This location seems to be trying to close or they are purposely really inconsistent. Each time I visit, their items get depleted. Keeping stock on the shelves is inadequate. Other locations dont seem to have this problem, only this location. I wish they would do better because this store is close-by and carries a lot of beads and other items I need.

The employee at the cash register was super friendly! I didnt mind the fact that the prices were a bit high because it was clean, bright & everything was in order.I even found a few other items that Ididnt need but was cute...

First time visiting this store so my better half could get supplies for her first-time cross-stitch.She was buying the items individually, thread, needles, and the hoop were all easy to find, yet the Aida paper wasnt in the same area nor was it in stock, and the staff seemed a bit frustrated to help. Understandably as there were only 2 that we could see, but we were 2 or maybe 5 customers.We never found the fabric we needed, but we had the majority of our supplies. Hopefully any future visits are better.

DO NOT WORK HERE. super unprofessional and with my expierence i was hired and told to wait for a call about my first day and instead i got an email saying my application was passed on! as a customer and previous employee at the joanns at 410 this location has very poor management. the manager melissa first off missed my interview and later i called about my job and she said id recieve a hiring email and i never did. if youre going to work or shop at joanns make sure to go to the one at 410!! the management there knows what theyre doing. hopefully HR will have something to say about this behavior.

The location on the Southeast side needs to provide more training to their employees. The ladies at the counter were clueless about their latest advertisements and where some of the fabric items were. This store is smaller than the other ones in town. Joann Fabric is my favorite place to get fabric.

Today was the worst experience Ive had ever. I will try my best to never go back. If i cant find the product i need from somewhere else ill order online. The guy at the register tried to over charge me by $10. The fabrics i got and the elastic and thread totaled up to $28 and he wanted to charge me $42. I knew how much my total was before i even went to the register. He scanned someone elses ticket not mine and then he had the nerve to be rude to me.

Expensive place for last minute craft supplies-- but better than driving across town to Hobby Lobby or other full-on craft stores.

Very disappointed with deceiving signs that said up to 90 percent off biggest sale clearance what a scam to get people inside store everything was double price and hardly anything in store!!! If you want good prices on fabrics there is a store called Fabrictopia which I found that the fabric price were very reasonable! Joann is history for me!!!

Called to pick up an online order, they said to pull up front and someone will be right out with it. 5 10 minutes later I call back and they didnt even take my name down correctly when I called the first time. Took over 20 minutes to get brought out to me.

The employees in the fabric department were extremely friendly and helpful. If it were only them Id give 5 stars but the cashier and manager were rude. I bought over $300 in fabric and had to ask to have it put into bags. The manager is Ill informed and had a major attitude problem. I will not be back to this location.

I went in today looking for a fabric I can make my first baby girls hair bows. The young girl I asked for help wasnt any help at all. She didnt know much about any type of fabric other than cotton. She was silent the whole time and just kept saying where the cotton was at, which I already knew. I was hoping she could help me out by telling me more of the variety of fabrics they sale and what is commonly sold for hair bows. At the check out this young boy seemed bothered at me telling him I had a couple of coupons to use. He just huffed and puffed about it. Their was not a line behind me i was the only one at the register. He did not hand me the bag just put it on the counter and started walking off. Honestly this type of customer service killed my spirit and made me not want to return.

Love going to this store, I always walk out with more than what I intended on buying.

Today is the second time I have tried ordering Puppy Dog Pals material from here and they have it on sale online but I cannot order it online and when I go to the store the sales lady tells me it’s not available at ANY OF THE STORES IN THE UNITED STATES!! That it could be discontinued! I have been looking at this material since November of last year and both times I try to order it it isn’t available!?! Take it off the website if you do not carry it anymore!!

Great place to go for all your crafts and sewing items. Have so many coupons but they have a rewards card that can never be used. I have received $5.00 on 2 occasions but can not use it because I’m using a coupon. You have to use either one but not both. A rewards is not a coupon, Hello, it’s a reward for shopping there often.This Joanns shelves are practically empty. They hardly have anything here.

