Great selection of fruits and vegetables at this location and conveniently located off a main street. The prices are reasonable and they have the best priced 12 pk. sodas around. The lines are usually long here but that doesnt stop us from returning and obviously others who dont mind waiting in line for good deals.

Lack of bags. Also they charge you for ones that rip easily. Complete disappointment. Management is a crisis.

Truly a one stop supermarket. I was in search of stamps used to post mail. I only needed one. Could only afford one and found a machine all the way to the left as I entered that dispensed two stamps for $1.25 (quarters only) while making my way to the checkout counter I found less expensive products that I pay more for, even if just slightly, and decided this el super deserved a bigger part of my day that’s I had given it. Fresh wholesome and clean!

I love shopping at Mexican markets, I enjoy the little bit of culture I can since my family is mixed and I dont get Mexican culture now days. This store has improved in their treatment of us Mexicans born here with white family members. I often complained in the past about things like when we tried to order at the meat counter and how we experienced a feeling of being ignored there and at the food area. Recently we went in to buy a few things, one which was a good deal on an easy up on sale, well at 25 dollars it seemed a good deal and the manager assured me that all the parts were there in the last ripped boxed. I took it home and put it up only to have it break right away and I was so mad and felt I was sold junk. I complained to the manager but he basically told me oh well, too bad! So I went to the company and so far I havent heard back.My friend and assist Mark and I had a bad experience at the food service area with a girl who didnt understand my order even though I said it in both English and Spanish. We were overlooked at first also and they served two other customers ahead when we were there first. My order got all messed up and I had to complaint to the manager who I must say, she handled it well. Thank you!

Google Maps says the store is not too busy before I drove here, & still not busy as Im leaving. NOT TRUE!! The store is incredibly busy, lines were so long there were 4 or 5 registers open with lines all the way down food Isles! It wasnt a pleasant experience especially after having to pick through rotten produce.. although its been my experience you really have to pick through things. But almost every time I buy onions that look like theyre perfectly good usually rotten in the core. Ive experienced rude shoppers here as well. Today was the worst.. I was waiting in a very long line & 1 more register opened so I was following the people I was behind in line & some lady who was back further than I had been & in another line decided to cut in front of me with a huge basket full even after I told her I was right behind the ppl in front of me.. She just ignored me & pushed her way in front of me! Very disappointing.. every time I shop here I have some sort of adverse experience.

They have 7 Registers to check Customers out yet they refuse to open 4-5 and only open 2, I went and was in line for 1 hr is ridiculous the manager doesn’t help check customer out or send another cashier to help, I understand we are short staff but is not an excuse, and Restocking shelf’s during the day is Not helping out either pallets are in the middles of the hallway and we can’t even go around them to the other side, restock in graveyard not days, They should hire more staff pay them more so they can actually come to work. I will no longer go there.

Place is kept clean. We get a ton of produce and still only spend like 30 bucks somehow.One time my chick came home with 15 pounds of chicken for like 8 bucks. Its just smart to shop here.

Deals are great, the restaurant staff really put in the care to protect us from covid as best as they can. Bakery is just the same! Deals are great, and if youre in a rush i highly recommend coming before 11am because it can get hectic even with social distancing. Overall check out was great and accommodating!

Its a very nice market, all El supers offer fresh breads, cooked food (tamales!!) Pastrys, veggies and a butcher section. Very clean, friendly, helpful. One of my favorite shopping places.

I went to the meat department. I pulled a number there rude to me and had me waiting. Simply because i wasnt mexican and refused to slice my ribs. He went to the back and totally ignored me. If your of color black, learn Spanish or dont shop here.

Love this local spot for catering. We ordered enchiladas with a tray of rice and beans. Always fresh and on time. Love the bakery has a variety of sweets. Definitely recommended!!

I like everything here, cleanness, freshness and always good prices close to home.

First of all, the pricing for produce is great, which is why I go there often, all the employees are polite, but when Im ready to pay and leave theres always long line of people waiting to do the same.They do have a 10 item or less check-out line, but is seldom open.Last time I went there to grab some breakfast items there were at least 10 customers per line, and only two cash registers were open.I approached a lady working there if they could open another cash register, which they did.I got full of people and I asked again to open another one and she called the security guard to ask me to live!He approached me and I told him not to touch as I have decided to leave on my own!We got into an argument and he said no to go there anymore!I told him you dont tell what to do and I left!I will find out who owns this company and let them know, how they are failing their customers!By the way I have spent thousands of dollars there!

Went in to borrow some money from Opportune Loan and finance great place to get a loan in an pinch.

Just left El Super. Be careful. The guy in front of me bought a couple of bags of chips drinks and nectarines. They wanted to charge him $37 and change.The cashier didnt catch it, the customer did.They were charging the customer $20 for a bouquet of flowers he never bought. What should have been a quick check out for me took a while because the cashier could not correct the problem in an adequate and timely manner. The bottom line is this...LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT ! and at the monitor as they scan your items. They WILL overcharge you and not think about it twice.

Staffing issues, poor management!!!! Waited patiently an hour at the meat department and thought that was bad. As I approached the front checkout I couldnt believe there were 20+ customers infront. Only 2 registers open.

The store was very clean and the produce looked fresh and the prices were very good. The baked goods that they make were very reasonably priced and looked really good. The meat and cereal selection could have been better. They serve hot food that looks yummy but there were no prices visible whatsoever and it took my wife 5 minutes to get a price.
