Ive been going to get my car serviced here for four years and am done giving this place chances. Customer Service is lacking, they do not communicate with clients. Today I waited two hours for my car service only to be told they had not looked at my car yet, service advisor wanted me to tell them what was wrong with my car when I told them I was here to see if my brakes needed repair. Then I had to wait an hour more to be told they finally looked at my car and yes the brakes needed repair. I was there two weeks ago getting an oil change and the advisor then did not tell me my brakes were unsafe. In the past for oil changes Ive waited three hours and the advisor is never available to give you updates on time estimates. Ive been going here because it is close to my home but after this experience I will no longer be going here.Update not even two weeks later my brakes are screeching again.
So be very careful. They totally did a bait and switch on me.I found Ram 2500 trucks on Commercial truck trader with utility beds and inquire. Nice enough guy from the internet department emails me back and then calls me. I told him what I was interested in and he sends me pics but says because I purchase through my company the deal will have to go through the Commercial department.I drive an hour and half and they have 4 of the same trucks. I told them about my fleet number and they said no problem they can make that fleet deal.Then they come over and say the price I saw doesnt include the bed and itll be another 10k.Total scam. Add shows the truck for sticker price. They have a hidden 4k added dealer fee and 10k for the bed that is shown in the pictures.Didnt disclose any of this until I told them to quote up the best deal.Total waste of my time and they just said they do it all the time with the ads. Theyll tell the fleet guy who handles it. Sorry.
We came here to looking to trade. Tony sales man really helped us out he even went the extra mile to clean the car because the folks that do it had already left. Tony your a stand up guy you made our purchase nice and easy.
This place used to be great but its totally gone down hill. No one ever answers the phone in the service department (Ive called up to 9 times in a day, and no answer). I scheduled a service appointment online, and the service department was closed on the day of my appointment. I took in my truck because I needed to have an official diagnosis to file an extended warranty claim, I already knew the issue, directed them to it, but paid almost $200 diagnostic fee for a warranty claim that was denied with a policy they sold me. (FYI, watch the fine print. When they say bolts arent covered, they mean every bolt, no matter what its attached to. Just because your engine is covered and your exhaust manifold is covered, it doesnt mean the bolts that hold them together are covered.) To top it off, when I picked up my truck, I was on the freeway and noticed the hood bouncing around. The hood wasnt properly closed, air filter cover hadnt been replaced and my after market filter was bent. Now Ive been trying to get ahold of the finance department for DAYS to cancel the worthless extended warranty they sold me. Ive left messages, sent emails, went on the chat on their website. Yet no one has gotten ahold of me.

I started a deal for a car on line gave all my information drove from Pomona I called and asked if they had the car Angel said yes. When I got there another person named Julian told me we just sent the vehicle to Riverside it was ok for me because l know how they play when you get a good deal and they can honored what they are offering. At the end I didnt get a full tank not even my first oil change, my window sticker and add on label. TOTALLY SCAM be aware...
Worst experience ever!!!Typically you come to the dealer and pay more for the piece of mind that they will take care of you. Not the case here first time you go they will treat you great, but when they notice they messed up no communication returned at all. After 3000 dollars for unnecessary parts and diagnostics Im still left with a broke car. Beware this place will rob you!!!!!!
Hidden fees be aware and price gouging! Can’t recommend this place if the contract changes cause of mistakes made by employees and down payment changes after you made the deal! after having possession of vehicle I get threatened with a contract to be sued after giving everything they asked for at purchase this place sucks !
I purchased my new vehicle from this dealership in March 2021, and received excellent service from everyone I spoke to, especially my car salesman, Craig. I never felt hassled or rushed to make a decision and they were very patient when my little one became grumpy. I just had my first oil change there and still received excellent service. I had an online that I scheduled online and my car was ready very quickly.

