I needed to have my dress shoes cleaned and polished for my daughters wedding. The gentleman that works there was very responsive and my shoes looked like new when I picked them up! Great service!

The shoe repair price was reasonable.The shoe repair man did a great job repairing my boot heels.It took a few day but he did a good job.

I came across these amazing boots at Goodwill but the heal was made out of plastic. Found out by falling at a restaurant right in front of a table filled with people. 😫 So I got a few estimates to make them slip resistant. Imperial Boots & shoe repair was my final decision. Besides the, cant beat the price, I am very happy with the quality of work done. This will be my new go to whenever I have problems with my other boots.

I love going here for all my shoe repairs. I found him on Yelp and have been really impressed. He is so friendly and really good at his craft. Hes old school with his repairs, nothing fancy. Sometimes he has fixed them on the spot in a couple of minutes and didnt even charge me. I love going to places like this where they arent trying to make a ton of money to gouge you. They just make the customer their top priority and do great quality work.

This is a great little store that offers a service that is hard to find. I had a pair of sandals repaired and the owner could not have been nicer. My sandals were fixed up good as new for a reasonable price. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs shoe or boot repair.

Outstanding craftsmanship and customer service at unbelievable prices! The heel cap on my favorite pair of suede ankle boots fell off the day before Thanksgiving. I called around hoping to find a shop that could repair it the same day. Mr. Ramirez, owner of Imperial Boot and Shoe Repair, was the only one who absolutely made my day. Not only did he repair, he made them better than when I bought it.

I had a pair of boots from my Grandfather (recently passed) and wanted to resole them from a classic walking heel to a Roper heel and to narrow the width to a D from an E. It was a complete refinish from the ankle down.Absolutely amazing job on a pair of boots that held significant sentimental value! I highly recommend this guy. A true professional who knows his craft.

Good repair, but sub par communication and repair time. Twice Ive been told my shoes will be ready in a week. Ive called to confirm, been told call back in 20 min and then when I call back, they cant find my shoes (even with ticket #). When I call back a 3rd time, Ive been told they will be ready in 2 weeks. The final repair is decent.

Came in for a shoe shine first pair and he did a descent job. Second tims he took 2 and a half weeks to complete. The job he did was half assed. I think he only put a clear cloat o some kind that flaked after the first day of use.

I was unable to get what Im looking for here. (D rings added to a bag to make it a backpack) They couldnt do it but the man who answered was very polite and courteous with my questions.

Until they mess up something bad, I dont see any reason to look further. These guys know what they are doing.
