Chris did a great job moving and redoing the felt on our Olhausen. He took the time to discuss the different standards of rails and bumpers and corrected my rails, at no cost. Cris was great. Not only did he return my call on a Sunday night, he had my order in first thing Monday morning and my pool table was repaired by Wednesday. The results were perfect. Chris was prompt and professional during the movement and instillation of my pool table. Chris explained every step of the instillation process and took great care during assembly to ensure the gaming experience was perfect.
