The store was clean and well organized I love their prices and the family size products they have to offer

Some of the staff doesnt seem too happy. Cashier didnt even say hello and the young bagging lady walked away so she wouldnt have to bag my groceries 😶

People inside store are not made to wear masks. No wonder Ralphs and food 4 less are under investigation for not protecting employees. I was not going to stater bros but Im going back. My wife says they enforce face coverings. I hope food 4 less starts taking the safety of the public that supports the store seriously.

The morning cashiers are friendly. Store itself is decent. However, the female security guard there is extremely rude. I’ve been going here over a year, so you think they would know me by now, but no. All I did was bring my small bag into the store, and she thought I was going to steal. I don’t steal, and never will. Instead of making a scene, I just walked out with her right behind me like some kind of animal. It’s not like I was bringing in some kind of wild animal, or firearms. Just my small bag. I am aware they have lockers there, but one is not going to buy a lock just for Food 4 Less. If I do that, then I have to walk to the entrance and then the exit all over again having to push through a line. My bag could be easily be stolen. Horrible, she’s out of shape and is the security. I, myself, have worked out over 365 days, so we are aware, who the better security guard would be for that store.

I just prefer the locations over this one.

I bought pork chops from this location and when I opened the packages up, the meat was already spoiled. I’ve never had a bad experience at a Food 4 Less and this store was truly a disappointment!!!

Great job by the ladies getting me in and getting me out . Cashier service was excellent no worries there but I wish Security will Patrol the parking lot go get baskets do something productive. He was not doing loss-prevention he was not keeping me safe what is his whole purpose. I will keep my business at the other location on Highland where the security is much more active and I can always get baskets when I need them. I have to hand carry items and was You by security as a thief.

Cashier was very rude to me today. Was on his phone the whole time he was ringing me up. So distracted the he didnt notice he threw my 3 rotisserie chickens carelessly on the conveyor beltthe chickn juice leaked all over not to mention my bags as well. When asked for more bags he simply ignored us n continued his nxt transaction..COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL Hector.

They had what I needed and was also helpful when asked for directions to what I was looking for !

So I left a car battery charger in front of the store. I called immediately and spoke with the manager. He went to see if it was still outside and it was. I was very grateful because I had just bought it because my car battery died. He put it in the safe and said I could pick it up whenever. I came the following Friday...gone...no sign of it. I was told management are the only people that had keys/access to the safe. I asked to speak with the manager and suddenly he was no longer at that location.

Their was this couple and their children. Allowing there kids to throw food and place items back on the shelves half eating fruits and sabotage food from the couple and kids, without any of the store employees doing anything about it

Everyone there including shoppers and workers were very friendly

I went to food for less Saturday and the line was all the way to Ross store. Robin the manager had everything organized and the experience was peaceful. I was glad because I had heard people was fighting over water. Robin gets 5 stars from me and deserves a raise or higher position. Food 4 less is lucky to have a woman like her that is strong and knows how to organize to keep regulars like myself safe. Thanks Robin I really appreciate you keeping your regular safe in a time of chaos .

Theyre open at 6am. And Have security inside the store and parking lot. There fruits and vegetables are cheaper than Staters Bros. Like bananas at S.B. cost 69 cents a lb. F4L. 49cents a lb. Its a very large store. Can buy in bulk. The restrooms need a code to use. Its fairly clean. And the employees are really nice.

This is a very large - very well stocked - store. The prices are great, checkout is fast and the staff are nice, helpfull people. In all honesty, I will no longer shop at Stater Bros. or Ralphs

Good prices and great customer service. It is in a rough area, and a lot of pan handlers and police activity out front sometimes (thus the 3 stars). But I love shopping here.

My aunt was looking for yucca, and after going to the local Mexican supermarket and not finding quality Yucca I suggested Food For Less because thats where I usually get the freshest Yucca. We found it she bought about 5 and other items. This Food 4 less was clean, the lines moved quickly and the employees were friendly.

I would give it 3 stars but I understand they are operating in a lower income place and theyre doing a good job at keeping things looking good. Because of the neighborhood in its current state, this food for less branch employees a lot of security measures. Cameras on the actual aisles which make a beeping sound when you walk down the aisle. A TV monitor also is attached to each camera on the Isles just so that when it beeps, you will know that they can see you because youll see yourself right there on screen. There is usually always at least one or two security people on duty. And as an added security precaution, they do not have hand baskets available for shopping. So no matter how full or empty your shopping list is, if you are not able to carry everything with your hands, you need to make sure you grab a shopping cart on your way in. And the shopping carts are big and bulky.

I just wanted to say thank you to a very helpful and funny produce guy. His name is Mike. He is awesome for going out of his way to help my friend and I earmy in the morning. We are forever thankful sir. Food 4 less should hire more people like him. Peace

Love Food 4 Less and the name fits perfectly. I cant get over how cheap their meats are and the quality of the meats. Everything is cheaper here. If you havent visited a food for Less check it Out.

Cashiers at night are rude and unprofessional I request to talk to the manager and they refuse. I request the name of the manager and they refuse to provide me the name. Then I call the store my call was forward to another cashier she gave me an attitude and slam the phone on me when I request to speak to the manager.if they dont want to work or hate working there then they need to walk out and look for another job. With this type of employees, food 4 less is building a bad reputation they shouldnt have this type of employees working there especially if they interact with people. yes, the prices are cheap but you cant treat people like s#!+. I will not recommend this store at all.

