I had some extensive work here done on my vehicle, once I got it back I had several issues with the car running properly. After they worked on the engine they broke some vacuum lines which I ended up fixing myself. In addition we havent drove the car for more then 6,000 miles and are now having problems with the timing chain. I called and the customer support was rude and not willing to help, I was referring family and friends to this location in hopes of supporting local businesses, however I will never use this company or refer anyone any longer. Please be wise and do not come here find a reliable shop with better customer service and puts there customer first and back there work 100%.

65$ to change a tire?!?! From my spare tire too! What a joke. I thought it was called discount tire shop for a reason... Save yourself time and go to Lord of the Rims, charged me 15$ to FIX the tire. If 65$ the case I should open my own place. Save the headache!

Took my car to get fixed & left with check engine light on, had to pay a other mechanic to fix it cause it didn’t wanna move from the front of my yard . went back & told me they couldn’t do anything.

I purchased a groupon for an oil change and expected to pay the usual extra charges. I was charged an extra $40 because they said my vehicle takes 8qts of oil. I never heard of any car taking 8qts of oil. That price should have been discussed before the work was done, since it wasnt discussed makes me feel it was to intentionally ripp me off.

Highly recommend this place. Richard helped me with a price I could afford. As well as the guys in the garage. Had my battery charged when I got there and made sure tires had air.... The lady in the office was awesome as well. Thanks Darlene Wilson.. I will recommend friends and family... Honest people

I came here to get my oil changed so I showed up a little bit after 8am, their website said they open at 8 so I figured I would hopefully be first in line. I go in and talk to a manager and she tells me her mechanics are running a little bit late so I should wait in my car. 8:10...8:20...8:30...8:40...a mechanic finally pulls up at 8:47. Very unprofessional in my opinion and will definitely not be coming here again.

I was there for about an hour to get an oil change done. It wasnt their fault, I think there was only one guy working that time and there were two people ahead of me. I paid pretty cheap, and overall Im satisfied with their service.

Service was faster than told, was told almost 2 hour wait, and waited only less than one hour, great.

Very helpful and let you take your time to pick out your tires even if you make a mistake and put brand new on the back when you should have put it on the front and you come back and say I made a mistake the back should be on the front LOL and they did the job again for me for free

Sister in law came to do her oil change and then she got a call back from them saying their was electrical problem and wires cut when their was nothing wrong with car and when she went to deal with this problem they were rude and unprofessionals! And for the rating i give them negative stars but i had to in order to post it!

The people were courteous and quick with the service! The service I received was an oil change. It was my first time here. It Was not busy. No complaints. I will return in the future and I do recommend.

This place has very bad service, got a Groupon for an oil change and they couldn’t make me an appointment and said it was first come first serve. After the oil change the oil change was not reset and they gave me attitude when I told them to reset it. Just like 2020 I would not recommend.

George was super helpful as always. It was my first time going to the San Bernardino location vs Redlands and the reception/office area was clean, nice and accommodating with WiFi etc.But most of all, I have a Volvo and I won’t go anywhere else with my car now (other than a dealer). These guys are really great and always get the job done right at very reasonable rates. Highly recommend.

One in four easy and simple oil change, and that is exactly what I got with great service.

My tire had been leaking air even after I got it replaced somewhere else. This shop identified the problem, explained it to me, and fixed it in less than 20 minutes. I’ll definitely be coming here in the future.

Brought my car in and they were kind enough to give me a ride all the way down town so I could get back to work.….when they were done they came back and picked me up. Did great work on my car. needed engine work…runs excellent. I priced out the work at several shops before bringing the car in and Anies was the best deal. very friendly highly recommend them.

Was stuck with an emergency as my vehicle was seriously overheating, After looking it over Angie explained it was most likely a clogged thermostat, that he could fix it but it would be much cheaper to do it myself and a relative easy fix. Told me exactly what to do, and never charged me anything. I went to the auto parts store got the part for $8 and fixed it myself in 30mins. If Angie was such a scammer I dont think he would have helped me not making a dime in the process.
