I recently purchased a wax warmer from Scentchips and brought it to work, but my colleagues and I could not decide what scents to purchase since they come in whole boxes per scent. So I reached out to support on their website and Tanya Clark got back to me right away! She was so helpful and sweet. The next big order from my company colleagues will be thanks to her!

I’ll give it 3 stars for the service and ease of ordering, but I ordered 3 scents and don’t like any of them. Two of them smell identical and remind me of the Walmart potpourri bags you buy for your bathroom and one smells like a cleaning product.I guess that’s the chance you taken buying fragrances online with no ability to smell them first. But the scent notes that they list on the scents are certainly missing from what I received.Could just be me. 🤷‍♂️

My family and I enjoy this store very much and we are in live with the variation of wax melts and the new fragrances of the wax melts and Elaine the cashier was very nice to my family and I. She has great customer service skills and makes us feel very welcomed. My family and I love going to the store so much. We will definitely be back again. 😀😁

I got a Scentchips Warmer and wax melts as a gift from a friend. (I bought more wax melts about a week later--the fragrances were that good). As it turned out--it was perfect for my small office.The fragrances (wax melts) are subtle, but not overwhelming. The scent warmer is electrical and has the option to adjust the light/heat source. So the warmer serves two functions--heats the wax melts and provides ambient lighting. Best part is that you dont have to worry about leaving it on like you do with candles.In short--the wax melts make the office feel warmer (and smell cleaner). I recommend the Cider House, Sea Breeze, and Grandpas Pipe wax melts for an office.

Not sure if I ordered from the right place visted San Antonio a few years ago bought some scentchips at a flea market were small . Found some not to long ago in the drawer and still smell great so I put them in the warmer .Well after trying to find out where they had came from decided to order from scentchips found the flea market but forgot the stand well anyway.Bought a whole bunch but they only smell for like a day and thats it frangrant goes away no good for me

I loved the history and scents whike visiting but, the scents we brought home really werent strong enough. I still have my box in the car, in heat and still only occasionally smell it.

I love this place. Smells great, awesome product and the associates are always friendly and so helpful.
