If you need to buy food or anything for a big group or even if you are short on cash, this is your spot. They have quality products at half the cost. They have frozen foods, meats of all cuts, dry goods, bulk items, restaurant quality products, cleaning supplies, pet care and food, and much more. I was able to find a quality baking product for half the price and the box was slightly damaged, hence the reason for the markdown. It’s a small space but you are bound to find what you need. They also have gloves, aprons, hairnets, sanitizer, and anything else you may need to work in a kitchen safely. The customers and staff are very friendly. While waiting in line, we all started discussing the cost of brisket and how to cook it because the gentleman in front of me had a nice cut of brisket he was going to smoke for himself and his son. I will definitely be making more trips to this location. It’s not an extravagant looking location but it is quality.

This place is in a nondescript building and shelves are very close together. But they have great bargains on lots of items. As with all freight places if you find an item you like buy it in quantity. They may not have it the next time you go there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My friend and I go there at least once a month.

I absolutely love this store. Its a great spot to stock up and literally pay half or less than half of what you would have in the grocery store on pantry, household and food items. The staff is so sweet and helpful and I was well taken care of when I went..Im 5 months pregnant and they didnt let me lift a finger after I got to that counter and they loaded my groceries for me. Nearly everything was expired. I didnt think to check the expiration date. I didnt think you could sell anything that was expired. And the place was a disorganized mess. I bought some Himalayan salt hand soap thats the reason for two stars. But it likely would have cost the same in the store.

It’s nice, clean organized, everything is fresh and great price. Manager is great and so helpful, it’s a really cool operation. No matter who you are you’ll find some things you’ll appreciate. I try to come at least once a week and pick up some rare fines and always leave feeling good. I love the frozen veggies and fresh veggies and fresh fruit and the 1.25$ monsters for my roommate.

I love this quirky deep discount store. The inventory changes daily. There is a range from individual items to large, restaurant size, quantities. Many items are common whereas others are not easily found at local grocery stores. But wait, theres more than food items! Household and commercial cleaners, personal hygiene and food containers are available.

Unique grocery store with many items that you may be unfamiliar with, closeouts and a large selection of frozen meats and seafood, all at heavily discounted prices. Hunting for specific items can be a challenge, but this is by no means meant to be like or replace HEB. Its another animal completely. Guaranteed to find at least one ridiculously good deal every time you go.

This was my first time here and it was the BEST experience EVER!!! I was so impressed and the prices are FANTASTIC! I promise you its def worth the drive.

Interesting place, looks like its primarily Sysco or other food service overstock and damaged packaging. Lots of stuff, you really have to pay attention and walk the whole place. Found some very good deals on canned goods and condiments.

This is a discounted grocery store. Everything is priced super cheap. It is a little crowded in there, but its a interesting place to look for treasures.

I had never been here before. You have to know HEB prices or wherever you shop to know if you are getting a good deal. Some items were expired but most were not. Its set up like a warehouse and its not very big. Condiments in large quantities too big for 1 or 2 folks. Im sure items change regularly. 3 stars because of quantities sizes

Place is a hit and miss. They have different things depending on what they get in. Been going there for years and just dropped in the other day and it seem their prices went up from years ago but still cheaper than regular stores and whos prices dont go up.

We dont get to go there often being from another city, the people that work there are great. Very giving and helpful. They have amazing deals on meats and just about everything.

Amazing store... They have different deals all the time. First time I was there, I got St. Louis Style Pork Ribs for $1 a pound.. Also picked up a 14 lb Pork shoulder for $1 a pound..Was delicious on the smoker... Definitely recommend...

I spent $21 dlls inbthis: bag of shrimp, greek yogurt, 9 zevias, tea, 3 bags of frozen veggies, 1veggie spaghetti pack, 4 tofu spaghettis, a jar of GOOD 100% peanut butter...and I dont know what else I got, i was tempted to buy 4 mason jars of 900+ milliliters for $7.99, this place is SO cheap, but bewared, many things are expired, just be smart and youll see the expiration date... but they have a very big selection and it rotates,cyou never know what youll find!

If you go there for anything, get the BACON! Twice, we have bought bacon and it has been very good. They do sell goods past expiration dates but fortunately bacon lasts a long time, particularly if frozen as the 2 -3lb slabs for 8.99 each we bought. Thats MUCH cheaper than my closest store, Walmart. Weve also purchased cheap slabs of ribs. We simply marinate them for an hour in wine vinegar, season up, and throw them on the grill.. Weve gotten stacks of hamburger patties (restaurant kind) and they were delicious for $1.99 a pound. Of course, prices change so youll have to check out the deals and navigate the isles for yourself. Eggs, which we eat for breakfast most mornings, were fresh and extremely cheap! So, give it a try. It saved a lot within our budget. We check with them pretty much weekly and have never, so far, been disappointed.. Im not hyped abut the condition of the store, but I go there for deals, not decor.

This place is AMAZING! If youre looking for a place to get great deals on food, this is where you would want to go. Some stuff is iffy (example: lunch meat with an expiration date in Nov 2018 in the freezer in May 2019) or is short code but if you have a little common sense and food knowledge, you can get a ton of food for a tiny bit of money. Theres a lot of commercial items you wouldnt be able to find in regular grocery stores too, which I love. Any place where I can buy Nutro cat food 2 for $8 (retail price about $19), is a-okay in my book!

This is a very strange place. You will never know what you will find there . This is not your normal supermarket. You need to take your time to prowl around. Bring your ice chest for frozen items and cold stuff. I have shopped here for thirty years. There are surprises to be found, sometimes you come up dry. To note this is a salvage store, you will never know for sure what you.will find until you get there.

Any item box or packaging that gets damaged by a fall off the freight/truck is made available for whomever wants to buy it! A good friend introduced me to this place, and I love it. Ive been shopping here since I moved to SA about 4 years ago. If youre a SMART shopper you will get stuff for half of what you pay anywhere else and Im talking meats, cold cuts, veggies and more. Look for the sale stuff. Check dates and go Thursday later in the day, Friday or Saturday. Thats when they have stuff. It goes fast! Alan is just about the nicest store owner ever! If something isnt right he will make it right. Great deals, great service, why go anywhere else?!!!

We even try to bring other friends here to see how good it is. We live on the other side of town and try to go every 2 weeks and it has always been worth the trip. We are loyal, lifetime customers.