Set up a service appointment in advance for a vehicle leased from this same location. When I called the morning of the service appointment to confirm my vehicle would likely be completed today before bringing it in for my morning appointment, I was told they are a 48 hour wait for diagnostics and that it would probably not even be looked at until the following day. I was never told this when scheduling my service appointment. When I asked if I could schedule further out so that I could use my vehicle until the day that it would be looked at they said it doesn’t work that way and there are vehicles in line before me and that regardless my vehicle would not be looked at on the day it is dropped off. I don’t see the logistics of doing things this way instead of just scheduling appointments further out so people can use their vehicles until the service department can actually spend time on their vehicle. Especially when this vehicle is leased from the same location, I would think they want their car to be maintained appropriately and to provide good customer service for return business.

SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!They will tell you about a deal over the phone to get you to go to their dealership and when there they will deny the deal and tell you the person you spoke with over the phone is not there once you show up. They are confrontational and rude. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!

I was very pleased with the overall buying experience of my new Ram 1500 Big Horn during the Memorial Day weekend. My sales person, sales manager, and finance manager were all very professional, treated me with respect, and got me in an out with excellent financing in less than two hours. At the time I would have recommended this dealership to anyone based upon the experience I had.However, I am changing my review based on additional paperwork emailed to me involving my Mopar Maintenance contract. The contract stated, much to my surprise, that I had paid $500 for 3 years of oil changes and tire rotations. Josh, my finance manager at the time of purchase, had explicitly promised free oil changes as part of the contract signed with the lending institution. When I spoke with Josh, he denied that he had promised free oil changes. Now, I am stuck having paid for 3 years of oil changes, that I normally would not have purchased. I am very disappointed with the lack of honesty and integrity, and having been flat out lied too. This is not a way to run any kind of business, and I will no longer recommend buying any vehicle from Moss Bros. San Bernardino. Do be careful, and make sure you get everything in writing!! This dealership will add on several additional fees and charges.
Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. It was easy to schedule my service on line. It took a little longer than expected but I just relaxed in the waiting room. Moss Bros. Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM San BernardinoWish there was a ZERO STAR rating option...for the amount of mental anguish and time spent on trying to communicate with this company. Our Jeep broke down in a city over 2 hours away from our home and was in service for over a month, and we could never get in touch with anyone in the service department despite numerous calls and messages to see what the status was. One person did suggest an email and that produced results. Finally, our car was promised for a Friday, so we made arrangements for two drivers to come get it. Despite 9 messages to arrange a time for pick up (including on the General Managers voicemail); we never heard back from anyone. We never received our car until the following Monday evening. Never an apology for not getting back to us, nor an explanation for the numerous delays...SO frustrating!!!

Very poor customer service! Phones ring and ring. They wont return your calls in a timely manner. Fedile the sales manger has a very bad potty mouth when he interacts with you. His biggest issue is how much money hes losing and how much he has paid out instead of considering the poor quality of customer service you have received or how many lies they wanna tell you!
Moss Bros. San Bernardino Service Staff was amazing!! I took my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in for a transmission concern, and they took the time to hear my concern and make me feel valued. The Service Staff kept me posted every step of the way on the repair. They gave me a time line of two weeks, and they delivered in 2 weeks. The Jeeps transmission is operating amazing!! Gilbert Escobedo was hands down the best salesman Ive worked with in the hunt for my 2020 Challenger ScatPack, I got a call as soon as they had one available and was there within the next couple hours got paperwork signed and drove off the lot in less than 24hrs with the car of my dreams! He was on top of every question, comment and or concern I had and gave me the best deal on the exact car I wanted didnt try to sell me on anything but what I came for! In the service area I have always had a very good experience, there is only one problem now that they are sending the invoices by email, I have not been able to open the link to see the details of the work they did on my car. Too bad I cant say the same about a salesperson who insulted me when I bought my car.
They offer a discounted price, but watch out they get it right back up to list with the tricky ads with small print about add ons and dealer installed accessories, for example, Moss will offer a $3995 discount, but when you get there it has $3695 worth of made up whatever we want to say add ons for 3-6 times it value, thats fine but put it in your ad price, not a hey look when you get here a separate add on window sticker surprise! they will tell you it has paint sealant, or scotch guard, or nitrogen filled tires, GPS system, all at triple reasonable cost value, also note any electronic dealer installed aftermarket GPS can void factory warranties of whatever its plugged into or even the computer, The truck I was looking at wasnt even at San Bernardino as advertised, it was in Moreno Valley, we had to go get it, I did buy it after I was triple teamed by sales crew and I needed the truck but was unhappy about the markups, it was also missing the owners manual and the second key, they promised it would be there next week when I came back in, it wasnt, making excuse after excuse why it was not there, now I have to go there a third time and waste more time, dont let this happen to you! expect to pay a higher price and payment than advertised, and dont take to vehicle unless you get both keys right then and there as they dont care once the sale has been made about getting things like that done, below is a disclaimer, I love how they say may, vehicles on ad with dealer discounts will have the ad ons, in other words Moss sells just a few hundred below list price!

