My egg white with avocado and tomatoe bagel was good, French toast bagel and coffee were good.The vanilla iced coffee was delicious.Restrooms were not very clean and employees were not wearing a hair net.

I have been going to Einsteins on Medical Dr for years. Ive never experienced any problems with my order .... until now. This is the 2nd time that they messed up completely. Its so frustrating to pay what I pay and to get to work to find out its completely wrong!!! UGH!

The food is good, but every time that I have come here, it takes forever to get my food.

Order was wrong no cream cheese with order.Went back for replacement. Nova & lox missing capers. I guess better luck next time. Maybe!!!

Freshness and delicious! Dine In is closed due to COVID but curbside and store pickup is available. Outside seating was available but limited with only 3 tables. We visited around 10:30AM and the selection was already pretty low but nonetheless our classics were ready. The heated spinach w/ regular cream cheese is my favorite along with cinnamon raisin.

After finally deciding on getting the value pack of 6 bagels. My wife kindly asked if the young gentleman would split her bagels and toast them. He replied, I can split them & give them to you but I cant toast them because its a bag deal WE WERE THE ONLY ONES THERE !!! ... I nearly left at that point (& probably should have), but my wifes much more patient & kind than myself. I asked to speak with the manager THEN the kid literally ROLLED HIS EYES !!! That was it for me! Im done! I immediately went back to the car! My wife came out with a bag o bagels and explained that the manager apologized and said you can have them anyway youd like. Thank you - but I WILL NOT BE BACK! But my wife will Im sure! GREAT BAGELS - again thank you to the manager for making it right, Customer service could certainly use some work!

Ordered ahead on the app, which worked perfectly! Got the brunch package deal - 2 bagel sandwiches, 2 hash browns, and 2 muffins. Just right for 2 people, and very tasty! 🙂

I have eaten there a lot. New menu started a few weeks ago, not cooked in house bagels, taste like McDonald’s bagels now and price has definitely increased and is super expensive. Really disappointed.

Ordered a vanilla cream cold brew., they just gave me a cold brew with vanilla syrup. No cream. When I asked someone there they had no idea what I was talking about.

They were so sweet! I was having a bad morning and they turned it around. Their food was amazing! Excellent service as well.

Dont bother going there unless youre ready to argue or curse out the employees. Theyll hand you a cold bagel and then repeatedly tell you its hot. Coffee cups have been reduced in size too !

Horrible, ordered a regular bagel, bacon egg and cheese and they gave me a raisin bagel! Drive all they way back wait in line so they can get it right. They give me a free bagel for my troubles and guy says we only have French onion bagels left. Get home and its a cinnamon bagel omg! Your not curing cancer guys! If owners are reading this you need to correct your deficiencies asap! Id give you half a star if I could...

Great staff and nice location. The staff is very helpful and professional. The bagels are good and fresh. For any order in excess of a dozen and some specialty bagels is a good idea to order ahead. Call the store and they will let you know when your order will be ready.

I loved Einstein Bros. Bagels until I discovered a very similar place with better food at similar prices. However, this location is still great. Its in a great spot in the Med Center. I try to stop in when Im in a pinch early in the morning at a dr appointment. Or if Im going to the great comic shop next to it, Dragons Lair. Their service is always top notch. Plus, I know they keep our wonderful doctors and nurses fed and happy.

The All Nighter bagel sandwich is my fav and I was surprised by their vanilla hazelnut coffee, in a good way. :)

My goal is to review both bad and good businesses . This was a bad experience right from entering the door. There was a sign that said only able to pay using the app. No problem, Ill try it out. Come to find out the Einstein App was super clunky and not fun to manage through. After taking 5 minutes to order on the app... then waiting 15 minutes for my bagels. I get home and these bagels are just sad.The bright side. The employees were hustling. However it would have been nice to have a greeter positioned outside to tell me the app... AND APPARENTLY CASH ONLY is accepted.

