Let’s talk about this customer service. I go into the office expecting to pay the price said to me on the phone but that was not the right price. Still bought some because I did not have time to go to my other place. Then I place my order, I told them to give me a few mins and I let my truck catch up. It was there minutes after I paid, the guys even told me that the truck was in a good spot to be loaded! There were a handful of other that came to buy rack supplies and they got loaded up. We sat waiting, even see one of the workers do a burnout in his car to leave. After I seen the guy that told me we were good to be loaded leave I went in and asked the guy that did my order why I was still waiting! He thought we had gone long ago! We get loaded by a guy that had nothing but excuses as to why I had not been loaded. I was assured this would never happen again! But this was the again! This was the second chance after my last time with them.

Tried to buy some racking from them but I never got a quote. they are horrible at returning emails and inquiries. If you need racking I would suggest another company instead.

Got what we wanted. Everything was straight forward. Even helped me load up. Just one opinion, but all good here.

Tried to purchase racks from Jose several different times, he would answer emails very slowly and when you call to try and figure out what he is trying to say via email and close the transaction he is mysteriously not onsite or on vacation. (weeks at a time which was just BS from receptionist probably too lazy to go find him) I think they are just a small local company trying to operate with a dotcom presence but lack all the resources to do so. All in all I would run as far as possible from this company and do yourself a favor and find someone else who re-sells racking products or buy new its not that much more. I ended up spending over $60,000 with another company called Ross Clark. Google it save yourself the headache with these clowns.

Their sales staff in san antonio is the worst. One of the worst companies as far as getting someone to return your call. Rather you are trying to buy racks or sell them, you have to call them 10 times and they still wont return your calls. use anybody but them.
