Just had special ordered Eichler panel garage doors installed at our house. The experience I had with this company was great. The job is beautifully done, and all in one day. Also I am not sure if anyone else in the area could actually do these panel doors. Highly recommended.

Have done business with them several times. I dont mind paying for quality but no one likes to be taken advantage of. They installed a new garage door at my house about 3 years ago. Spring recently broke and they said they had to replace all springs for $695!!! Totally ridiculous and seems like guaranteed money for them if their parts only last a few years. Super disappointing bc Ive had decent experiences in the past.

Please do not use this company!!!!!!! The service is so bad. They are crooks. I would give 0 star if I could. We have our garage door made and installed by them in 3/2018. After we move in our house in 9/2018, we notice that the garage door makes loud squeaky noise. So I called and left massage concerning to the noise. Marge, the owner called me back and said that she will have her tech to stop by when they have work to do in my area. I kind forgot about it. When my neighbor complained about the noise again yesterday, I just realized that shes never sent a tech come to adjust the garage door. I just got off the phone with her. She has the nerve to tell me that since the door is out of warranty, she has to charge for the service!!!!!! I called her last Sept when we noticed the problem! Shes never sent her tech to adjust the garage door as her promised. Now she wants to charge for adjusting the garage door fro noise!!!! She was talking over me and denying that she has never had that conversation with me. I trusted her when she said she was going to do.

Lots of custom choices. We went with a carriage style with waterfall glass. Delivered on time and installed by a very friendly technician. We use the opener a lot and everything works great. Got Artistics name from an installation that was being done on the next block. Very happy with the work.

I had Artistic Garage Doors install eleven doors at my building in 2003 that required custom size adjustments to fit the openings and they are still working great. A couple of years ago I had them replace some of the panels of one door with glass and that has worked well also.

Garage door installed less than 2 years ago by this company. Technician came to fix it because it was not running properly. He exactly stayed 5 min at my place. I had to pay $100 !! Terrible service and way to expensive. I dont recommend this place for sure.

Crazy lady runs this place, yells at people, threatens to sue people, horribly unprofessional. Do not do business here.
