Great place to go for any kind of western wear. Not much for kids but not many kids are into western culture. Little pricey but well worth it for what you are buying. Overall great place would recommend to check it out.

Great. Needed some good work boots bad cause my dawgs were barking. To my surprise, Boot barn has their own line of boots.. Hawk brand.. The price and feel is right and close to 100 bucks less than the popular work boots I spend 200+ on. Got myself a nice western belt too. Great selection and the customer service is always pleasant for me.

Large selection of boots and more. Found my timberlands there for $25 less than what they are at the mall shoe stores. Their clothing seems a bit high. Specially the jeans. $75 for the same jeans I get elsewhere for $15. Will return for boots though for sure. Staff was friendly and helpful as well.

I absolutely love Boot Barn and shop at many locations often as well as on line. I gave the San Bernardino location a 4 star for one reason and one only. It is dirty. Needs to be cleaned. The stairs going to upper level looked like they hadnt been vacuumed in months.

Manuel was awesome. I have never owned a pair of boots and needed some for a Texas wedding. He helped me out finding something that fits my wide foot, style and the wedding. Thank you sir

Boot Barn has a lot of great selection of all kinds of boots I think close to every boot that has been ever made and Miguel is so insightful with his knowledge of boots the place was clean wasnt like all jacked up or anything everything was in order the boots were in line and the great thing about this Boot Barn is that if you become a member you can return the shoes or boots I should say in exchange for something different not too many places do that so come here to get your boots and boot accessories they have everything you need to go to a rodeo showdown our rodeo hoedown. Or to your favorite honky tonk place they got everything you need so you can fit right in.

I took my time finding the right boots for my little cowgirl. I found the perfect boot but it was missing the other one. The young lady working there helped me find the missing boot. I choose the brown ones. She loves them!! I really liked the white boots in the picture. I can see a bride in those.

Dude with the mullet and some lady harrased me and followed me around the store I buy boots every 3 months for work I dont steal dont plan on stealing so with that being said be prepared to be judged and stereo typed if your going in there. Scale of 1 to 10 they were only stage 5 Karens. This happend on 7/28/21

Boots, boots, boots and more boots. Western wear clothing store. Wrangler, Justin, Ariat, Resistol, Stetson, James Cody, Carhartt and other name brand western and work wear & accessories. The go to place for my hats and boots and the occasional pair of jeans.

The store is well staffed and well stocked. I need FR clothing for work. My problem is that, being of slight build, I could not find anything that fit. I need small shirts. Small jackets. Small jeans. The smallest stuff is medium and on me looks XXL. Oy vey.

Customer service is always amazing

Their boot selection is pretty good if you can find it. They are not nearly staffed well enough to help make an educated decision on which boots to buy, not enough employees. There are likes 2 seats for everyone to try on boots. Am I supposed to sit on the floor in the isle? Their boot stock is poorly organized with no real order. Composite/ waterproof boots scattered everywhere through the store. If there were signs showing what brand boot/ style were it would be alot easier to feel good about spending 200+$ on boots. Spent thousands here over the years, just wish it didnt take an hour+ to find what I needed

Courteous service. Such a great selection of clothing, boots, accessories, and purses. We came to get boots for our children and they walked out with their favorite boots. Our local western wear store is temporarily closed, but this is a great replacement despite the hour plus drive. Still worth it. 👍

Picked up a nice new pair of Keen work boots

Its very crowded inside the store so its hard to manuver around. You can barely walk through because its so crowded. Staff isnt very friendly. I would rather drive the extra miles to go to the Tyler store.

Parking tight like inside of store but good products

If youre going to a concert or bar its fine but for real cowboys or hard working people its a joke anymore quality has changed as well as the styles. Sad I used to love it there. Also staff is clueless on what they are trying to sell

Looking for work boots

One of the worst stores to call with questions about inventory, they never pick up their phone and i mean hardly ever. When you walk in to the store, employees are standing around not doing very much and the looks and service they give you is unbelievably horrible. Stay away or go to the work boot store across the street from this place, they are so much helpful there.
