A few weeks ago I went to Sublime Custom Stone to look for white marble to put in my new laundry room. Hannah helped me find a Carrara Quartz that was perfect. The gentleman that came to measure proposed the design, because the position of the washer and dryer plugs, it made it challenging, but he was up for the task and me it perfect.Today Dominick and Jay brought my new countertops and installed them. This made my new laundry room perfect. Best fabricators and installers in town. If you need quartz, granite or marble they will help you find what you want and they also have remnants for smaller projects like bath or laundry rooms. Their attention to detail is amazing! We are so pleased with the work they did in our home.

We’ve had them do an outdoor countertop on some cabinets on our deck. Then, after seeing how wonderful they were we finally had the kitchen counters and the back splash done. The quality of workmanship was excellent.

This is a late review because I wanted to find out how well the installation held up. I am happy to say that it was a joy to work with these guys. We have a very large open kitchen with a kitchen island and a double 2 tier counter (the upper tier is a long bar that runs the entire length of the kitchen. I had several other companies that quoted me quartz only because our counter has several unusual angles that would not work well with granite. One encouraged me to tear down the bar and extend the lower tier out to make it more affordable. We didn’t want to do this because we would lose a wall with 6 outlets and a hidden area to keep canisters etc. Most of the installers quoted us in excess of $7500 if we used quartz and about $5000 if we tore down the bar and used granite. We also wanted to keep the backsplash tile that the previous owner had installed shortly before he sold the home. It was teal and white and we had already painted our kitchen to match it. A couple of the others said we should tear it out and replace it because they could not guarantee that they would not damage it, and or they did not offer granite or quartz that worked well with the color scheme. It was different from day one with Sublime. The owners step son came out and measured, and even suggested a granite (Mesquite) that would work with our teal tile. There was no problem with the angles because Sublime planned everything out on their CAD system and showed us exactly what it would look like. The entire process was painless and the installation looks fabulous! The price was about the same that we were quoted for less granite with the other contractors. We have received so many compliments and I have referred others to Sublime who are also happy with their results!

Weve used Sublime as our exclusive granite fabricator in over 20 homes over the past twelve months, and will continue to use them in the future. Everyone in the office is friendly and knowledgeable, their install crews are efficient and professional, and they have never missed an appointment date. Though seldom, mistakes do happen - and when they do, management has always been there to take care of the issue promptly.Weve used a handful of granite fabricators over the past several years; some not so good, and some were great! But, Sublime Custom Stone has certainly been the best.

I recently had Sublime Stone install a fireplace hearth at my house. The hearth turned out perfect. Also, the installation crew (Felix and Isaah) was very professional and just overall pleasant to be around. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

We recently had granite installed in our kitchen and bathrooms and Sublime did an outstanding job. All their employees from Katie in the sales office to Chris, Justin, Cory and Mike, the installation team, were great to work with and very helpful with their suggestions. They are definitely perfectionists in their work.

We previously used another fabricator for our kitchen. The guy rescheduled our granite installation at least three times, he never answered his phone, there was no office to contact anyone, he scratched my brand new stove and his measurements were off. It was a nightmare.Sublime Custom Stone was NOTHING like the other fabricator. They arrived when scheduled, measured properly, arrived on promptly and were finished so fast I worried they did a shoddy job. My worries were groundless. They were just so professional, they didnt have to fix any screw-ups like the other fabricator. Plus, they actually cut grooves on the underside of the granite to fix the sink to the granite. The other fabricator only used glue. I had to go back in secure it with expensive clips and epoxy. Were using Sublime Custom Stone for all the countertops and vanities in our next house.

I HIGHLY recommend Sublime Custom Stone. From the moment I walked into their showroom to the final installation these people are top notch. I have 57 sq ft of counter top space and they did it with only ONE seam!!! I went into this venture blindly and no clue about granite counter tops and how the process went. They do it all, no middle man. Dont trust your countertops to anyone else.

We used Sublime Custom Stone for three separate remodel jobs in our home. On the most recent job, they installed a small marble countertop in a bathroom. Very shortly after, many strange spots appeared across the top and larger areas of deep haziness appeared around the faucets. When we complained, the owner of Sublime, Shawn, came to our home to inspect the discolorations and agreed to re-polish the surface for a reduced charge, even though it wasnt his fault. Justin and his helper did the repair work and they were awesome! Justin was extremely courteous and professional. He was very meticulous in his work and explained more clearly how to care for marble. The finished product was beautiful! I would definitely recommend Sublime to anyone.

There were several issues with our experience with Sublime. After I signed all the paperwork, no one reached out to me to schedule the job. A week later, after not hearing from anyone, I called the office and followed up via email because there was no answer. On the installation date, we were supposed to be the first job of the day and the estimated/scheduled arrival time for the crew was around 9AM. After several hours, no one had shown up, we called and got an updated estimated arrival time of 12-1PM. Still no one came. We called again, and were told it would be 3-4PM. After 4PM had passed and still no one had shown up and no one called to update us, we texted Randall at 4:30 to find out what was going on because we had a plumber scheduled the following day to install the sink and we were concerned our countertops would not get installed the day we were promised. 45 minutes later we got a response and the crew finally arrived around 6PM. We followed all instructions in terms of not putting any weight on the counters or using them for 24 hours but a week later, the bar countertop became loose. It was just overall an unnecessarily stressful experience.