I absolutely love Einstein bagels however the cleanliness of every location I have visited is sub par. I think it is absolutely disgusting that the surface for cutting bagels is not cleaned or between orders or atleast put down wax paper so that my bagel doesnt taste like whatever was prepared prior to my bagel. I can only stomach this place when I absolutely must have a bagel

Only 3 people were wearing masks...all customers. And the cashier had this beard harboring who knows what? Quality product, socially deplorable.I go in today to get a big container of coffee for coworkers. Everyone has masks on, but the old man getting my large coffee container is not wearing gloves. He then got all the sugars, cups, lids ready. And I watched his thumb count out the lids with. It may be where the mouthpiece is. In times of Covid, should my coworkers put their mouth on his thumbprint?

Wonderful bagels, got a Bakers dozen for a great price to take home, the farmhouse breakfast sandwich and coffee to enjoy in the cafe! All are delicious, service was great and fast. Tables were clean. Coffee hit the spot to keep running my errands for the day.

Loved it great light bagel sandwiches., okay I was bland on my review. Look in my line of work I go to multiple restaurants to inspire myself to make new foods. I work for Silo. I am a culinary hound I love food and am always looking for new ideas. This place was great to me because it had basic old fashioned ideas that will always be classics and it had a passion. I tasted it in each bite. The bagels are moist they are not heavy. I only have one complaint however if this place used a barista for the hot coffee I would be overly impressed. The selections of hot coffee are on a tea urn not at the helm of the the cold coffee area. More and more people turn to cold coffee and thats Starbucks fault. Thing about it ask a Starbucks barista to make a pour over, they look at you like the plague. All in all bagels are amazing. Just up the coffee game. I know based on the pictures in the restaurant that somebody was a coffee connoisseur..

Its a pretty good place. I like the food and the staff always helps out as best as they can. Most of the time I go, they have a few folks making food and one person shuffling between the ordering and payment stations. One station would be quicker at those times, but thats a franchise thing, so theres nothing to be done about it.My only real complaint is that they close at 1500 most days. So I guess my biggest complaint is that I cant go there more often.

Im from out of town and this is probably the best Einstein Bros location Ive been to; it was clean and well stocked. Normally if I go in the late morning half the options are sold out, but they werent out of anything, it was great especially since I was introducing my best friend to it.

First of all, I’m from Denver. We have EBB everywhere and love it! When we moved here, I was sad to learn of the single location off DeZavala. I had an appointment near the medical center and got done early. So I met up with a friend and saw this location was close.We arrived close to 9:30am and there were very few bagels to choose from. The place was pretty empty but was dirty. There were three employees working. One lady took our order, but when went to pay at the next register we had to wait about 5 minutes because the cashier was making a drink for another customer. Then when she was done, she said “oh sorry, can I just cash him out real quick”. Of course we said yes....It took quite a bit for us to get our order, probably about 15 min. It wasn’t that complicated.... bThe icing on the cake was when we were leaving. Two customers were at the counter. Waiting to pay. One lady, who I think was the manager, cashed the out. Another lady was at the coffee station working on their order, and a gentleman was working on the food order. I walked up to the coffee bar to get a bag for an uneaten bagel. I saw the lady, who I presumed to be the manager look at me three times.... and I know the other two saw me as well. A fourth worker, who had obviously had just clocked out, walked right past me. The manager said something to him, looked at me and walked to the back. I waited patiently for over 7 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally, the gentleman working on the food order finished up and walked over to see if I needed something.I was going to purchase a bagel box to take home to my husband and kids, but decided not to. I was very sad as I love EBB. Rude and unprofessional staff. Disappointing.

Went to Starbucks across the street with my wife of course she likes them but mine sucked for the millionth time. They can’t make a damn good cup of coffee to save a life. Saw this place across the street decided to try it and man this is really damn good coffee. Staff was friendly and guy making my coffee made sure I liked it before I left. Stay away from the Starbucks and come here.

Einstein always has delicious, fresh bagels. Their sandwich options are varied, with my favorite being the Farmer breakfast sandwich. I really go there when I want a frosted sugar cookie, though. They have the BEST sugar cookie. Im always a little disappointed if they are sold out.

I went here today (a Sunday) at 10:30am. There was a line of ppl and the the orders were coming out quickly. I had a bagel sandwich, a specialty bagel, and an iced hazelnut mocha. The food came out just as I ordered it and I was very pleased. Staff was friendly. This was my first time at this location and I will definitely be back!I always read reviews before I go to places. The negative reviews below don’t reflect the experience I had here today. Also the bagels were very fresh and delicious.

