Back in 1997 When the Unique Gifts was on the Macys side of the Mall. I was preparing for my first deployment to Bosnia when I served in the Army. The owner Pat who I call a very good friend helped me pick out and ingrave a gift for my grandma and my mom. I just found out that Pat has closed his store. If anyone knows where they have gone I would appreciate the info. Thank you again for all you done Pat.

Unique Gifts is a very unique place and the store owner along with employee Alejandra are the best in the business. Both were very helpful and managed to get my niece exactly what she wanted from another location. We were very impressed. Thank you, Unique Gifts.

The guy here is really nice and attends to everyone quickly. The store itself has beautiful items that i wish i could buy all of but it is on the pricey side, however the quality is there so i understand completely. Love this store!

While they do have some unique gifts like hard to find figures. I think they are rather over priced. You really have to look to find something that is reasonably priced there. If you do you can find some interesting things.

Very nice and homey place, lots of itll statues at rather good prices (some even made it off real crystals). Other things include watched, bracelets and mugs. If you need a last minute gift the ladies there can help!

First time going in and was treated with the friendliness of a repeat customer. From what i can tell, decent to good prices. Will go again if i need a classy gift.

If at all possible I would certainly give them much more than a five star rating, Pat and Alejandra are just amazing.I had been trying to purchase the Swarovski Angel Wings for months now, and because I live in a remote area of Canada I was running into major difficulty because I couldnt become a member as my address was ambiguous in their system, so nuts, becauseI tried to search stores close to me, my town showed up in the dropdown. So not impressed with the Swarovski company itself.While visiting San Bernardino I dropped into Unique gifts as I sawc Swarovski Crystal there. I approached Alejandra, a very pleasant young lady, eager to assist me. I asked if they might possibly have the Swarovski Angel Wings decoration, there was neither one in the showcase, so she verified the item number and went to search in the back, she also informed me that if they didnt have it one of the neighboring Swarovski stores may, even though its discontinued now. While Alejandra was gone to search, I chatted with Pat to and told him my situation and that Alejandra was on a search for me, so while she was searching he started to make calls to the neighboring stores..... nothing to be found. He called back to one and asked them to check in their archive. I waited at the store until the call came back, Alejandra had made calls too by this time. The Temecula store called back....there was 2 in their archive, the asked if I was going that way or if I was in town for a while, no I was leaving that day for Long Beach I said but I really really want these ...can they be shipped to my hotel in Long Beach, he said they would try, he called Temecula store again to see if this was possible, she checked out UPS...it would take 1-3 days, a bit chancy, he told her to see if they have overnight delivery, they didnt, I said we can send them home to Canada, he didnt want to take a chance on that either. He called the lady in Temecula again, to see if she could check with FedEx to see if they do overnight delivery....we are in luck...he took the particulars we got everything arranged for it to arrive at my hotel in Long Beach. They are such amazing people, they went completely out of their way to make sure I got the item that I was looking for, a complete stranger to them and to the area. Now that it what I call service, they couldnt do enough to help me.....I told them that they had given me the very best Birthday gift that day.....I will never ever forget Pat, Alejandra, Unique Gifts and the lady in Temecula.....a real personal touch...these people really care about their customers and what they need♥️😘

I cried after seeing the extent they went to in order for me to not shop with them, once I left their store yesterday.. and thats after spending a lot of money in their store & online..
