Talk about fast...Al is the best! I had a 4:00 p.m. job interview and needed to start from scratch on some brand new business cards and copies of my resume. This was a lot to ask: I called Al at about 10:30 a.m. On the same day, at 1:00 p.m., I picked up 500 brand new custom made business cards and ten copies of my resume. I made it to my interview with time to spare. I could not believe that they were so quick! Al really went the extra mile and knocked it out of the ball park for me. Thank you so much!

Bald older Man with white Beard is very RUDE ! I will never go to this establishment again. This is why small businesses don’t survive cause they aren’t train properly in customer service.

Its pretty well stocked but the owner is so rude! He did my finger printing and he grabbed my hand like he was angry at it. Just a little harder and I would have been in pain. Gesh guy, not cool. If you have to do finger printing, do not do it here. Never again. Plus it smells like mold 😔

I was recommended to this shop by my brother who got some posters made for a protest.I’m getting married in September and wanted to make custom labels for some hand sanitizer that we will be giving out to guests. Al was so great to work with he reconfigured our wedding label design to fit the hand sanitizer bottles perfectly. Great work and an honest price.

Excellent service. The kindest, most helpful owner you will ever meet. I had a huge order to complete within a couple of days for my work and he got it done in a timely manner and everything was perfect. I highly recommend this place.

I went in to get my finger prints. One of the Employees (possibly owner/manager) working in this location is rude. The older gentle man working in this shop assist with the finger prints. My complaint has nothing to do with First Advantage.

I researched the printing costs of all the shops in san bernardino and copy plus is the cheapest. Felix is so nice and gets everything done in a timely manner. I once had an order that was going to cost around a $100 but Felix brought it down to around $60 and even made a digital copy for me for free. Im not sure if he did it because of the urgency of the situation(my medical records for a disability case) or because hes genuinely an awesome person but either way Im so grateful. He won a loyal customer that will always go to copy plus for my printing, scanning or other related needs. Idk if hes the owner but if not then then his boss needs to give him a promotion. Felix deserves it!!

Came in for fingerprints. The man that helped was flat out rude and disrespectful for no reason at all. At some point said I “don’t work hard” and that I don’t listen because I accidentally confused myself with his instruction.

They raised prices and the new employee was extremely rude when i was confused about it instead of just saying yes it costs more now. The rudeness is unnecessary.

I submitted a print job online and everything was ready to be picked up the next day! The staff is friendly and even gave me a free upgrade on my order! Id recommend this place to anyone who needs high quality prints at exceptional prices, and the turn around time is excellent!

100 dollars for 500 i had no problem but they sold me cheap ass paper flyers they are useless now the wind will blow them away. Sorry wont be doing buisness anymore with this company

Took a chance with this place .I didnt look into any reviews About the quality of service . I Contacted them 6 maybe 9 times Still Left with any solid answer like when it can be picked up etc. Customer service is it Important or not . Lima Lindakitt
