Great service from start to finish!The coil on our 12 year old garage door finally broke and the existing opener wasnt strong enough to lift the 15 foot wide door.Anthony was the person who provided the estimate back January 6th and said a new door would not be delivered for 4 to 5 weeks.By the way, this estimate was very competitive!!I was really worried about not being able to use the garage for that length of time. Anthony offered to replace the coil as a temp fix while waiting for the new door without extra charge!Steven was the tech who came by within 4 days to replace the coil so we can at least use the garage for the time being.On 2/17 Door Pros called to set an install for 2/25 between 9 and 11 am. Mason was absolutely punctual and arrived at 9:15am to start the dismantling of the old door and hardware.Jimmy arrived an hour later with the new door to perform the final installation. Jimmy worked his butt off the get the job completed and reviewed the features and instructions to program the remotes and keypads.As I said, start to finish. Anthony, Steven, Mason and Jimmy performed their tasks on time, with great courtesy and knowledge.I HIGHLY recommend this team if youre in need a garage door services.

Great experience. My spring broke on my garage door over a holiday weekend. It only took a few days for door pros to send someone out. It was a quick repair and cost $280 for parts and labor. David did our repair. He was very friendly and helpful. Quick and easy fix 👍🏻

Door pros is amazing. I had them fix my springs, motor and wheels on my older garage door. That door went from sounding like an earthquake to I can’t here it from 10 feet away. The office staff was great and got me an appointment the same day and work was done same day as well. Anthony was the one doing the job. He was very polite, knew his stuff, and was fair with price. He got the whole job done in under 2 hours and went over the system with me afterwards. Anthony and door pros are a very good team and I would recommend them to anyone who ever needs work done! From choosing the door through the installation, I was very happy with Door Pros. Anthony came out to inspect our current door, and with a picture of our garage on his phone, was able to show us what our choices would look like once installed. This was really helpful in choosing the right look. Tony did a great job installing our new door, which turned out to be pretty tricky since our garage is detached from the house and is not exactly square. The new door looks great, is SO QUIET, and came with some nice extras like a motion sensor light in the garage. Solid recommendation for Door Pros.

We had (2) single garage doors installed for our new construction home. Steven was excellent and thorough to work with, from initial meeting all the way through installation. We had unique factors such as a complex roof slope and concrete installation wall. Steven and Mason both worked on our installation, and they were professional, fast, clean, and delivered what they promised on time. Very happy with the process and will recommend Door Pros to my clients (I am an Architect).

Our garage door broke last night and we could only leave a message. However, we spoke with the office right when they opened at 7am and Mason (joined by Steven) arrived at 10am. Our spring had broken, but it was under a 10-year warranty so the cost was just for labor. We have used Door Pro for many years now and have never been disappointed. They are competent, stand behind their work, responsive and just nice people to work with. Highly recommend them.

Anthony and team did a great job from start to finish. I reached out to 3 different companies but the other two did not really understand what we wanted. Anthony suggested we go with Clopay to get the look of a wood door without the maintenance hassle of it. He opened the showroom for us on a Saturday and showed us the design choices. He then followed up throughout the ordering process. The installation team did an amazing job and installed the door with nylon rollers and high lifetime springs. The door looks amazing, our garage is now insulated, clean and quiet. Couldnt be happier with our choice.

After our garage door cable unravelled, John came within about an hour, fixed the issue and tested the repair multiple times. He then advised us about lubricating the hinges every three months to prevent the problem in the future. He was quick and efficient, and the door is opening and closing smoothly now.

John came to help out twice to fix the garage door issue I had and he did a superb job. I would highly recommend.

Door Pros deserve more than 5 stars! Our original request was for a spring replacement and upon the installation the chain on the prior installed unit malfunctioned. The original equipment installer of the Guardian assembly refused to stand behind their product and Door Pros took on the responsibility to make our experience a positive one and replaced the motor mechanism in its entirety. Outstanding service from Door Pros! My garage door just wasnt working. I tried lifting it, pushing it, even yelling at it for a little and it didnt budge. I found Door Pros on Google and gave them a call. They had a service man out in the same day who showed me the problem. It was a broken spring (I feel like i should have noticed because it was glaringly obvious). The service man gave me an upfront quote to replace the springs (both of them), was super nice and the quote was very reasonably priced. He was quick, efficient and now the door runs 1000x better than it ever did. THANK YOU DOOR PROS!

Great experience. John was very prompt, straightforward, professional and gave me a fair price. He was the third garage company who came by. The rest were shifty and even though the prices were comparable and even lower, I could tell that they would find something along the way or would do something substandard. John was the only one who offered a ten year warranty. Highly recommend them.

Door Pros is Clopay dealer and has the same prices as Home Depot but better service since most of the people working at night in HD are part-timers and do not know much about Clopay garage doors. Try calling HD during the day to ask questions about garage doors can be frustrating. So I called Door Pros and they picked up the phone right away and answered all the questions I have. Their installation people are very professional as well.

I called several companies in the area before deciding to go with Door Pros.They replaced my center rail overhead opener and torsion system to a sidemount Liftmaster jackshaft opener to create more overhead space.
