We go to “Will Call” for plumbing supplies weekly.... The man in the back is very friendly and helpful and tries to accommodate us BUT the lady is always in a hurry, not friendly and doesn’t seem to be interested in the fact that you guys called us and said the plumbing part we ordered is not there... Costing us time and delays. She’s actually rude and obnoxious each time I’ve been to “Will-Call”. Otherwise the rest of the team are great. She also gets rude with her co-workers we noticed.

Not a bad place. People are nice an seem to be easy to work with. I do service work for them an there always willing to help out.

They have a good amount of parts, and even parts that you dont find in the big box stores. I go there often, as I do kitchen and bathroom remodels.The only reason for 2 stars is because they take too long to get you ready to go. I cant go in and out in this stores
