If you want your bike repaired in a tinely manner and done properly than go to literally any other shop in town.Took over 2 months to fix my bike just to get it back running worse than when I took it in, covered in oil, and my wiring just laid on top of the engine.

Good and fast service.I like that you can speak directly with the person that works on your bike. They explain very clearly what is wrong, what needs to be done and your options. Great price too.

I took my SeaDoo RXP here a few years ago (4 years ago) because it was running really bad and they were located really close to my house. These guys had it in and out within 5 days. When I got it back on the water, it was a rocket out of the hole. I couldnt believe the difference.Now, I have been taking my jet skies to these guys every year. For winterization and when bringing it out of winterization/storage. Each and every time, my skies are running great and strong. I will continue to take my jet skies and motorcycles to these guys. Great service, answers all my noob or novice questions, fun conversation, and great prices. Highly recommend to anyone in the area.

Bought a used sport bike from them a year ago. Bike runs great however whoever did the chain install had my swingarm axle unallighned. 3 clicks on the left 4.5 on the rights causing chain binding. Future note attention to detail guys That could of really killed someone

This is the only shop in San Antonio you should bring your bike to get work done. The owner actually wrenches on bikes and he is super honest only repairing what you ask for or what is needed. Really good prices and if James doesnt have something you need, he will get it. Great shop for motorcycles.

If youre a Motorcycle operator and need repairs or services, try them out they did great on repairing and services.

Their Honda mechanic is great, a 5 star mechanic, everything done and done right. But their counter staff or counter system is questionable at best. Its like they dont understand why a customer comes in, walks to the desk with the register and waits to be helped. That part of the process takes 5 minutes. Hence the 4 stars. I will always go back but room for improvement.

I took my Ultra 150 jetski here because I was having cooling problems. Brent was awesome. Service was fast and affordable. He fixed the jetski and continued to answer questions that I had about it. This shop is honest and fair. I would recommend to anyone.

Very nice and patiently persons work there, if you need but or fix your motorcycle this the place you want to go.

I took my Kawasaki ATV in because I was having trouble with it running rough. As I expected, they told me they felt I needed to have the carburetor cleaned which I authorized. Immediately after the service the ATV ran well. After 4 weeks, the ATV began to misfire and pop, When I called to report this issue, they told me it was old gas and had nothing to do with their repair. The irony is that I was still using the tank of gas they billed me for when they replaced the fuel after they repaired my carburetor. They wouldnt do anything to help me out. Now, 3 months later, I have fuel pouring from the carburetor and will need to take it somewhere else to get it repaired. I wouldnt recommend these guys.

I took my 2007 yamaha fjr 1300 to their shop to have the coolant changed, they did all that was supposed to be done. i had watched a you tube video on changing the coolant, certainly a pain in the rear to perform, i applaud the whole crew on their performance and truly appreciate the honesty of everyone, i always take my bike there, and will continue to do so.

I cant recommend this place enough! Since my first visit James has gone to extreme lengths to make me happy. I brought in my CBR to have an issue looked at only to find the problem to be much more serious than I thought. I entertained the idea of trading in the bike for a Ducati and James gave me an incredibly fair trade in offer, and even discounted the Ducati to get it to where I could afford it. Together the team here has earned my business for life as they have gone to extreme lengths to make me happy, and Im glad Ive found such a great shop. Dont bother going anywhere else!

Purchased a CBR here and was very excited about the customer service and fair pricing. I decided to bring my other moto in to get some parts replaced that i prepaid for and was quoted $80 for labor.I was extremelly dissapointed about the time frame. I was told 2-3 days to fix my bike and then hear 2-3 days before they could look at my bike and it took 3 weeks. I would had it repaired elsewhere if they were too busy. I called weekly for updates and asked if they could let me know if it needed additional work and i wanted to do what was necessary to take care of it properly. Parts were ordered without my knowledge and I was told the repair was instead $350.When i got home my bike was missing several screws and a part that holds the fairings in place. The flywheel they installed for me is leaking oil a week later. The seal doesnt appear to be installed properly. I was also told the old flywheel was extremly dirty because i made the mistake of leaving it open while i was diagnosing the issue. Had i known they wouldnt thorouly clean it out and claim my motor would go out from the dirt i would have cleaned it out myself and it would have been spotless with my maticulous efforts before they ran my machine with dirt in it or had that part replaced.The owner did work with me on the pricing because it was much higher than i anticipated. I just wish i made the time and decision to fix the bike myself. Overall, the selling service was great and would return to buy but unhappy with the repair because i feel a little mislead.
