Cameron was excellent to work with! Very smooth and enjoyable process from start to finish. No pressure, answered all my questions honestly, kept us updated the entire time so I didn’t feel like I was just at the mercy of however long they wanted to take. It was a great experience all around, I was given a copy of the car fax when I asked for it and there were no details that were hidden or omitted from any pictures or information I saw on the car prior to going to the dealership. Perfect! I don’t have the time or the patience for any nonsense and I never felt like anyone was interested in playing games, especially Cameron. I’ve been in sales my entire life and am easily turned away by lack of integrity or an abundance of false salesmanship, Cameron never displayed either of those to my daughter and I and it really made the experience as good if not better than what I hoped for! Experience was great and helpful. The pursuing that Helen me was Hong and helped me with what I wanted and didnt try to deviate from selling me something more expensive. Made the transition easy and smooth. Financing even helped me get the warranty I needed after I told them no and I changed my mind a couple days later. Recommend to anyone who knows what they want!

I got an oil change and that was fine. The only problem I have is the technicians pushing services. I got a brake flush and transmission flush about 2 oil changes (about 10,000 miles) ago, but the last time and this time, I was asked to do them again. I already told them last time that I just recently had them done. They apologized, but they did the same this time. I didnt even bother to correct them.

Eddie at Ancira did a bait and switch on a used vehicle I purchased. All the photos had a tow package; the advertisement on the Ancira website said, in all caps, “TOW PACKAGE”… no tow package. Then he pulled the “well, I can only offer it at this price” while I’m receiving an email from his boss that has the price as $300 cheaper. I will NEVER shop at Ancira again. I will not recommend it to my friends; I would highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle to go somewhere else. These people are liars and cheats and swindlers.

My wife and I attempted to do business with Ancira Nissan, but due to lack of professionalism and common courtesy we received from this location and by Heather Reyes in particular we are glad to say we took our business elsewhere. Not certain of Heathers direct position title, but her abysmal customer and business etiquette speaks volumes of how customer service is with the location. From the low ball numbers we were offered for our vehicle to Being referred to as chicka is beyond absurd and borders upon full on disrespect toward my wife and I. Glad I can say Ive never done business with Ancira and from this experience its sure to stay that way.
The internet price of the vehicle was very good.When they added the extras to the price it was almost $4000 more.$1500 for paint protection$1500 for Lojack$300 for tint$300 for etching the VIN on all the glasses$100 for those special keyed wheel fastenersThese are extras that the customer should agree to.After we left I later realized they didn’t even install the fasteners on the wheels.Checked back with my salesman he said they could mail them to me. I asked them to reimburse me for them and he refused.Just be careful with dealing with them. The “bait and switch” is alive and well.
No Paper work or tag to customer when checked in.No call while or before starting service even though they mentioned that they will call me.I need to call, to find status after 4 hours of drop off .Service manager is good when collecting the car and explained the services performed.

I am not happy right now about waiting 3 and a half hours to be told they have not even looked at my car! Dont schedule services if you are short handed! If I could give 0 stars I would. Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and to have my ac looked at. Yes I was told it would be a while when I came in but to not even tell me anything for this long is ridiculous.

I had an appointment scheduled for 7am so I took my car in the day before. They actually got the job done that same day but no one told me it would get done so I went home cause I’m expecting it to be worked on the next day. They called me at 6:55 pm to tell me it was ready but they close at 7pm. It was ok since I was not expecting it to be ready. I just wished they would have communicated if they knew they could get it worked on that day I would have stayed instead of having transportation arranged for work the next day. But overall great work!

The new service manager is all about making money and not what is in the best interest of the customer. He called and gave us a price, and my husband argued with him that what they were going to charge us for was not the issue, my husband had already checked that. Service manager told me to bring my car in that morning, later that day my husband called to check the status of my car and the service manager told him, “Sir, I told your wide the car would not be put in until 4/5pm that day.” (I was never told that, otherwise we would not have called) and my car was not seen until the next day at 10:00, they wanted to charge me for a rental. Their old service manager was amazing, I won’t be going back to get my car serviced there again.

