After 15 years in restaurants and hotels I must say that this is the WORST vendor I have ever had to deal with! Seems like they do not have receptionists answering phones because no one ever answers nor returns voice messages. Hope you guys get bought out by Sysco!

Customer service is terrible .................. 4 days calling because I did not run out of snow pallets and still no one has answered the call. Call several numbers.
