I Called this place and made an appointment at 9am Thursday with them (after several attempts) then Jose ended up showing 30 minutes late to our appointment with with prior heads up call. Jose did not bother to apologize either. unfortunately I was interested to giving them my business but they don’t seem to care.

Torres Glass does quality work for excellent prices and magnificent services. They replaced my windows on both of my houses and both times they did a great job. I highly recommend them if you are looking for great prices and excellent work. I have always been a person who loves to check prices around and Torres Glass beat them all. Call them before you make your final decision for any glass work.

Had a scheduled appointment at 4:30p he said he would call before arriving its now 4:45p and he never called nor answering my calls. Now I have to sleep with a broken bedroom window overnight

VERY UNRELIABLE!! Was given an appt time on Jan 2nd and they were no show, I called 3 hours later and was told by the installer that he was on his way, 4 hours later still no show, called him again and said he was on his way, HE NEVER SHOWED AND NEVER CALLED, I called the next morning, he answers the phone, he proceeds to hang up on me, when I call back his phone is turned off, WOW!!

Of all of the emergency services I called at midnight on a Saturday night, when our church window was broken out, Torres was the only one who was able to respond, but he didnt have wood to do the board up. So I called 8 other services that claimed 24-7, be there in an hour--but they all flaked out. I fetched a board from my house and called José back. He was there in 45 minutes with bolts and tools, removed the broken glass, and got the job done by 4am. He charged half as much as the others would have--that is IF they could have gotten their employees out of bed. It took him two weeks to get the replacement glass and install it, but I realize that he is a small local mom and pop business, so Im glad I could wait and send the business his way. Torres Glass will be my first call the next time I have a need.

A no show company set up a appointment and nothing not even a phone call two days in a row. never again...