The service department is a fraud. My car was having a mild vibrating sound when I was turning it on only because someone tried to steal the catalytic converter, and the cover was a little bit loose. When the service department ran the diagnostic, they said I needed to replace THE WHOLE EXHAUST. I didnt believe them my car is only 6 years old, and I took it to a muffler shop, and they looked under the car and the exhaust was fine, the only thing needed was to fix the cover and putting some screws back because it was a little bit loose. I paid $60 instead of thousands that ANCIRA NISSAN SERVICE said I needed to pay for the job. Ill never go back!
So last week I went to discount tire because I had a nail in my tire, they were about to service my tire but could NOT because the key to take off the tires was not in my car. I was very confused as I had not needed to use for my tires but then I remembered I had taken my car into Ancira for a tire rotation in June which is probably when they used it and didn’t put it back. So I call the Ancira and they tell me they have no record of me being there since Feb. when I have a receipt that shows I was there in June for something tire related! So clearly something is wrong with their system. Not only was this a safety issue has a I got a flat tire I would not have been able to change it ! When I got there the person who attended me tried to make it seem like I probably threw it away, which when he showed me what I looked it I had never seen it before nor would I haven’t thrown it away. He told me that they use a master key which they wouldn’t have used mine, so you are telling me that it’s busy and there is no master available you won’t use the one that is on the car. Regardless It wasn’t in my car which means they took it out and never put it back or they never gave it to me when I got my car last year.

Be prepared for the usual car salesman tactics. Outside of my initial purchase its been a pain dealing with ancira. Apparently buying a car and having it registered in another state is too complicated for them to figure out. 2 stars only because my vehicle is nice. However, I would have rather driven an extra 10 hours to get it in state.

Dont think I will be back to the service department here. The people are very nice. My issue was that I had a 10am appt for a battery change. I received that battery here 2yrs ago and they had no info in the computer on that service. They were able to get me a prorated price on a battery I received 4ys ago at another nissian dealer. Anyway appt. at 10am, it is 1:30pm and I am still here. Very disappointing. Like I said people are nice but service is horrible.

Do not fall for there offer to buy your vehicle with Kelly blue book. It’s just a ruse to get you in the door and a scam. After waiting over an hour I was told that they couldnt get hold of wholesalers and offered me half of their email offer.Total waste and no regard for my time. Typical bait and switch auto dealership tactics. I have previously bought two vehicles from Ancira and expected better from you them will never step foot in your dealership again.

I recieved a letter that my car has a recall Saturday and called today Monday morning to get it taken care asap. The service desk/writer whoever answered the phone told me Oh that recall is no longer valid dont even worry about it Im sorry what?! Sure enough I called another dealership and it is still very much valid and needs to be repaired.My initial buying experience with ancira was great and has gone completely downhill since. Never again.

I was disappointed...went there on Buy Back Weekend ...was told to come on in and we will definitely give you a great deal to help us out on our truck that we had bought from them for our needs have changed and the new Titan was working for us. So. I drove over 200 miles to meet them..and guess what, I did not feel they made an effort to offer me a great deal, for it was so fast and was given excuses it wouldnt be good for them. Ummm, with the low and struggle of inventory of my truck, they had one on lot 3 mos, different color and they say could not sale. Wouldnt they want another one, for my truck was a different color and in perfect condition, low miles. Jus didnt feel they couldve given me a far better offer..jus didnt see it after telling me to drive in and well help you!!! Smh...

After seeing the ads about selling my car. Went to their website and submitted everything from pictures to odometer, went through the entire process. Got a quote that look like it came from kbb but it was 2k higher then kbb told me my car was worth. Then I get a text message from Betsy asking if I had both keys? I texted back not to bother me Ill make my decision to sell it and if its to Ancira Ill contact you dont contact me. 2 min later Betsy is calling me asking questions about my car. Now thats a red flag. They dont listen to customers and they start bugging you because they are going to switch things up as soon as they get your keys. Stay away from shady business strategy like whats going on here.

I love the nine-inch touchscreen display and especially the front and backup camera view on the touchscreen display and so many other awesome features I will enjoy using.
