Poor customer service. One of the workers thought he was too cool for school. When asked a question, he gives you one word answers. Even at one time just, a shake of the head. No eye contact. Not engaged at all. Wouldnt want to go back to this footlocker.

Tall skinny black guy that works here (at the register) seemed to hate his job so much. I was asking for size and also hoping he will give some suggestions but none. He sounded grumpy, no smile or eye contact whatsoever and said no to all my questions. I gave 2 stars because the store is clean and neat. This particular employees attitude/customer service, i would give ZERO star! Dont like your job, quit!

Service was odd. I stood at the mens shoe wall for 5-7 minutes and NO ONE approached me. Some male customers came in behind me and were immediately assisted. I ended up pulling my shoe from the wall and walking to the counter to request the size I wanted. I would have bought more but I was annoyed.

These people never answer the phone. im trying to find out if i can exchange my shoes for a smaller size without a receipt

They have great quality shoes but this is not a place I reccomend if you want a good bargain

If i could give zero stars to this store I freaking would. I went from Pomona all the way here because i was looking for the Jordan retro 3. I called when i left the house they said they had one. I called half way there they said they had one pair. I called when i ht out of the car and they said they had one pair. Since they werent holding any pair we ran there and when we got there they still had the pair we needed. Jordan retro 3 10.5 in man. The guy told us to wait since he was going to get them from the back... we were waiting and then he said get in line so we dis just to find out that the idiot cashier has just sold them to someone else. Like really? The other idiot could have told them it was for us since we got there before the other customer. But no... i asked if they can find out for me if another store had them they said yes.. they sent my stupid ass all the way to Moreno Valley just to find out they were sold out.
