My garage door was impacted by my open vehicle hatch, causing damage & straining one of the cables, at around 9 pm on a Friday! My garage door was left open overnight & I couldn’t sleep. I called Precision early the next morning & had an appointment that same afternoon. Brent came out and was extremely professional & friendly, & didn’t make me feel stupid for the mishap. It took him about an hour or so to fix the door, & the work was reasonably priced. Thank you Brent, & Precision Garage Doors. This was a lifesaver.

When my garage door came off the railing landing on my car I was shocked. I called precision who had someone come out the next day for a consult. Brent and Mike were extremely helpful. They helped me make the right decision for the type of door I needed. Brent called me on the day of installation with a 15 min heads up. He replaced the door and asked me if I had any questions and was more than helpful. I ended up needing new trim and he came back out 2 days later to replace my old trim. He double checked his work and made sure I was satisfied with my door. It took less than a week to get a new door when other companies were telling me 8-10 weeks. I couldnt be happier.

I called Precision and was given a window between 2-4. Art called stated he would be at my home within 10-15 min. He was on time and time for me is precious. He came and looked at the motor for the garage and determined it was the motor unit that wasnt working. He replaced it. Then fully and at length explained what he did. We then discussed for the future a new garage door in detail. Suggested that I go to the Precision website to look at the different designs and colors. He and I did look at the website together for ideas. In the end he gave me his card with his number on it and stated to give him a call when we were ready to change iut the door. Spring broke at Midnight and they have 24/7 answering service. That helped me sleep. Brent and Josh were at the house by 2pm and everything was fixed by 4pm. Cant ask for better service than that. Much appreciated... customer for life!

On Sunday October 31st my spring on my garage door broke it is a fiberglass door, able to get the vehicles out of the garage, called Precision Overhead Door, setup a appointment for Monday afternoon. Techs Kevin Walls & Patrick Mulholland came out to my home, they replaced both springs, asked them to replace the roller wheels & the pulley wheels, they where starting to make noise, the guys did a great job, very professional, it took about a hour, my garage doors work like it was just put in. GREAT JOB KEVIN & PATRICK

Garage door opener stopped working on Monday; a company that was to fix it today backed out at the last minute. Precision Door Service responded quickly with a tech out within the hour. Art, the tech, quickly diagnosed the problem and gave me some options. Went with a new motor, and he had all the parts available to fix it. An hour later he was done, briefed me on the operation and maintenance, and that was it. Every service company should be this good - thanks Art!

Service after the sell is terrible. The install went well but did not install trim on the new build garage doors. Myself and the contractor have each called multiple times to get an updates over the last 2 months. We are getting the it should be on the next truck or the wrong color got shipped on multiple occasions. Finally, today, I got hung up on by the person who answered the phone because she said they are all in a meeting and they will call me back. I informed her two weeks ago I called and that is exactly what was told to me and am still waiting for a call back. I asked is there someone I can speak with now and she said no, my manager will be calling you and hung up.

I called precision because my belt was cracking they sent a technician the same day. Was told that it would be better to change the unit since it was so old. Also changed the rollers to the ones with bearings. The old unit every time I hit my garage door opener. My neighbor was out there looking. He knew when I was coming and going. I was always lubricating it. This new unit is super quiet. Even came with 2 remotes old one didnt. Also like the wall button. Now I have a place to call if I need anything done to my door. Will recommend them. It did not take him long to install new unit.

Precision came out last week to check our situation. They gave us three options, and scheduled an appointment for two days later. Paul L. did both the review/estimate, and the installation. Paul gave us clear information, and did a fantastic installation just as he had described it. Highly recommend Precision, great company, great service.

This place is a scam! They charge $70 as a service fee if you dont have work done, but they came out and instead of finding what was wrong with the opener said it needed to be replaced and offered options from $1300 to $1700. A new opener costs less than $200. It takes minutes to replace an existing one, and to fix a cable... I would have paid $400, but $1300 - no, so they got their illegitimately earned $70 service fee, and Ill fix the thing myself or find someone honest! For $1500 I could have the entire door and opener replaced someplace else!

Beware this comapany, they are one of many who quote a price for repair then raise that price once they return. Specifically, the tech quoted me one price for a repair and we agreed to it. He kept asking for a deposit which I am glad I did not agree to. Now I know why. He was there in person and had full access to inspect the damage. Upon returning he called and said he didn’t notice all the work that needed to be done. He said the price was going to be much more than he quoted, and that I could get a new door installed for around $1500-2100 and that I could not find one for less because the prices go up 15-20% each year. I paid a $69 fee for absolutely nothing but lies and fraud. I know the owner is aware of this type of conduct by his employees and condones it. because the tech kept referring to speaking to the owner every step of the way. Early the next day I got a new door installed for less that $1000, in contrast to what the tech stayed about not finding one for less than $1500.Response to owner: This was NOT through Home Depot. I called your phone number and your tech, Nur Watts, came out in your vehicle and treated me very badly. I absolutely paid $69.95 to Precision Overhead Doors and I was absolutely scammed by your company. Enjoy your free lunch I bought you.

Mark was fantastic. Gave us a quote for a panel replacement and for a new door. No pressure at all from Mark to go a certain way. We are going to get a new door since our current one is really old. Love the fact that they are going to be able to do the job this week. Another company that came out was going to take 4 weeks to get the job done. Mark was very personable and respectful. I appreciate that he was very conscious of wearing his face covering AND when he saw me take my shoes off at the front door he asked is we had shoe covers to put over his shoes. We don’t and it’s fine...actually on my list of things to buy for people who have to come into the house to do work.

Buyers beware. Do not get misguided by website and list of locations all over USA. They are franchise partners all are not good.This company has a installation contract with The Home Depot. So if you ordered a garage door from Home Depot, then even god cannot help you.This company has the worst customer service. There is lady Gail Manager and scheduler who is such an arrogant person. She is insulting and had discriminated me by my origin.It took me to three months to get my garage door installed after having paid upfront at the Home Depot. And guess what they came to install a defective piece. When I called the manufacturer Clopay, they informed that every piece is custom ordered as per Home Depots specifications and undergoes strict quality check before dispatch.Not sure if Home Depot replaced the good one or the installer Precision conveniently changed it with one of their rejected ones?!!!How that business can operate such high handed manner in COVID times is a surprise.There surely must be room for other better players like Hollywood Crawford who give excellent service with limited staff but are committed.

I have been a Precision Overhead Door customer for many years and had them install two new garage doors and garage door opener in 2016 with outstanding service and quality parts. I recently had the garage door go off track due to a tall ladder inadvertently being placed in the way of the door opening. Unfortunately I was unable to close the garage door after it hit the ladder on the way up because it came off the track on one side.I could not leave it open all night so I called Precisions 24 hour number for emergency service. I called immediately at 8 pm to have someone come, but was told that no one was available that night. I was fortunate to have a friend that was willing to come over and help me get the door down which was not easy with the wheels off the track. Precision came out the next morning and fixed it. The service technician was Paul Lightell and he was outstanding. He was so professional, patient, and explained by showing me everything that needed to be done to make the door open right again. He gave me two quotes in case the suggested additional maintenance was not in my budget. I chose to do all the recommended maintenance as well as the repair to the springs and other parts. I am very happy with the quality of the work and the way I was treated. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Door if you are looking for a new installation or just repair and maintenance.

My garage door randomly opened in the middle of the night, and would fail to close on one out of every three attempts. Precision Door Service arrived as scheduled, with up front pricing. Mark did an excellent job rewiring my opener and sensors, which our builder incorrectly installed...
