I took my laptop to get my screen replaced. They had to order the part which was understandable. I had to pay $184. I waited nearly 2 months. They told me that the people that they ordered it from had sent it but they had yet to receive anything. The man offered a refund next time I went in to pick up my laptop. I went to pick up my laptop and it was disassembled. They didn’t even bother to put it back the way I gave it to them and to top it off they said they wouldn’t refund me until the people they bought the part from refunded them. Basically holding my money hostage until they get what they needed. I paid for a service and parts that I never got and I need that money especially during these hard times.

Called to get an estimate on resetting my Chromebook. The person quoted me approximately $150 to reset to factory specs. I fixed it myself by watching and following the instructions from a YouTube video by Acer. Took me less then 10 mins. Why would you charge someone for something that could be done for nothing. That right there is called dishonesty. Disappointed. If you go here do a little research on your own before you pay for nothing.

My first review ever- of any business-and happy to do so for this company. From my initial call on the phone to inquire, until the very completion of the services- Robert was professional, fast and knowledgeable. He fixed my laptop issue in one computer and explained how cost effective fixing the other one computer was not. I appreciated the straightforwardness and rapid response throughout the entire process. Not to mention it was the best deal around. I did shop around and went to some other computer places prior to selecting Computer Techs of SA, but this will be the only place I take my computer or my computer needs moving forward.

I took my computer to Computer Teck 4 four times to get my battery replaced. The computer would not start up. The first battery was defective, the second battery was defective. Computer Teck did not check to see if those batteries worked.My experience with Robert was the worst I have had on a computer.He replaced my solid-state hard drive which took 1 second to open with a hard drive that took minutes to open.He put in the used old screws to the back of my computer.He used scotch tape to hold down a lose wire in the computer.He caused a short circuit in my computer.My computer still does not start up. I spent over $200 and my computer is worst of than before I took it to him.Robert does not know what he is doing. Dont be duped by him. My computer is now worthless because of Computer Teck, no refund for any kind.

I lost Wifi connection on my laptop. Computer techs updated my old laptop to Windows 10 and solved my Wifi connection issues. Everything was explained to me and I appreciated the effort to solve the issue. The Covid protective elements in place also impressive. I will definitely go back with any issues in the future.

Saved me $400 on a new laptop. I had no clue u could just get the screen fixed. Super serious about the 6ft distance even with a masked on. All business was handled outside but the guy was really nice and got the job done quick.

Thanks for a professional experience. You saved me money by telling me about my computer and how it was not a good idea to spend money on the first computer. Go see Robert. He is the guy you go to when you have a problem with your computer and dont want to get overcharged. Especially if you dont want to have to keep going back in to figure out the same problem see him. I have been going to him for a long time and will continue. I encourage everyone to go to these people.

I went there once and I will never return. I was quoted one price. I went to check on my laptop and the price went up. When I went to pick up my laptop. The price went up a third time !!!! I complained about the increase and the fact it kept going up. The guy at the counter replies if you want it to be higher I can raise it again. I will never return again and found a computer shop that sticks to its quote.
