Joe did a great job with the installation, however the garage door opener keypad stopped working about 2 days after he installed it and we followed up with him and he never responded. Disappointed with the lack of follow up and not responding to us at all. It makes it seem he is just about the money for installation and not ensuring the equipment will work long term.For this reason I would not recommend.

Joe came out fast, gave me multiple options to fix my problem and had it fixed before he left. He was fast, educated me on my issue and the options to fix it, gave me pricing on the spot, then had it fixed within 15 min! I highly recommend Cobalt!

My garage door opener stopped working last week and I called Cobalt Overhead Doors. The service man came on the same day. He explained everything as he evaluated the situation.. Together, we decided that the garage door opener, cable and wheels on the garage door needed to be replaced because they were 15 yrs. old. The serviceman had the parts on his truck and took care of the situation right away. Now I have a garage door that works very quietly and smoothly. Thank you!

I had a broken roller and Joe came out for a tune up and noted a broken spring as well. Replace rollers with nylon rollers and installed a torsion spring at a reasonable price. Also showed me how to make some repairs I could do myself to tune the door up.

Weve had our fair share of hiccups lately and to no surprise, one of our garage doors had an accident today. I have never called for garage door repair before and Cobalt was the first company listed in my search. I didnt speak with Joe at first, my mother did, but I am so happy he answered the call. It was near the end of the typical work day, and we needed it repaired as soon as possible. Joe was able to get to us this evening, even after hours his rates are reasonable. He took great care of us, getting the door fixed quickly, so we could have peace of mind that it was secure for the night. Super genuine, friendly and a family man. With everything else going this week during the ice storm, our garage door totally messed up. The door was stuck halfway open and bent. Joe answered the call and came in a short time. This is my first time EVER writing a review but I felt it was a must! This is the second time we have used Joe. This was a new home build this time. We were very very particular with what we wanted and had a budget that didn’t comply. He worked endlessly with us and made it happen. Went above and beyond and helped us with color and everything. Amazing. Joe provided a very competitive quote (best price) and could deliver within a couple of days. Everyone else we received quotes from said 3- 4 weeks.Joe as on site for a couple of hours. He removed the old door and hauled it off. After installing the new door, Joe cleaned up all the debris and packing materials. Thank you for your quick professional install.

Very efficient and took the time to explain things. He did a thorough job with the tune up of my garage door and was kind enough to talk me through necessary repairs and (just as important) unnecessary concerns I can expect down the road. Finding a good, reliable repair person can be difficult but I now have a garage guy!

Had a spring break so door would not move. I called three companies and Joe was the only one to answer his phone. He was at my house the same day to look at the problem and then came back the next day to fix it. Would recommend him to anyone.