Im a yarn collector, lol, and dabble in other crafty things, Im super happy this store opened after the other competitor store closed. Staff are friendly and when using coupons from the app and emails they send, you can normally get a great deal. The selection is small though and they dont let you order off the website and have shipment delivered to this store for some reason, so youd have to pay shipping which is very pricing in this day and age. They do at the bigger ones though? Seeing as the selection is so small, youd think they would.Overall this is my go to craft spot and happy its here. Parking is easy, pricing is fair (only with coupons so download the app)

I always love going to Joann’s for my craft stuff. They have so many sales and great coupons. On this particular day I needed some faux ivy for a few welcome boards my customers were making at my studio. They had exactly what I needed and it was on sale. I also love their selection of chalk paint colors. The only downfall is I own a painting studio and their canvas value packs are way overpriced. At $24.99 it’s a huge difference from Hobby Lobby’s $9.99 sale price that they run all the time. Even with a coupon they still come to $14.99. They do have great sales in Ott lites which are normally super expensive sometimes they are 60% off which brings the price down considerably. Sales on holiday decor are always a plus. They usually put them on sale before the approaching holiday and really reduce the prices drastically after the holiday is over. Of course the variety of fabric is amazing. I already have my eye on some beautiful winter fleece for two sides Christmas blankets.

Trying to buy fabric to make masks for the community, website doesnt work (says not avail at this location on everything I click) so drove down to get whatever they have. Guy doing curb side wont help. If not preordered he wont help you. Told him about website, he says oh well.

Not what I was expecting...... small store not alot of selections on die cuts or clear stamps sets. Heard a lady asking for photo albums and sheets. They dont carry them. More into sewing and accessories. Rewards or coupons didnt help me. Bought hand soap for fall, dont smell any scent for what its called.

Had craft item was looking for. Also, started accepting competitors coupons again!!!

Books & patterns to help you with your projects. A truly helpful considerate staff to help you find just what youre looking for. I gotta say this also. I was disappointed with this store. Being new to this side of town, I was excited to see that there was a JOANN’S close by. I used to shop at the one on 410 for my crafting needs regularly.However, this store carries very little craft supplies (maybe 15%) and the real is all sewing stuff. It’s a great place if you sew...but I don’t. This store isn’t for me.

Visited Joanns for patterns. They have a ton. Not enough employees around to ask questions though. Only saw one employee who wasnt behind a counter. Their patterns are organized fairly well, by number and brand. Unfortunately people take out patterns and dont put them back so there are far to many sitting on the counter not organized.

Walked in and asked about an item. The young lady simply said I dont know. It might be down a middle isle. No help just uncaring and rude. Others may be better in this store.

Today was a day that was rare in this store. They were out of stock or had no selection on no less than 4 projects i was looking at finishing up. 1 or 2 i can see, but 4...i understand it is a small store and there wont be much, but still 4 projects...and no product for any of them. I take the bus and just dont have the time to go to a larger store or wait for an online order to come in.

I love fabric stores and this one is particularly nice. Cashiers are always friendly and there to help you. It is smaller than most Joann Stores though.

First I ordered online for store pick up get there they have no idea what they doing.Have me wait for almost 45 minutes. Then I get home open the box right off the back I can tell it’s been open nothing is sealed the drawstring bag is missing and the press it’s self has dust like it’s been sitting in someone’s home. Isn’t Joann’s suppose to check if everything is there when they take back returned items and notice it dirty. Very upset I don’t live close to a Joann’s so for me to have to drive back is a very big inconvenience for me. I also ordered a mini press cause they didn’t have any in store not a happy customer. Now I remember why I only shop Micheal’s!!!

Went to buy the Cricut Easypress Mini. They had a bunch of card vouchers on display. Went to purchase it and they said they were out. When I asked the cashier why they would have the vouchers there if they didnt have the mini in stock, another cashier rudely answered me. Will either go to Michaels or the Joanns further north in the future.

This store does not advertise the weekly ad prices. The % off is often higher than the ad. At the register they charge more, and I feel like I have to fight to get the advertised price. This is the 2nd time its happened. Cashier has to go to the manager and manager approves it in words making you feel like shes doing you a favor or making an exception. If this store does not honor the weekly ads they should put a notice on their door.

Did not have what I needed for the third time. Very frustrating. Wound up ordering items paying a sizable shipping charge.
