Be sure to walk in dressed like a million bucks for them to send you a bid. We talked to a sales person and looked at different stones for about 45min. We picked a few different styles and was excepting a bid/prices a few days later. Its been 3 weeks later and nothing! Way to send our business elsewhere. Thanks for holding our project up, the new company started working on what we needed 2 days after we met with them.
Ernests ReviewMichele and I want to thank Delta Granite for their beautiful work on our Vetrazzo recycled glass counter tops just installed in our newly remodeled kitchen. Even though we had to wait for them to be made and delivered, the experience that Delta provided was one of professionalism and attention to detail. Elizabeth our salesperson was informative during every step of the process. I never had to worry about anything as Delta was always there to handle everything. We would like to thank all of the employees who provided us service including Elizabeth, Liz, France, Bessie, Troy, Larry and the very experienced installers who worked very hard to make sure every detail of our installation was perfectly and professionally provided. I worried about nothing, and the job was done beautifully and efficiently. Their production and installation professionals did a fantastic job. They are true artisans! We love our new kitchen thanks to Delta Granite.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. From the time you walk in the door. Once the sales folks sell you what you want and get your money the fabricators tell you otherwise and you can’t get your money back. Go somewhere else. These folks have lost sight of pleasing the customer.
Delta was recommended tour by friends and we were not disappointed. We were able to visit the showroom and pick the slabs we wanted, they were not cut until we were happy with the color, grain etc. A nice touch by Delta is providing images of how the grain, etc. will look on your countertop and the slab will not be cut until you approve the layout. Installation crew was very professional and detail oriented with no issues which is a rarity amongst most companies today. After sales service is great also, they guys came back out to take care of a few small chips that were not noticed at the time of installation.
My wife and I met with Jorge Lopez, a sales representative for Delta Granite and Marble. We had previously purchased a slab from Delta Granite. We wanted to replace stone table tops from another manufacturer that were not to our taste.Jorge seemed polite in person. We stated that we wanted a part of the slab, but would purchase the entire slab if necessary. Additionally, we stated we were considering replacing our kitchen counter tops with granite. Jorge said he would check with another sales person and would call us to let us know if the slab was available.I called Jorge mid week as he had not called. He muttered that he needed to check on the availability of the slabs that we wanted as the sales person was working from home. We were only interested in one slab. Once again he has not called for a few days.I guess that a project between $1000 and $2000 with a potential kitchen counter top replacement is not worth his time as it is too small of a job. Completely unprofessional in both our opinions. We urge you to not promote this behavior by taking your business elsewhere. There are many other stone fabrication businesses here that will treat you right.
Everyone at Delta we’re amazing! From the sales people, the scheduling person, the design person, the site prep people and the installers as well as everyone in between, everyone was great! I highly recommend Delta for all of your counter top needs!
Go somewhere else!! First, our salesperson was brand new and annoying to work with because of her inexperience - maybe she could have been trained better? Countertops were poorly installed. There was 3/16 gap between the C/T and a cabinet that was not filled by the installers, a chip in the edge against the wall, and they broke one of our hood lightbulbs. No response from Delta despite numerous texts, calls, and e-mails.
I shopped around for a long time and even when stacking promotions at Home Depot and Lowes Delta still had a lower price. Their upper granites were the same price as Home Depots cheapest granite, and their price for the same stone was cheaper that Lowes by several hundred dollars even though they also included granite for the kitchen desk and a granite server for the kitchen pass-through -- about 20 sqft more.I noticed a small chip in the pass through after they left, and the faucet handle could hit the pass through piece if you swung it wrong. I had already paid them and based on my friends experience with a company in MA I was worried they wouldnt do anything about it since they already had my money. Well, they fixed the chip and reinstalled the pass-through, it all took maybe 20 minutes. Everything looks great, guests love it.Also, I could always get in touch with them on the phone, over email, and I visited their classy store and huge stone selection several times. They were very helpful and helped me choose edges and other features that I hadnt though of, like the pass-through server. I contacted or visited many other suppliers, some of which still have not returned emails, or do not sell to customers (only contractors), and some were very sketchy back-alley places with chunks of stone strewn about.
No one returns calls.