Usually this location is run very well. And it was this time, for the most part. However, there were 2 employees at the back of store near meat dept who were being a little unprofessional. Its not appreciated. Maybe going shopping during the earlier part of the day would be better. Disappointing.

Friendly service, good prices, I shop Alot here. Thats why. 🙆 I love it. Nine years Ive been coming here no problem until this one security guard started yelling at me in front of everyone, my son was scared he sat on the floor because he thought he did something bad. for what reason I dont know, he looked like he was on some kind of stupidity, drugs or he was not all there.He was tall and Africa American with black glasses on his head and a hat. I reported him already.

Never have problems with finding what Im looking for and 99% of their employees are very friendly, you can feel safe in the parking lot, the manager of the me Dept has it right on time all the sales and the meat Cutters in his Dept are always friendly they have a great staff. I only had one incident that happened that is when I fell in the store had to go through a few changes but finally got it solved.

I like good 4 less but I dont like all the pan handlers and homeless ppl in the parking lot. Not to mention the product shown was moldy. They really need to clean up their act.

All in all good. The only problem was i couldnt reach the Coca-Cola s and couldnt find help in the store. So I had to stop at the mini market before going home.

Definitely not the cheapest store, but they do have great sales (like .59cents for gatorades). The lines are long, but they do go fairly fast.

Great products at excellent prices. Always a joy going there to snag a deal. Only issue is the ignorant people you run into. If your hair and clothes are not to their liking they will laugh and stare at you.

They had awesome Specials. through out the whole store. I was like wow! Also had a lady scream g through out the whole store because she got caught stealing so she made a scene. People hanging outside in front and parking lot need to get. removed. thought my car may get broken Into.

Just particular food 4 less store is located in front of Metrolink 1st and the San Bernardino Transit center so in that respect it is in a very convenient location for me when Im coming back from Los Angeles Leah Metrolink. This food 4 less always has what I want will I need it.. the store employees Ill always kind to me and my service dog. And if I dont know what something is they will show me. Respectable and helpful security guards.

This is the cleanest grocery store Ive been to lately. This store should be on a commercial. The staff was very helpful.

The place is organized for easy access, but you can definitely tell its in the lower level income area, very shabby, floor scuffed and empty shelves at 2p. There was no root beer in the entire store. Lol! I dont live in the area, I was visiting another store when I ran in to get a few items.

My visit was ok, I wanted to buy something to drink, i.e. soda, fruit drink. It took me a while to find some Gatorade, but I found it. Overall it was just an ok visit. My regular store is Stater Bros. much more comfortable for me

The wait is too long in the check out lanes. Why have all those lanes if they are not going to use them. One express lane opened.

Only 2 check isles open really???Such a major franchise can’t afford to have more than 2 cashiers at once. Unbelievable

Went to use the kiosk for the buy your phones and it didnt work... Ruined my day still got the phone and no money to pay for my bills.. Food4Less is a great place to shop around...

Dont like the force entrance path of these stores. They make you walk through a closed isle to get into the store. If your in a rush for a quick thing, you have to go through the whole store just to get in. Not practical nor efficient.

Staff is incredible!! Im in a wheelchair and almost every employee that I passed asked if I needed ahh assistance with anything.Even in just walking around the site they would come up to me and ask if I needed assistance

Only men get asked to take their bags off and put in a dusty locker. Women can bring whole suitcases inside no problem

They hold true to their store titleHaving to have to bag your own stuff makes it better that things wont be forgotten on the belt or corners of the counter. Staters has forgotten, by mistake, small items like, spices,gum,candy etc; and its not worth the trip all the way back after ur home:/!!

The employees are helpful, good prices, and good variety however I was looking for a quart of nonfat yogurt and all of the ones on the shelf had expired at the end of May- went on June 5th!

Produce is always fresh & never have to wait in line more then a few minutes even on a busy day before they open another checkout.

Goof store but there are a lot of homeless people outside and in the store admin for money for food and when you say no or but them good instead of money they get aggressive... if notifyed the store will tell them something ... if not the homeless continue to harass you would give more stars of security was better

Dont bother coming here if you dont have too. Dont bring a backpack if your coming from school they will make you leave it upfront and not watch it or take responsibility if its stolen. I went in to get a red bull and some cash back with my backpack on and it almost closed the whole place down and was treated like a thief by the cashier. Its always nasty to. Homeless always hanging out around the corner panhandling or dealing. I personally hate coming here.

Same as every other food4less in the san Bernardino area expect long lines they have around 8 registers but only 4 are on service 2 for Express and 2 for regular shoppers which end up going to the express lane because they dnt feel like waiting in the long lines. Costumer service is not good either u ask where some thing is at they send u to the wrong row.

Food 4less doesnt care about their customers. the sucurity is highly inadequate. while shopping at there last night my bicycle was stolen from the parking lot. you may ask well did you lock it up... of coarse i did.and why was it in the parking lot . well thats a good question. FOOD 4 LESS doesnt have bike racks anywhere near the store!!!nor will they let customers park them inside the store .also they claim no liability nor did they express any compassion for my loss.