I saw an offer on a vehicle for only 5,000. Went in to check it out, ended up test driving vehicles way over my budget only to run my credit and told they would find something for me. Never heard from them again. 😬

Shoped 4 dealers around the Rancho Cucamonga area and the internet sales over at Moss Brothers Jeep in San Bernardino gave me the best value. They kept me in the loop with every step of the progress while they were looking for the right vehicle for me at the price I told him I wanted to pay. Also had the general manager and the service manager both come out and introduce themselves to me and give me their cards made me feel very welcome when I walk into the showroom to pick up the vehicle.
I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible customer service. Salesmen were rude and very pushy. Trying to get promised add-ons has taken months. I called in to ask a question. I was put on hold and could hear the operator talking to her co worker about personal things rather than assisting any customers. I will NEVER recommend this location and will advise friends and loved ones to steer clear!

I bought a car from here back in 2014 and had a great experience. Recently I tried to get another car, but the sales managers were not eager to help.
My truck has been there for 5 weeks. Its been extremely hard to get in contact with someone and have left messages with no return calls. I havent heard anything on it for 2 weeks.
First of all they did fix problem, but took three weeks. Ive contacted them for 3 days for update with no response until third day. When I picked up vehicle looked like they just slapped my dash in. Weather stripping was not tucked, nor carpet. My dash is not lined correctly as I have a significant gap on right side. Every time I tried to contact Im led to voice mail. I would like my dash centered as I was informed by the individual who contacted me for survey.
I bought a used Jeep GC Limited here and while the entire experience wasn’t exactly smooth sailing, this dealership really went above and beyond to make things right, and I‘m very thankful for that. First off, our salesman Craig Wade was awesome. Very chill, laid back. No high sales pressure. The actual buying experience was good. The finance team worked with us, and I appreciated them staying late on a Friday night, well beyond their closing time just for us to seal the deal. Unfortunately my Jeeps check engine light came on a few days after purchasing it, but when I contacted Moss Bros about it, I spoke with the manager, Julian, who was very nice and reassured me they would take care of it, which they did. I had to return my vehicle for a couple weeks, but they provided me a rental, and the service team was amazing. Thank you Alfredo and Al for all your help. Everyone at Moss was super accommodating and friendly and just provided excellent customer service. My Jeep runs great now and I couldn’t be happier. I took my 1953 Dodge M-37 in for them to perform some repair work on this old military 4x4 3/4 ton pickup. They did a fantastic job. I would recommend anyone to this shop. They are great people with a lot of talent.

Very unsatisfied. I’m 3 hours away from this dealership I purchased a 2021 ram 2500 over a month ago and till this day I haven’t received my second key fob book or all weather mats. Now they will return my calls, text or messages I leave at the front desk. Aaron Hernandez was my salesman before he got promoted to management and seems he forget about my case. Fidel in Managment department also won’t return my calls text or messages I’m just frustrated, because it’s been over a month nobody told me they didn’t have my second key fob when we purchased our truck. Will never buy from they again!!

