiculous. Then I can not even get my cash back. They cost more money for services than the apple store also.

My husband and I just got the service 3 days ago and are leaving already. By far the worst service we have had. All they did was lie, cover up charges, and charge us for things we didnt ask for. 😤
