Tony was my installer I had him come out to give me an estimate on the front windows in my home as well as to tint my Malibu vehicle windows he was professional arrived on time did an amazing job the windows look beautiful On my home And the tint on my auto looks amazing I give him and the company 5 stars He answered all my questions provided expert advice He took patience and plenty of time to make sure that the Tint job was done correct with life time guarantee on the work.

Im going to get straight to the point. I took my vehicle to have the windows tinted on June 5, 2020. All windows with the exception of the main front window were tinted. Once, I received my car, I noticed streaks and discoloration on the two small side windows and bubbles in the back lower right side of window. It was brought up to the owners attention immediately, by the name of Al. He stated that it was water trapped underneath the tint and that with time the streaks and bubbles would go away. It was pretty apparent that the owner does not know how to deal with customers questioning, since he became irritable and a bit hostile when his poor quality work was being pointed out. Three weeks later after leaving my car out under the sun per Als advice the bubbles and streaks were still there. A appointment was made to take my car back and to have the situation rectify.I took my car back on July 6,2020 met with the owner and he inspected his work and stated that he would need to redo the two small side windows but will not redo the back window. Per the owner Al, he stated there was no merit to redo the back window. At first he began to say that it was water bubbles still trapped and then soon after he changed his statement stating it was dust bubbles. It goes to show that he apparently did not clean my car window well before installing the tint. He found any excuse to not take ownership of his shoddy job. Once again, he became hostile and began arguing with me. He even implied that I got what I paid for and that I had such high expectations. Hes absolutely right! I expected for him to get the job done right the first time. I would never recommend this business to anyone! Very unprofessional, rude and apparently unknowledgeable. I would be cautious of any discounts they offer you directly or through Groupon since you get what you pay for. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.

Great job on my car takes way to long dropped off at 7 pm was told it would be ready by midnight got there at midnight and they didn’t even start until then so then I had to sit there till 230 am waiting because I needed my car for work again it did come out amazing but come on it doesn’t take 8 hours to tint a charger

Were satisfied with their work. They installed a tint that is legal in the State of California and on time. There are no hassles or any up sale on the part of the employee. Setting up an appointment was also easy, although we had to wait for the next available slot which was 2 weeks. We usually dont wait, and we just take our business somewhere else. But, this time were glad we waited and it was worth it. We didnt get the employees name, but he was nice enough to come out of the shop and explained everything and answered any questions that we had. The installation was done last July 13, 2020. Well give them 5 stars at this moment in time....

EDIT: Thanks for the reply. I left a 1 star rating because I had a less than favorable experience with the company. Last year my business had a window broken out. When we had the window replaced the glass company hired West Coast Tint to come out and tint our glass after it was installed. Unfortunately the tint didnt match so we asked the installer to re-tint the window with a matching film. The Installer who I believe was the owner, brought a few different colors of film and believed he had a match. He tinted the glass again the second time and it was still a very noticeable different shade than the other 4 panes of glass around it. We asked him to find the correct tint and insure that the glass matched. He removed the tint and left, seemingly rattled by the whole ordeal. I didnt think much of it. I think I called the glass company and told me that I wouldnt have to pay for the tint. No big deal, I figured it was all done.A few months later I wanted to get my windows tinted on my truck so I called West Coast because the prices seemed reasonable when the owner and I previously discussed tinting them while he was at my building for the replacement window. I spoke with a friendly woman over the phone and scheduled an appointment to get my truck windows done. Two or three days later when I showed up at West Coast Tintings Shop to get my windows tinted, The owner came out and met with me only to let me know that he was not interested in doing work for me.Now he has a right to refuse service and I respect that, but I think the entire situation was handled improperly and unprofessionally. I would have been grateful to know that he didnt want to do work for me before I made an appointment, made arrangements to drop the truck off and then drove up there.So my 1 star review is not related to the quality ( I cant speak to that), but rather the service, and is a warning to potential customers that if there is an issue, the owner may or may not be reluctant to fix it and may decide he doesnt want to do work for the customer in the future.

I got a great deal off of Groupon. I called ahead to schedule an appointment as was stated on my Groupon voucher. My appointment went really well and was handled at the scheduled time without any issues. Was given time estimate for an hour for job to be completed and estimate was correct as it only took around an hour to complete the job. All in all great experience with friendly staff and great work. Windows look awesome and Im going to recommend friends and family to get their windows tinted there too.

I had my windows tinted here about 2years ago. Upon the initial install there was small bubbling and what looked to be water drops in certain areas. After asking Al about these things he reassured me that it is normal and those things should go way after a couple of days. After couple of days the little bubbles and water drops went away and the windows have been perfect since. Customer service was great and I happily refer this company to friends and family.

Bought the platinum plan and they didnt honor it when my windows started bubbling. Went in showed him my receipt, he kept it and never gave it back so when I went in again he said he didnt remember. Lesson to be learned, I guess and trust no man.

Kinda expensive, but good service. Even with the Groupon getting all my windows tinted plus the visor tint was about 200 dollars. Seems a bit pricey, but it was a good job. So maybe a cheaper job wouldnt have been as good? I dunno, but I am happy with the service, just not sure that I couldnt have gotten the same cheaper elsewhere.

I dont ever, and I mean ever write a review, good or bad. Seen they had a 3.9 rating and still gave them a chance. Bought a Groupon and followed the fine prints instructions. But when I got there, the worker there started giving me the run around and still wanted to charge more on top of what I already paid. Although I cant review the work, I suggest, dont waste your time. Customers obviously dont come first. Nor do they honor their word. By writing this I only hope I saved someone(s) time and grief. All and all, 1 word to describe this place...pathetic. consumers beware

Good family owned shop. Husband and wife both are good people but the work process is slow and little costly. BUT the good side is you can make early and late appointment like 7 in the morning or evening on any days!

I suggest for anyone looking at this site who really wants to get there windows done right google the Tint Factory, Loma Linda and read their reviews and you will see who is telling the truth. I believe word of mouth is the best and that is how many are referred to the tint factory. They do most of the local dealers like Spreen Honda, and you can call and get a referral from them too, do not just read these comments find out for yourself and find out why West Coast has such a problem with them to begin with. Get the Truth! They want to talk reputation then compare the both shops and you will find out who is better. For Real!!!
