Great options and nice staff. I had the best sundae of my life with an ice cream flavor that the server suggested. Its expensive but thats to be expected on the Riverwalk. Also its a hole in the wall but thats kind of fun too.

We walked a mile from our hotel to get here before they closed and the associate was inside closing 15 minutes early with the door locked. I guess the ice-cream would have been good so I’ll leave 2 stars.

Been and Jerrys ice cream Awesome!!! What more could you want. Service is great. Lots of flavors to choose from. Prices are good. What better way to cool down on a hot day. There should be one on every corner. Nice clean ice cream shop with great people working....

This is the smallest Ben & Jerry I have ever been too, but still has a nice selection of that great ice cream. Coupled with friendly personnel and a fantastic location - next to the Riverwalk and the Hard Rock Cafe - make this a place worth visiting.

Great service! Hannah with the red hair and dimples was the sweetest gal. Clean, friendly staff, and ice cream...yum!!! Try the waffle cones! They bragged about being freshly made and were definitely tasty. Chunky monkey and cherry Garcia are my favs!!!

We had an impromtu visit to Ben and Jerrys with a group of 21 including 17 eighth grade students. The staff was friendly and helpful. They quickly served our group making the experience a pleasant one.

Very good service and the ice cream was very good. I went Friday night about 8:55 p.m. and they served me and my three kids. I was very impressed in there loyalty and good workmanship. When you go in there ask who Ben & Jerry is.

The waffle cones were really good and the staff were okay. They arent super up beat and excited like other reviewers want and youd probably expect from a place like Ben & Jerrys its exactly what Id exoect from a teenage working an ice cream shop. The product is what really matters when you are only in the tiny shape for a few minutes to get your ice cream, so I only took off one star.

As a native Californian and connoisseur of sweets, I love Ben and Jerrys ice cream and have been known to eat a pint for dinner instead of food. That said this store let me down. First the store is small and cramped and probably only has room for 6 or 7 customers to stand in line before it goes out the door. This shouldnt be an issue because an ice cream cone should be quick turn, and likely would have been if the four people behind the counter were working. Unfortunately, some poor girl was trying to handle it all as the line began to form out the door. Once my wife and I got our cones the ice cream was disappointing. I got the tonight dough, my usual favorite, and it was only about half its typical glory. The peanut butter tasted off and the cookie dough was lacking flavor.

Yummy and tastey😋 i would recommend the phish flavor, its a mixture of chocolate and cream ( or marshmallow, i dont remember but it was white) with fish shape chocolate chips!!

They were not friendly at all and did not welcome us in. they were on their phones for a good minute before they washed their hands and then they served us.

It was supposed to open at noon,but it didnt. We waited for about 10 to 15 minutes because we were early. At noon, sharp, the worker opened the door, relocked the door, and dissapeared. We went to haagen dazs instead. On our walk back, we saw the worker unlocking the business. I guess I wouldnt have minded if she just told me what was going on, but she didnt.

They have vegan ice cream, and it’s delicious!!

We went in a few minutes to 9, just before they closed and they refused to serve us because they were closed even though it was before 9 PM. We asked one of the employees what time they closed and the young female stated now. Dont advertise that you are closing at 9 unless you really close at 9.

The best ice cream on this planet. The only problem is that it is very expensive! Small is like $6. It is worth it thought!

No place to sit. Very small. Basic options and much too expensive for what you get. 15$ for two small ice cream cones!!