This was my second time at this dealership, and for what its worth, I usually dont write bad reviews BUT HONEST ONES. However, this has to be the worse dealership I have ever been to both times for two very different things. For the sake of writing, I am just going to mention this particular time. On 6/2/2021, I had an appointment at 7 AM for the first oil change on the vehicle. I worked late and was not able to pick up the Jeep till after hours. They told me they would give the key to the manager and ask for him. I arrived at 630 PM and asked the MANAGER so he can give me the keys and vehicle. AARON, the manager, took me to the finance office and told me to have a seat outside and wait to sign the service receipt and pay the $76.90 bill.I told him the service was paid for earlier, and Im just here to pick it up. He told me the finance guy would see me and to continue to wait outside. I told him there was no way that I am waiting for a beautiful couple to finish their car purchase so the finance guy can ring me up. I even proposed that if they found out that I didnt pay the 76 something dollar bill, they could charge me the next day. I also added that I am a professor at a college and had to attend a class final for my students.AARON, the manager, told me that I had to wait and not leave or take my car. I began to question how he felt that his way of handling the situation was professional. I explained to him that I was trusted with the loan on the vehicle, but he could not trust me with the oil change on the Jeep. Please keep in mind that I was the only woman in the showroom with about 7-10 salesmen. They were there just listening to me, trying to justify my case. AARON told me it would ONLY be about 20 to 25 minutes before I get seen to be cashed out with the ONE finance officer, with the only register that he can ring me up.The same Finance guy who has the couple purchasing a car from him. Once again, I asked AARON TO reconsider what he is telling me and how long he has me wait to speak to the finance guy. I told him he is holding me against my will, refusing to give me the Jeep, and having me miss my students class FINAL deadline over an oil change that was paid for. I even reminded him that he had all my information on file, not to mention a copy and confirmation email receipt for the paid service.I spent over 30 minutes debating with the AARON, the manager, and him telling me there isnt anyone else for me to speak to because he was reminding me over and over again that he is the manager. Finally, AARON decided to speak to another guy with a beard who told him the email confirmation of payment should be sufficient for me to take the Jeep and leave. I was SHOCKED THAT THIS MANAGER kept me there and kept looking at me as if I am stealing the car from his showroom.Once they gave me the key, I signed the paper acknowledging the service. AARON had me drive the Jeep out of the back area of their lot. Im sure MOSS BROS INSURANCE DOESNT COVER, and I asked him if he wanted me to get it since insurance may not cover patronage going back there. This experience was humiliating, embarrassing, frustrating, and unprofessional! MOSS BROTHERS, your family business appeared to be a clown show today. Your NIGHT TEAM was a joke, and it isnt good for your company to tolerate employees and managers as such.EXCEPT FOR THE SERVICE ADVISOR ROBERT NIZAR WHO WAS EXTREMELY AND INCREDIBLY PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND A FAMILY OR FRIEND TO YOUR LOCATION. ROBERT, YOU SHOULD TEACH THOSE GUYS HOW TO BE PROFESSIONAL.

I was frustrated with them because they told me to come in to see a used vehicle that they realized when I got there couldn’t actually be sold due to mechanical issues.Their internal communication was also poor - multiple times they called me “to follow up on my online interest” just after I’d just come in to see the vehicle or spoken with the general manager about the issues from when I had come in, etc.When they saw my initial 2 star review they did try their best to make it right though - that really was a strong effort, even promising a free oil change for my trouble on a vehicle I ended up buying elsewhere.

Great place to go for service, maintenance, tires & wheels also they have a collision center for those who get into bumper bumps. Thieir imployees are on top of everything always asking question to satisfy their customers thank you all Moss Brothers employees, KOOdo points go out to,Kody,Bill,Jay,Brian,Gary,Anthony,ex. They take good care of us all about 70 Car trucks & SUV a day from 7 to 5.maybe. Come on In.

