They’re trees are in such great shape. My tree was up for about 6 weeks and dropped very little needles. I’m a bit late getting my tree this year but looking forward to doing business with them again!

They were friendly and very polite. We watched as they unloaded the new trees and placed them all immediately in water. Beautiful trees! They also helped load the tree into our truck. We plan to go to them every year.

Hey Elanie,I called three times. The first to see if you were open, you said yes. The second was because the Culebra location was closed and you stated, “the people there probably went to get more trees” and to try the Bandera location. The third time we went to the Bandera location and I told you they were closed again. Then you proceeded to give me the number and the line disconnected. Never gave a call back. If your website clearly states that you’re open on the 25th, why would you tell me you’re open??? If we called you three times, is that really turning down your “help?” Also, why should WE have to call different locations when you WORK for this company and told us YOU WERE OPEN. We don’t need your apologizes. We’re done with this company.

Me and my wife wen’t to this tree lot today and looked at the trees which are way overpriced and to top it off most are dried out. If you want a great deal on a large Christmas tree go to HEB Marketplace on Bandera they have so many trees of all sizes to choose from and great customer service! We bought a 9ft healthy full tree for $79.99

The website said they were open and we called to double check but when we got there, there was nobody there. We called again and told them so they said try the one on Bandera and that one was closed too. We called a third time and the lady said we should call ourselves and when we asked for the numbers she hung up on us. I wish I could leave 0 stars!!
