This place is happy! If you want Christmas anytime of year, then this is the place to be. The music they play is charmingly nostalgic and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I know its called Christmas Gallery, but this is more like Christmas Extravaganza! You have to experience this place in person. And if you like anything Department 56, then you have to see their elaborate and huge Christmas villages! Oh yes, their Christmas trees are adorned with a plethora of ornaments to suit every taste. One more thing, catch a picture with city themed colorful art cow statue outside. Have fun!

Great customer service. The store has large variety of items to choose from. Something for everyone. If youre into souvenirs for friends and family then this is a must see store.

Lady at store followed my 15 year old daughter around and was extremely rude. My daughter was nearly in tears. This store was a favorite of ours for a very long time. We wont be returning.

Christmas Gallery is a large store, full of all sorts of gift items & collectibles. A friend and I went yesterday to look at their large selection of Christmas tree decorations and creches. We were not disappointed!! The prices may be higher than what you find at other box stores, but their selection of very nice ornaments cant be beat. We had a nice experience upon check out and everyone was friendly. We will return!!

The store has some unique holiday finds, but the woman behind the counter, needs to learn about customer service. Had a horrible experience trying to return an item and instead of being kind and explaining their return policy, she was RUDEolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer. For being a Christmas shop, there was no warm fuzzy feeling from her. Warning you all, before you make clothing purchases, ask them what their return policy is before you walk out the door. It is NOT stated on their receipt.

Was there for 45 minutes and no one even asked if I needed any help. When someone did come up to me they said we closed 2 minutes ago. WHAT GREAT COMSTOMER SERVICE... NOT. Was going to buy all of my in-laws gifts here but now will go else where.

This store is excellent for those of us that cant get enough of Christmas!! If it has anything to do with Christmas, more than likely they will have it!!

Went in for the first time ever this year and will not go back. The lady that was working was not very frien6not only to me, but to other customers and the gentlemen working with her. Not very impressed with all the stuff in there either.

I visited the Christmas Gallery for the first time today. I was initially set back from going after reading all the negative reviews but decided to give it a try. Im glad I did. My first impression was a clean and presentable shop. All of their merchandise is very well organized and nicely displayed. They have product for every type of collector. They do have a variety of expensive items but I did not find them to be overpriced. In fact, one particular item was the exact same price that I had seen at another store. I went on a Friday and the store was not crowded and it was easy to walk around. I had no employees come up to me and hang in my hip pocket. Instead, I could shop leisurly without any interuptions. I purchased a couple of items which they needed to get from boxed new stock they had in the back. Before I made the purchases, the cashier opened each box to ensure the product was in tact and met my approval. I really like the fact they check because it protects the seller as well as the buyer. The cashier was friendly and knowledgable with the store procedures and products. Im glad I didnt stick to the reviews and not visit this store because I had an overall nice experience and will return again in the future. My advice is to not always let others opinions influence your decision. Make your own opinion for yourself because, like in my visit, you might be glad you did.

Dangerous place if you value your money. Itll find a way to disappear in here!
