I was working in the area and came across this cute shop. The elote I ordered was super delicious. The shop was super clean and service was great! The Drive-thru option is a plus however the prices are a little steep. Would definitely come back.

By far best place in town has all sort of forest of snacks fruits ice cream’s cicerones and more I am from Mexico City and it’s probably the same or even better great Pl., atm cleanliness and overall great place all around

Not worth it at all, I purchased a limonade and a mangonada and it was trashhh & it was pricey for what you are getting. I would just go to another place where they’ll have good snacks and food.

It was alright. Took for ever to place order than took a while to get order. Mini tacos I was told were good. I got the quesadilla….. it is huge and might have been alright if the had spread the contents out. Everything was lumped together so that when you took a bite it was either all meat or all cheese. Made for an expensive food item I couldn’t eat!

Excellent ice cream. I had pistachio and strawberries and cream. Best pistachio Ive had period. One of the best strawberries and cream Ive had as well. Menu has a diverse variety. Dining area is clean and staff were seen cleaning in their down time. Will be back to try the food menu and other ice creams for sure. See my other reviews, I dont give out 5 stars easily.

SCAM & EXPENSIVE$$💸💸). I didnt like the fact that I had to pay $7 a cup for a mangonada when I could get it somewhere else here in San Antonio for $3. I end up paying like $15 for two cups here at this place. Some business take advantage of selling mangonadas to customers. Just to let you know for a fact in Mexico the mangonadas will cost you like 5 pesos to 20pesos which is almost like 50 cents to maybe like $1.50 depending on the value of the dollar over there, some people are so blind to find out that in reality Mongonada shouldnt be that expensive to buy. And also I could afford it I just dont feel comfortable knowing that Im getting scam 🙄✌️.

Today was my first time going here.The employee helping us was kind and courteous.The other employee was busy helping another customer,but she looked professional and has a great smile.Didnt even have to wait 10 minutes to get the order.Slightly expensive yes,but that wonderful service, their access to fruit and the tasty homemade ice cream is completely worth it.Thank you!

A little pricey for the food they prepare, and they should warn people about there Elote corn in a cup here we are not accustomed to white corn, it should state on the menu, yellow is best .I give them a good rating in cleanliness.

Yummy mangonadas

Probably the cleanest peletería in San Antonio. Tried the egg & ham torta along with a banana liquado,and everything was delicious. The torta was very filling (I wasnt able to finish it all) with refried beans, avocado, lettuce, tomato, sour cream and salsa. We sat inside as no one else was eating inside, and felt very comfortable. Plenty of outdoor seating as well. Looking forward to trying more!

Clean and orderly establishment, friendly and helpful staff. As for the food, its great and the variety is amazing! Properly priced for the quality and cleanliness of the place. Definitely worth a visit if in the area.

The lady at the drive thru didn’t speak English so she didn’t understand me then she got upset and started yelling and rushing me. If you don’t know Spanish don’t even bother going here.

If you havent been there, your missing out. Its a great place to relax. The ice cream handlers are fast and friendly. Good music, great flavors and great mixing. Check it out if you havent yet. I recommend this place have to everyone.

Very dissatisfied..the lady did not understand what I was ordering and I could tell she didnt so I repeated myself twice just to make sure she understood..she then acted like she understood me and made me a fruit cup instead of my agua fresca..no stars for this rating!!

Omg. Clean ice cream shop. Ice cream made on-site...move over BR..The varieties and flavors are phenomenal...the staff yes...is friendly and attentive. Wafer...waffle...or cup...you choose. Generous portion for the price. I would challenge you to find a better value and better selection for the price.

I love this place, I was looking for chocolate covered strawberries and the lady told me they did not have them but she would be more than happy to make me a batch. She did so in about 10 minutes and Ive been coming back since. This place is great!

Good mango ice cream

I eat here all the time..this has never happened before..i got fruit with togurt and granola..the yogurt was the last of that kind..i ate a spoonful and it tasted funny,so i took another one and imediately stopped eating it.i called and they said they cannot give us something else because of the virus. Then she tried to say it was because the strawberry is fresh so it could taste sour?p.s the strawberries are sweet they dont taste bad neithr do the grapes.. wont go here ever again.. we werent asking for a refund and our cups were still full

Yes, I have gotten ice cream to go, but the other location they have further down Fredericksburg rs towards HEB, is cheaper. This store is $1 per ice cream. The other store is 2 for $1 or 50 C each. Theyre made by the same company, and use the same ingredients.....the only reason I gave 2 stars.

Very neat place and big variety to choose from! Their ice cream is made with milk instead of water so its really smooth. Their aguas frescas are very fresh and have chunks of the fruit in it amd they taste amazing. They also have hot chips with cheese and other snacks as well at a good price.

I really like their Mangonadas, tons of fresh mangos and delicious mango flavored shaved ice.

Kind of expensive compared to other similar places. They should use gloves to serve the food because they have jewelry and washing hands is not enough. They should serve smaller cups and better prices. Because I bought a small Mangonada and it looks like a medium cup the price was high too.

Best mangonadas in San Antonio. I moved here from Chicago and I noticed all the places here used shaved ice. Definitely not the best way to have a mangonada. Las Mangonadas is where it’s at!

I found this place about a month ago and we’ve made several trips here since then. I’ve lived in the area for over 15years. We would travel as far as Alamo Ranch for baskin robins or even marble slab and the prices are better here not to mention the serving sizes. My oldest is 11 with a big appetite and he can’t even finish a one scoop serving ($2.) Everything is homemade and my favorite by far is the milk chocolate paleta with hard shell chocolate with pecan pieces. I love the variety of flavors and options of snacks. The place is clean and the women who work here are very nice/polite. There is constantly crowds here but the line moves fast. One day my son spilled his maize snack and they gave him a whole new bag, which was unexpected and very sweet of them. I am awaiting for the next employee appreciation day at work so we can hire Las Mangonadas as they have a mobile freezer to rent for events. Keep up the great customer service!

As it was the only frutería open bc of Easter I decided to stop here. But they didn’t have agua de melon or sandía :( then asked for corn in a cup. Which they served it in a small to go plate, which it wasn’t a big deal but Once I got home my corn was super hard n it had corn hairs :( not my favorite in the area
