I called they gave me a quote over the phone, it was a good price for what I wanted. Went to the store placed my order. Was charged was I was quoted and they had my order done in two days. Profesional and will use them again for Any glass or mirror needs.Update: We had to order another glass shelf (my error). Ordered it Monday morning had it the next morning. They are my go to for glass or mirrors.

Horrible customer service, poor workmanship and poor quality installations.The tech that came out to my triplex was unprofessional and inexperienced. It took four visits to correct some 17 window screens and correctly install one window glazing. Office staff ignored my calls after making multiple complains about the tech that completed my work.It took 4 weeks to get this 4-8 hour project completed. The Owner (Armando) of the company had to personally make a site visit to my property.The worst thing about this project is, I live 1/2 a mile away from this business location and it took weeks to get completed.Want poor quality, poor customer service and inexperienced techs then shop at Bjs Glass & Mirror.-Ivan Garcia

They installed frameless shower doors in two bathrooms. They looked GREAT. I had a SLIGHT problem with one of them (it just didnt slide as smoothly as the one in the other bathroom). When I called to let them know they came out right away AND on time!! The repairman was professional and courteous too. I would highly recommend Bjs and would also use them again.

Rude Rude & Rude!!!! Two receptionist in the office, both answering phone calls and totally ignoring me. Never again, dont waste you time here, not to mention how expensive they are...one single apt window for 198.00 hell to the no!!!!👿👿👿👿
