Horrible customer service. Waited more than an hour just to talk to someone on Thursday Aug. 26. There were only 2 customer reps and both we occupied with a single customer for more than an hour. If they dont know what they are doing they should have someone there that does.

Both Angel & Kat at 1060 Harriman Pl were extremely nice & patient with me. Im not very tech knowledgeable & these 2 young ladies had great patience with me. They educated me about the phones & their personalities were very welcoming. It was a rare refreshing experience.

Angel was most helpful with the purchase of my new phone. IPhone 12 Pro Max! She explained everything in detail and did not make me feel bad about asking so many questions. Also Manager Audrey was a big help with everything! This store is a relaxed and enjoyable environment. Thank you ladies!!!

DO NOT BUY your phone from here! I knew that when it was time to upgrade my phone, i would have to pay an upgrade fee. I also knew that my phone would most likely be a bit more expensive in-store than if purchased online.I ended up paying a $50 fee in-store that the employee explained was the upgrade fee. Fast forward to my Verizon statement and i have an additional $40.00 fee. Verizon explained that the retailers fee is not the upgrade fee and that i wouldnt have been charged that additional $50 at corporate storeUpon review of my statement, the Wireless Plus employee also signed me up for an insurance plan i did not request. I am happy with my device but it ended up being on average, $80.00 more than online. So all in all, i had to request that the $12 insurance plan be refunded and it cost me $130 ($80 + $50) more to upgrade my phone than i needed to pay.

I went in to get a screen protector replaced and as it was faulty I was not charged. I was helped on how to go about getting another replacement. Very helpful.

I went in looking to upgrade my phone and need it to be done quickly. I forget there names but both females one was the manager both were very helpful quick and efficient. I also knew what I was going in there for so that helped but they activated my phone in store did everything for me it was great I was probably in and out in less then 30 min with my new iPhone 11 Pro Max. Extremely satisfied customer.

This Verizon location was wonderful at helping me get a new phone and switch from another provider. Definitely recommend!

My old phone died, I was desperate. With this Covid-19 thing going on, I didnt know who was open or if I needed an appointment. No worries! I walked in and they set me up with a new phone, showed me how to use it and made sure everything was perfect!

Came into the store regarding just my voicemail. I ended up working with the Manager Simran and it was a great experience. Ive been thinking about getting a newer phone and he showed me my different options and was very helpful. He got me just what I wanted at a reasonable price, highly recommend this location its the one I always go to. The customer service is excellent!

I Truly recommend go to this Verizon store the guys there are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and give you the respect you deserve... not like the other Verizon stores where they want you to buy the phone and get the hell out because you’re bothering them... So take my word for it and if you need to get a new phone, upgrade or just need info go see the guys at this Verizon store you won’t be disappointed...

I wasnt sure about this,company however picking up my device at this location, the lady who helped me wasnt helpful seemed lazy, and not friendly or talkative at all. I had so many questions yet I didnt ask because of vibe was just BLAH.

Called just to ask about switching carriers, the associate was very unfriendly and obviously didn’t want to assist me. I just answered mmm hmm to the questions I was asking, so I told them they didn’t seem very happy and I suppose I’ll call back another time when someone has time to assist me.

As most of those kind of stores, some staff do not know what they are selling, but if you know what you want, its easy.

This Verizon Wireless location provides great customer service and anything that you may need for your service with Verizon. I recommend this location.