Placed my order for pickup on doordash and when I got there they said their doordash app wasnt working and they never got my order. Isnt that something you should have reported to doordash so that it doesnt allow anyone to be place an order? Also, you say you couldnt find my order, yet you said you called the customer, which was ME. If you found my number, thrn you must have found my order after all, so then why not make it?

The food is fine. Ive never had particularly good or bad bagels here. The service is always friendly and always slow. When its busy, theyre slow. When theres no one else in the place, theyre slow. Dont come if youre hoping grabbing a simple bagel will be fast.

Just went for lunch. First I wanted tuna and they were all out so changed my order to the humus veg on a toasted everything bagel to go. It took them at least 20 minutes to put the one bagel together and when I finally checked it saf not on an everything bagel. Plus, they forgot the fruit and then did not put in a bag to go. I walked out of there holding a bagel bag which held just three bagel, a fruit cup, no napkins! Probably wont go back soon.

The bagels are great, the Monday bakers dozen special is an easy way to prep breakfast for the rest of the week while still getting something fresh on Monday mornings (when its the hardest to want too wake up and go to work). The location is med center convenient and I personally love the coffee. Always clean with friendly staff!

Really cool bagel spot! Almost all of their bagels are vegan, were talking like 15 options here. They also carry Daiya cream cheese although I think this may be a temporary thing limited time only. Delicious food though and they had almond milk for coffee! Would be five stars if theyd add some tofu or seitan for sandwiches.

I had been in last month and had an awesome experience friendly staff but this past week I went they had a different person in the back I had never seen. The guy in the back did not have gloves wiped his nose with his fingers and then proceeded to go to the freezer, took bagel trays out, and even came to the front and was in the employees face. I am not sure what he was there but as an employee he just waited for you to notice your food was ready. Very sadly will not be going back.

Good food, good service, but the counter they cut/spread on is always FILTHY. They must clean that thing once a week. Very dangerous for people with any allergies. If you care about your foods cleanliness this isnt the place for you. If you dont and just want good food then you shouldnt have any issues.

Every time Ive had anything from here, my experience is bad. Im noticing that hand washing isnt happening. This needs to be investigated, every person Ive talked to has had stomach issues, and the inside almost smells of mold or mildew, Ive got an extremely sensitive nose. Change the management and change the gloves, stop handling raw eggs then bagels. Will warn everyone.

On December 24 l visit this location to buy a gift card for a friend. The place was empty only two other customers were there each on there on table. As l made my way to be counter one of the employees pass me on his way to attend one of the customers. Once l made to the counter l waited and waited to be help or at least acknowledge, the nearest employees was this gentleman counting change on the other side of the counter he saw me twice but didnt said anything. As l waited the other employees were talking to themselves, them an older gentleman came out from the back he saw me in the counter but again didnt say anything. I was at the counter waiting for 2 minutes none of the four employees acknowledge me at all. I guess they didnt want my business.

Came here at 3:12 pm today Monday July 1st and they supposedly close at 4. Well, to my surprise we show up and it’s closed. Mind you it is now 3:15. Ridiculous. Don’t state your hours are one thing when they are not. Will never return, taking my business somewhere local and respectful.

The food and coffee are always delicious but they are always out of coffee, half and half and most of the bagels. It was not even 9 and bagels we wanted were gone. Then they give the last bagel we wanted to someone who came in after and took the bagels to go. They need to be more prepared for the rush.

Yesterday morning, 7am, coffee from EVERY DISPENSER was bitter..ugh. today, even my favorite bagels were an amazing. Sorry

On Mondays they do NOT answer the phone. All u get is a recording saying all team members are busy helping other guests. So if u want to order popular bagels for pick up u have to visit the store twice. Once to make contact w a store employee and actually order popular bagels and then give them time to make the popular bagels (since they are always out of popular bagels on Monday, especially cranberry) and then return for a 2nd time to pick up the bagels after they make them and hold them for u.

My husband and I have been several times in the past few months and every time we go they are out of a majority of bagel flavors. We typically go between 7:30-9am. If you like garlic or everything bagels for breakfast this is your spot. Otherwise, find a bagel shop that actually sells bagels.
