Just ok. Fries tasted freezer burn but they were making them fresh in back…... Chocolate shake was caulkly not great. Not seeing what the hype was. Burger just ok….

I cannot say I have been disappointed by In-N-Out in my 30+ years living on this earth. The quality and flavor has been consistent.Im not saying this is the most delicious burger and fries in the world, but it is a deliciously consistent burger and fries.There is a reason these places are always busy...It is hard to argue the quality of the ingredients when you compare it to other similar fast food restaurants.

As mentioned in a review for another location, this burger joint is a classic in SoCal. If youre not from SoCal you need to stop by and order a wonderful, flavorful, juicy In-N-Out Double-Double. I always get this with raw onions and grilled onions both. The combination of these two is amazing and I highly recommend it.

My experience was fantastic this time, my other visits didnt go so well but this one was great.

Had lunch here last week, didnt have to rely on reviews since I have eaten here many times at the cupertino location.Well once your inside you notice the place needs a fresh coat of paint and some elbow grease, the tables were a mess didnt seem like anyone had cleaned them for awhile. The overall look and SMELL was bad. The service is OK, not great but OK.

Today an employee named David chatted with my three boys and brought them all out hats and stickers while we were dining outside. Telling them, now you guys are the coolest kids here! And their smiles proved they felt that way. Thanks David for being a cool guy and awesome at your job! Plus the burger buns were extra crisp from the grill just how I like it! It was a good visit.

With as many burgers as this place pumps out, it would be nice to see a little innovation to get those in the drive thru though quicker. Put the cooks on a second story and have people drive under and the food drops down to them. You could have multiple lanes with the same amount of land. My 2 pennies...

There hasnt been a single time that In n Out gets my order wrong. Surprisingly, since they are always busy. There drive thru is always long, but I think it never takes forever. Sometimes the line wraps around the whole parking lot and back out to the street.It gets 4 stars because there is always room for improvement.

Young man who gave me the food & drinks rang me up for another burger & said it would be out soon. A few minutes & it was out. He walked the extra 10 feet from behind the counter to hand it to me! Working on an ambulance at night, there are not alot of options but in n out always invites us in due to our rig not fitting in the drive thru. The food is always hot, fresh and tastes great.

Very disappointed. When I was given my food everything was reed back to me correctly so I did not feel the need to check my bags, but I should have my order was not complete and the cheese burgers and protein burger looked like they were rushed, and slopped together. It was busy, line was long. But moving quickly. Mess ups happen when you dont take your time. I spent $32. And did not get my full order. Wont be back.

There were long lines... Comming up from the country, I wanted to see what the big deal was. I ordered the double patty burger with a strawberry milkshake. The burger is good, that In-n-out spread compliments the burger nicely. That peper had a kick. It was no ordinary bananna pepper. The fries was alright, It was missing something, I can’t really point it out.What stood out here from the rest was the In-n-out spread, and the hot bannana peppers you can get with your burger.

An In n out is an In n out. This place is exactly what you know its going to be. I live o AZ and come to Los Angeles every other day for work as a truck driver. When I go in one in AZ its almost like one here. People and location are different but they have made it so well designed, Im sure that was the intention, that you can hardly tell from inside its not in your neighborhood down the street. Hands down best fast food burger.

I thought since the one in Rialto wasnt dining in yet that this one would be the same since majority are pretty uniform but I was wrong. Every other table has the sign taken off so you kan sit and eat. We got our food and were able to enjoy it right there instead of going to the kar or back home.
