I have bought previously from Bedroom and more. This place has great stuff! I love that they have high end furniture that’s so up to date! Copeland furniture is my all time favorite. It’s made here in the US, of solid wood and I love the walnut stained table I purchased here. I’m kinda petite so having to bring out a table leaf and putting it away can be troublesome. The table I got here is unbelievably awesome, it’s literally just walking the table and voilà leaf comes out! Anyways the service here is excellent! Keven is super knowledgeable about all kinds of furniture and price wise he’s competitive. No haggling or pushy salesman involved! Classy! I researched prior to coming here and basically it’s the same everywhere but a bit better here because of the service. I tend to be a repeat customer when I get good service! And I’m able to support a small business also! It’s a win-win at this place!!!

After hours of reasearching queen sofa beds online and looking at them at other stores, we realized what we were looking for was right in our own backyard. The owner, Kevin, is quite knowledgeable and gave us a good overview of the different kind/quality of furniture. He helped us move the old bed to another room when he delivered the new bed and assembled/arranged both of them. He had helpers so he could quickly assemble and move the beds. We will go here again for our future furniture needs.

I loved my shopping experience here. Small one man shop, very personnel owner & accommodating to my many questions and concerns. I didnt buy my mattress here on my first visit because I wanted to verify prices and compare it to the other bigger retail outfits. This store prices is very completive and the owner was straight forward with me, no need to haggle here, free delivery also on mattress purchase.

Awesome selection of furniture for every price range. Staff here is very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. They are open on weekends and evenings which is a plus. If you are looking for a new look for your home or apartment, stop by here first, you wont be disappointed.

Kevin is very knowledgeable and considerate. We went here to look for a tempurpedic mattresses. We got there before store open hours and he opened early for us. He explained the different choices and provided reasonable recommendations based on what we were looking for. He did not try to upsell us on anything (mattress, frame, pillows, warranties, etc..). Overall, a great experience and so refreshing than the ‘usual mattress sales’ experiences we’ve had in the past. Thanks Kevin!

I bought an awesome mattress here. The Shop keeper knows his products inside out. I could have purchase my Tempurpedic on line, however I am glad I got here ! This store has the full Tempurpedic line on display, which helped me make an informed decision. Farther more, this store offer faster delivery service since my new queen size Pro Adapt is in stock compare to 1-2 weeks directly from Tempurpedic. Lastly, I rather support a local, family owned store and Kevin made sure I got all the free perks I would have From Tempurpedic!I love the personal service here !

I picked up an American Leather sofa sleeper from Kevin. He walked me through all the options and explained all the different fabrics and different mattresses. He was very knowledgeable and I would recommend shopping at this store.

I was looking for a mattress and came across Bedroom & More from googling, and google came through! The man that helped me might have been the owner - he was super cool, not pushy. He helped me find the perfect mattress. I ended up splurging and buying a temper-pedic! It’s. The. Best.I did some comparing for prices, but it turns out that temper-pedics are the same price everywhere. I’m glad I bought mine at Bedroom & More though. The service was great, and I found exactly what I was looking for without feeling overwhelmed.

Got my Tempurpedic mattress from here. Very friendly, knowledgable, straightforward transaction. I gave this place my business not because of the price, as tempurpedic is a fair trade brand. Kevin the salesman is much personal, didnt insult my intelligence, nor gave me the used car vibe I got from Mancini.

Love the selection and quality of the furniture at Bedroom & More. The pieces are a great addition to my home that I am building for my family. I can tell my furniture will stay in great condition for a long time.

*Ask about the return policy when you enter the store. Inform the California CPA about any deception.*My partner and I visited Bedroom & More based on the high 5-star ratings on Google. The owner (name not disclosed in this review) talked about his superior service and his mom & pop roots, which made us feel good about buying a mattress from a local business in San Carlos.We decided on a $2,500 Simmons mattress, but were still unsure. The owner presented the Simmons mattress as having a 90-day return policy to secure our business. When we were about to sign the sales receipt, we specifically asked the owner about the way he handled returns, and he responded by saying that we should try out the mattress for at least 30 days to give it time to break in. Then he gave us a free mattress protector to allow us to keep the mattress clean to enable a return! How nice, right?But the mattress gave us backaches, and we went back to the store after 30 days to initiate a return. To our surprise, the owner would not honor the return! He argued that his store has a “No Returns” policy and pointed to the fine print on our receipt, which explicitly says there are no returns. Wow, we should not have taken his word for it! The owner further stated that the only exception is Tempur-pedic, for which he offers a 90-day return period, and with which we “might have gotten confused.” Aside from insulting our intelligence, the owner has completely duped us.My partner and I go out of our way to support the local business community, and we expect, at the very least, truthfulness and customer service.  The owner of Bedroom & More has shown us neither. His unabashed statement of superior service extends to the sales pitch, as there is simply no post-purchase service provided. He blatantly lied about the return policy to secure our business.We have initiated a complaint with the California Consumer Protection Agency. Save your money and skip this place.
