They are telling me my maintenance plan is over. I do not believe it is. They lost my 4th complimentary oil change. They did find it. I was so happy. I just do not want to feel bad when I visit their establishment. This plan I purchased was such a great deal when I purchased it. I just want this to improve.

Excellent customer service ! Took our Crosstrek in for service and a set of new tires. Hector our svc mgr got us in and out in a timely manner. We also decided to look into buying a new Forrester, we dealt with Jeff. Jeff was very professional and had very good knowledge of the cars. We decided after we left the dealership to purchase the Forrester, and Jeff offered to deliver the vehicle and sign docs at our house. Very nice touch.

They sold me a car that didnt go through inspection, sales manager took no responsibility for it at all. Do not buy a car from this place! Stay away!UPDATE****so I called the number provided, left a message for the GM to call me back and still nothing. I stand by my review. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!

Car sat there all day and never got serviced. From about 8:30 to 2:30 but they made sn appointment for the wrong day and the wrong car.

Subaru of San Bernadino service department always takes good care of me and my Forester. They are always very nice and the mechanics always do a good job in a timely manner.

One of the most honest dealerships Ive encountered. Bought my Subaru in San Luis Obispo. Everytime I took it to service they were always telling me I needed this or that done. When I moved down here and took my car in for service that I normally got done in SLO they asked me why. I told them that is what SLO dealership did and they told me it wasnt necessary. Another time I came here I told them I thought I had one more free service. They took my VIN and said I had none left, no big deal, paid full price. Went home. Got a call back from same person who said she double checked just to be sure and found she mistyped last number on VIN and I did have free service remaining and refunded me. Maybe other dealerships and service departments are just that dishonest but Ive always had a great experience here.

Dont see whats the point of the car being under warranty if theyre still going to charge you $90 just to check the battery and say you need a new battery! with the battery and give you the excuse that thats a diagnostic charge theres a reason why they call dealers a rip-off when it comes to servicing carsI could of got the service free at autozone smh!