We just purchased our 3500 Limited from Moss Bros. San Bernardino. Both our salesman, JP Smith, and the finance gentleman, Josh Watson, were great. After spending months researching many makes and models of trucks, we found that Moss Bros. of San Bernardino had the best truck with the trim level we were looking for (Limited) for the best price. We contacted them via the website, and within 30 minutes JP contacted us, and was friendly and informative. We scheduled our test drive, and everything all set up for us when we got there.They run a credit check even though we already had a bankers check and were not financing with them. This is to validate and confirm you are who you are and havent stolen anyones identity. We respect this extra level of diligence.They gave us a great deal on a new (demo) truck, and were thousands lower than the other deals out there. The only thing that threw us off was the California sales tax. This was our first vehicle purchase in California, and it threw us off. However, we got a great deal for the 3500 Limited. JP did a great job to make this happen! We are now recommending JP and the Moss Bros San Bernardino to our friends and family.
So disappointed with the service dept, it use to be alot better then it is now. I made an appt, early for oil change, tire rotation, basic work.. made appt as I can only leave for a few hours at a time due to husband in hospice... I went back after 2 hrs and they hadnt touched the car.. I had explained to the gal it was a quick oil change and would wait for it. This is the second time this happened, first time I was there 6-7 hours for the basic oil change.. after this time I wont go back again. I know they get busy, but I was doing the express service..

I called in for a specific vehicle and they told me that the vehicle was on the lot. So I set up an appointment to come in and look at the vehicle I really needed a vehicle because I lost my vehicle in a car accident. And it turned out they didnt have the vehicle so everything started off as a lie so I just told him you know what Im not going to give you my business because you started off with a lie how do I know youre not lying for everything else. I was already pre-approved from credit Union and was ready to buy a vehicle so I left and bought a vehicle somewhere else if he was just honest with me at the very beginning I would have still came in, Because I need to be a vehicle. They lost a sell because they lied from the start.
Horrible serviceI took my challenger in and it took three months to get my car back. First it took three weeks for the inspector to come out, another week to get approved, and another month to get the part and then 2 weeks to install the part. When I got it back it was covered it dirt and dust with an empty tank. I could never get a hold if anyone after trying the or four time of calling in a row they would say my service person wasnt there defer me to Cody, the suposside manager and he would never call me back. I never want to return here again. Horrible Horrible service. Worst thing is I literally work next door and I always see them outside chitchatting... no wonder no on ever answers the phone.

I got approved for a ram 1500 big horn and honestly im happy with this purchase its nice and spacious perfect for my family! Sales staff need to slow down and ensure everything a buyer needs to know about a purchase is explained prior to purchase and the signing of a contract so confusion on price is avoided. The vehicle sold to me is sweet, has low mileage, and all the bells and whistles. I like it.

Disappointed in the service department. Brought my vehicle in expecting professional and quality service understanding that comes at a cost. Received poor communication, did not perform requested service, lame excuses, claimed to do service that was not requested or authorized but of course expected payment.Funny thing is theres a quote posted in their office, IF YOU ARE NOT TAKING CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMER, YOUR COMPETITION WILL.If the Service Department Manager sees this, perhaps he/she can make can refer us to their competition. I wouldnt recommend this service department if you expect favorable results or timely service.
When for a oil change and notice my window side was lifted. I didnt bring in the car like that I asked them what happened to my car ? They said its common thing on Chargers. They gave a number to call and I did but its not covered 😐. Im not going back here again. They also look like they were going to help me but never call me back to do so to fix my car.
Place is a ripped off...wanted $10k over MSRP ...found the same jeep at another dealer got $7k off MSRP shop around and avoid this place
Horrible. Bought my Durango on Friday during 4th of July weekend. Drove my car off and one of the tires was flat driving it off the parking lot. Had to wait until Monday to bring it in. Spent 2 hrs waiting with my three kids to get any information on what they were going to do about the tire. Ended up needing to get a rental so that they can place a new tire. Came back two days later and waited another two hours for my car to be brought out the service department. Meanwhile I drive the rental to the hertz down the way to turn it in while someone from moss came in the courtesy shuttle to pick us up and bring us back to the dealer. I waited 45 min and no one showed up. The wonderful people at Hertz felt bad and drove me (mind you I’m 6 months pregnant) and my three kids back to the dealership. I was told I would receive an email from Moss in regards to a review that they require all buyers to do. I haven’t received that at all. Haven’t even heard from anyone at Moss since I purchased the car. Wonder why.
