I have honestly never been to a place with such horrible and unpolite service, Ive never had a good experience with them, especially the guys in the front a real shame really chemcraft is a great product but places that have this type of environment really push you to look for different product elsewhere.As a response to the owner:Did you just run to the Google review on my my phoneReally yalls customer service is just unbelievable.Rest assured this isnt a scamy review or my vague opinion, its my evaluation of your business which by the regular negative reviews i see and your public indistinct responses I can say nothing will be resolved over the phone thats why I choose to do it here on the review section which is intended for customer to business reviews. You took the liberty of listing your business publicly on google so if you are going to run and cry about a bad but honest review well then I suggest you unlist it from Google or just treat customers the way your supposed to. Ive worked for companies including paper-moon painting, Powell painting and Five star painting if you like you can run those “legit” business in your system see if they get a match and in every single one of these companies the common idea of eah is just try to ignore the snippy and rude service, try to get what you need and head out, yes they will be grumpy just ignore and leave asap and as a fellow business owner thats a horrible point of view of a company. As for my business we try not to use eah for our projects because of this attitude problem, but every now and then I am working around the area and decide as a last resort to go by and pick something up someone has to be rude as hell. There is also no need for me to call, the last person I would like to talk to is seth or any of those guys you mentioned. My opinion wasnt vague, it was clear to fix the attitude problem.

I live in Atlanta and everytime I call in an order Erica and the staff are always helpful in directing me on what I need for the job. I was able to visit the store one time while in San Antonio and Gary gave me a tour of the place and several samples to help me figure out what Top Coat would suit me best for the jobs I am on. Theyre a Solid Knowledge Crew and in my opinion, have the Best Top Coats in the business.

Got a chance to use the Sharkthane PLUS 100 % POLY-CRU. Best polyurethane on the market. The finish is resistant to staining and it has great abrasion and scratch resistance.
