Great experience. Jenny was the specialist that helped us out. She was very patient, gave helpful suggestions and was very knowledgeable about all products on hand. She went out of her way to get our 3 children some crayons and coloring pages to pass the time. I would definitely recommend coming to this place if you were considering some upgrades to your kitchen.

We were looking to buy some stuff for the new place but after I was greeted very rudely by some lady with blonde brown hair Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Long story short, save your money. Paid over 6k for our cabinets from Cabinets to Go, and after the fact found IKEA to do the same cabinets for half the price. Plus IKEA sends out a representative to measure your kitchen for you. The assembly instructions are horrible and had to find videos on YouTube of each cabinet. Cabinets do not go together well and are already having issues with pieces falling apart, just 1 month after assembly. Cabinets are just NOT worth the money. Recommend purchasing elsewhere for this kind of money.

Horrible customer service...My wife and I drove to this location because it was the closest one at about 30 miles away. We even arranged for a babysitter for our little ones. We arrived 45 minutes or so before they closed. When walking in the doors, one of the representatives, Jenny, told us that they will not be able to meet with us today because both representatives had customers and they close at 6pm. This was a 1st for me. Typically, businesses will serve all customers that make it in their doors prior to closing. But the lady invited us to look around and leave any plans or drawings with her so that she may work on them the next day. I did this. The next day she sent me an email with a rendering and asked for feedback, before she gives an estimate. I gave her feedback the next day to make adjustments to the plans and I have yet to hear from her again. I shouldnt have to work this hard to spend my money!

Ana / Sales staff was Awesome! Great selection of quality products. Only negative was cabinets themselves do not come pre-assembled. Wish this had been disclosed at time of purchase.

Horrible experience. The staff and process of receiving, scheduling etc. Was the worst. We were without a kitchen for months strictly because of their lack of organization Absolutely not worth the savings on the cabinets. Would never recommend this business to friends.

Cabinets to Go has been a terrible experience. Never contract getting cabinets from them. I ordered cabinets and was required to pay for them in full. several weeks later when the delivery date arrived, three upper kitchen cabinets were missing from the order. I have now waited two months for these cabinets and they have still not even arrived at their warehouse. I have made countless telephone calls to try and get the cabinets from anyone of their stores in the US. However telephone calls go to a central message center and they seldom responded. The managers at the Rancho Cucamonga store sometimes will call back but problems are never solved. The company in general has terrible internal communications and they dont know where their own products are located nationwide. My home project has been held up, going on 2 months now and i have had to postpone real-estate showings. Time is money and this company has cost me a lot more than the cabinets are even worth.

How are they in business still? Recently we bought a house that has cabinets from here in the house. We contacted the seller and he told us the cabinets were from here and advised us to not go there, that they were a headache and he had a terrible time with them. Wish we would have listened.First time I went there, I was greeted by Jenny. I told her our scenario, and she knew who our seller was by name. She began bashing him saying how he was a terrible customer and made it hell for them. Now I can see why he did. She fuddled with the computer system and kept saying they had some new system that she didnt know how to navigate. It took forever to get a quote, and they already had the specs of the house from the previous seller. After a while She gave up using it and basically quoted me finally. The cabinets were discontinued so we got another color in the same style, approx 1700$ worth and was told theyre super backed up on deliveries. This was August. I was told Labor Day weekend or the following Tuesday my order would be in. It wasnt. They said that weekend. It wasnt. Every time I called, which was about 4 separate times, someone always said we are sorry, we dont know what happened because our shipments come from Tennessee, but your stuff should be here this Friday or by the following Tuesday. Every time I called Saturday or the following weds, to give them an extra day, still nothing. Finally this week I called and Erica answered. She told me less than half of my order was maybe there. I lost it. I was told a manager would contact me, this was Tuesday. Today is Friday, heard nothing back. I called today to cancel, Im fed up. My order was supposed to come the week of the 4th. Today is the 21st. When I called to cancel, they said Ill call you back in 5 minutes, because I answered from another desk. 40 minutes and nothing. I called back and Jenny gave me attitude, saying whoever answered was with a customer, as if I shouldnt have called back. I will never in my life use this company, and should have listened the seller of my house. He wasnt the issue, they were.
