I had really great service here many times in recent past so I stopped in for help. I bought my IPhone here earlier. The rep yesterday was disappointing. I could tell he was blowing me off immediately. Basically sent me packing. Told me to call technical support. Goodbye. Big dude with skin head for easy identification. Gave 5 stars a few times earlier with good review. Not this time. Sorry
DO NOT GO!!! THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE!! They are just a “retailer” meaning they will rip you off and misinform you. They told me my monthly bill would be $100 and a month later I get my phone bill and it is $180!!! Don’t trust these sleezy salesmen!! ALL LIES!! Worst company I have ever dealt with!! I filed a scam with the BBB because of my experience. Please do not fall victim to this poorly managed hole in the wall!
Shawn took care of us today, my old phone finally gave up and Shawn not only upgraded my phone but he transferred all of my contacts and pictures to my new phone. He made the entire process very easy and he did it in a timely manner. Go to Shawn and Mike thanks for all your help guys. 5 star service !
Great service. Shawn took care of my brother and I and was very professional about it. He had 4 other customers waiting in store and he never lost his cool.....this young man took care of everyone while playing smooth jazz music lol My Verizon GO 2 Store !!!!!!!

Was In-N-out in 20-30 mins. Normally setting up 2 phones would last 4 hours but not at this store !! 1 man team, 1 guy took care of 4 customers by himself. Great Job young man !!

The worst experience I have ever had!!!! I went there on February 26 to activate the service only (my phone is unlocked). The person working there sold me the sim card and offered one of the most expensive plans without even telling me about the hidden fees/one time charges. Even that overpriced service didnt work for me cause the network was really bad in Crestline. I tried calling verizon multiple times to cancel the service and get a refund but they cant access my account cause that young man put a WRONG PIN!!! My billing address is wrong, too. I am extremely disgruntled and mad.
BEWARE!! Got my first bill today and was straight up lied to about my monthly payment. THIS IS NOT A DIRECT VERIZON DEALER!!! All lies…They will tell you whatever you want to hear just so they can get their commission.
9/21/2020 - One of few stores that was opened during the pandemic. Lee was amazing! He helped my husband set up his new phone and was very knowledgeable in his job. Most of all he was very patient with us non techy people.Thank you so much,Keep you the good work Lee!
I have had terrible experiences with the young man that works at this location. When I went in today to add a new line, he insisted he could not find my account using my zip code. When I told him I had driven a half hour and to be there he did not seem to care and indicated that it wasnt his fault if I couldnt give him my zip code. When I arrived home, I checked the address on my verizon account and it did contain the zip code I had given this young man. He had been lying about not finding my account, using my zip code, so i would leave thus freeing him to wait on the young woman behind me which clearly was excited to do. Very rude young man that has been difficult before.
New employee there tould me they accept returns. When I got there I have to wait an hour before speaking with him only to find out that the new employee failed to tell me over the phone that he cant accept returns if the products were bought from another retailer working for Verizon. Example the new employee works at gowireless verizon, I bought from victra verizon, as a result I can only return to victra Verizon retail stores
Waiting over 30 minutes to just pick up phone left here- after speaking with manager yesterday to confirm would pick up.

A little over a year ago I bought an iPhone at this location and was told that it came with a free tablet and I could share the service for it through my phone, months later I was reviewing my bill online and noticed I’m being charged for the full price of the tablet and for service also. I called Verizon but since I had signed the contract there was nothing they could do. The only thing they could do was give me credit for 6 months of the service but I’m still making payments on the tablet. Make sure you read all the paperwork at this location because they will lie to you.
Travis always checks with me before doing anything. Hes extremely patient. Since Im 81 years old, he listens to my needs and only offers things to me that would make sense for me. He is very intuitive and listens to my needs. He has actually saved me money on my monthly bill every time Ive been here. Im a retired educator and I can say that he is great at educating his customers. Very social as well. An absolute pleasure to work with! Thank you TravisHe gives me confidence in my quest for technological knowledge.
Set up new service and was supposed to pick up my devices from this location. They do not answer the phone and when I went to the store to talk to someone there is never anyone at this location. I had to call Verizon directly to find out what was going on and they couldnt even reach this location either. I had to cancel my entire order and wasted more time to get what I needed from a different location that was even further from my home. Very unprofessional.
My wife and i worked with Joe to get the best possible deal for a new phone for my elderly mother. He was honest and up front with us which was appreciated. I would get new phones here again.
Called in to see if they had the Galaxy S9 for the 1 day sale, the guys that answered was very short with me and sounded like he couldnt be bothered. He then hung up on me before I could ask him another question. So, we called the retailer in Highland, the man there was very cool and professional. Wish they were all like him.
They never answer the phone no matter what time, or day of the week it is. The gentleman that “helped” us was extremely rude, and condescending. My family has worked with him in the past, and his attitude, as well as dry/unfriendly personality has yet to change. Don’t go here if you’re looking for a pleasant experience. Take your business to a retailer that cares.

Random fees always appear on your bill that weren’t there before. I’ve had them for over 2 years and I still feel like they find ways to make your bill more than what they tell you when you’re at the actual store. It’s very fraud likely and I’m not going to hesitate to change real soon. Btw I’m paying over $600( almost $700) for a plan with 6 phones with unlimited 4g LTE and somehow I’m always stuck with slow 3G data which seems unfair. The stores and store managers do very little to help and always beat around the bush with every problem you bring to their attention.
I have been having problems with this store. They opened an account that was not supposed to have been opened. The manager saint and the district manager Dwaine are very unprofessional and do not care about their customers. They don’t return phone calls and are not reAlly with Verizon they are a franchise so Verizon has no control on how they conduct business. Don’t go here unless you like getting ripped off.

Got new phone here as mom broke hers at dialysis. Clean inside outside was not like Mission Viejo. This place is awesome and the service was amazing. Focus on the good!
They work at a very slow pace here. I waited about 40 minutes before i was helped and the store was dead only 2 people in the store and 2 employees. While I was waiting 3 other customers came in, waited 5-10 minutes and left annoyed. Then I get to talk to an employee and find out they dont have change for a 100$ bill. My bill was 60$. I do not recommend this place for anything. They also seem to be out of stock on most items.

I originally rated this place 5 stars. That was of course before my husband got screwed over by these thieves!! He returned his old iphone6 s plus and the lg v20 for the Samsung note 8. Then we got billed for the entire cost of the iPhone even though it was turned in. 2 months later and we are STILL trying to sort this out. The sales person who took( lets face it, STOLE!) my husbands phone was Conveniently fired and now they are just giving us the run around. Verizon corporate offices have been notified as well. These people are nothing but a bunch of liars and thieves!

My dad and I went on Black Friday evening to switch a family plan of 4 lines from AT&T to Verizon because of the great deal they were offering. We expected chaos and unhelpful service because of the day. Instead, we get Jared, the Assistant Manager, and Mia, a service rep. Both provided some of the best service weve ever had at a phone store. Jared in particular was incredibly helpful and friendly. He not only made sure we got the deal we wanted, he helped us transfer info from our old phones to the new ones. He also explained how to get online rebates. THEN, after we got home that night, we realized that we should have gotten some Samsung VR gear as part of the deal. So the next day I called the store, got Jared, and asked about it. Once again he was more than gracious. We went back in to the store and he reprocessed the order so that we could get the gear at no cost. He also clearly answered additional questions we had. Ive never had such great customer service at a phone store. We werent rushed, belittled or talked down to, and it was no pressure sales. You dont expect such things in San Bernardino, but Jared and his team are a gem. If we ever need phones again, you can bet that were going back to him!
