We always go there to buy our coffee filters. We have a Bunn and they take a larger filter than what you find in stores. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice assortment of items for every kitchen need.

Unfortunately this place is so well off, they don’t need to have customers actually come in to shop. They refused to let my family come in because we were not wearing face diapers. This is not how we Americans work. We will not submit to tyranny. Shop somewhere else.

I came in for commercial paper towels and walked passed 7 employees before anyone offered to help after I found what I was looking for. That included 5 who made eye contact and looked away, including the cashier nearest to the door when I walked in. The selection is decent and with a big store swarming with employees Im shocked I had to help myself. This will be a last resort for me going forward, more business going to online retailers due to lack of service.**Additional: the paper towels are wrong. Sure wish someone had helped. Ill have to go back to exchange them. Wont ever go back. ONE STAR IS TOO MANY.**2nd Additional: Walter was helpful during my reurn process. Changed to 3 stars for Walter.

These guys always have the best customer service. I run restaurants all around Houston and go here for items for my video game store as well. They’re always so helpful and knowledgeable.

Great place, many items you see in restaurants that you cant find elsewhere. However, weve been here 2 times and each time their computers were down. Staff were forced to write up sales by hand and run credit cards manually. Took forever.

30 year customer No MoreThree trips to attempt to purchase Standard wire shelving.First trip they sold me three sets to discover they only had two in stock. Asked me to return Tuesday when their truck arrives for the one they didn’t have, and I already paid for. Ok. “Bring 3 more sets and I’ll buy those also”(I also bought a $2,500 refrigerator & other small wares)Trip #2 - They only brought the one shorted set.Trip #3- Website says they had a 48” and 60” set of shelves in stock so our manager in their area stops by. The 60” set is USED! Been purchased, scuffed up and returned. I want to buy both along with casters. There is indecision on 10 or 25% off the Used set. This is my 3rd trip of inconvenience here. I’ll buy for 25% off. “No, we’ve decided only 10% off the USED shelves”30 year customer, have purchased opening restaurant complete packages for 3 restaurants.No thanks. I have plenty of other restaurant supply store options.

The workers at this location need better people skills. Go somewhere else if you need any help getting your supplies. The ladies working there act like you are an inconvenience for being there. I guess they dont realize they wouldnt have jobs if it wasnt for the people that shop there. Never again.
