The most trustworthy and reasonably priced shop around! They’ve worked on my BMW 438i for brakes, valve cover gasket and my oil changes. Been coming to them for almost a year now and I’m so glad I found them! They are fast, knowledgeable and like I said trustworthy. If they don’t see a problem they will tell you.They are a huge blessing!

Seriously, I can not recommend this place enough. Labor hour is 130, but they only charged me 70 because they found the electrical problem quick. They were fast. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was done after lunch. No shady stuff at this place. I will be taking my cars here for as long as they are around! Do not listen to the negative reviews. Also, Mark is an awesome guy!

Great service! Took care of my AC problem with no BS, no upsell, no scare tactics pushing toward anything unnecessary. The cost to fix an AC leak in my XC60 and get an oil change was less than half of getting Volvo to even look at the AC. Before the service they said what they thought was wrong based on what I told them and said it likely wasn’t a big deal. They were spot on, showed me the failed parts (common and cheap Shrader valve) and my AC is back to being able to freeze you out. This shop makes me feel good about buying an older European vehicle.

Ive used Euro Care Care numerous times over the years, mostly for our 2007 Volvo XC70. Service is always timely, professional, fair and reasonably priced, and solid technical workmanship.

I was really impressed with my service. From the beginning Joe was very friendly and explained their entire process and what it would take to diagnose and repair my AC issue. He let me know ahead of time what to expect before I even brought my car in and that I appreciated greatly.Update: I took my car to the dealership to get the AC Module programmed per Euro Car Care requests. The dealership said it needed to be replaced. So I had it replaced and then they tried to quote me another $3000 plus dollars saying I needed my compressor and other AC components replaced. I took my car back to Euro Car Car and it was only a $200 small part that needed to be replaced. Now my AC blows like snow. This is a honest place that you can trust. Saved me thousands of dollars!

I dont trust quick lube places on my finicky BMW M5 but I was on a road trip and NEEDED to get it done... I searched the map and found these guys and all I can say is WOW. They know their BMW stuff and even had everything required in stock... they even have the most comfortable couch in the waiting room!

Had my clutch and a flywheel done that cost $2,500 and they forgot to put two pieces of plastic back in place, one was my battery cover and the other was the water shield inside left fender. They did however send me pictures of the old clutch which showed evidence of heat spots, Texas is way of damaging my vehicle when Im pulled up to a red light. Kind of like a laser pen that prematurely damaged and otherwise perfect clutch. I have two other stories to tell about the dishonesty of Texas in the week that I stayed there. They dont understand, when Im at a red light and theyre running my pockets, they dont know that Im an executive of a government that resides over 62 Nations. Texas, youll get yours and youre going to think its not fair but youve had it coming for some time now. You abusive wife beaters

If you have not checked out ECC for maintenance or repair on your Euro, then youre doing yourself a disservice! Ive searched high and low for a mechanic who would treat my car with the kind of respect I expect for something I love so much. This car means the world to me and boy did ECC rise to the occasion. I have a rare 08 SAAB Aero with 150k miles. It has a new engine but many older and deteriorating parts due to the previous rust belt state owner. Things are needing replacing left and right, so value, know-how, and professionalism are EXTRA important to me as the current owner. Joe and the team delivered on all areas for me! Not only do they have a master SAAB mechanic here, but they have parts availability that I cant appreciate more. Its so hard to come by good OEM quality parts, but they were fast! They spurced and replaced my axles and bearings all within 24 hours! That is AWESOME for me. Love these guys, highly recommend for ALL Euro cars. Check them out!

I have older, 1990s, vehicles. The folks are Euro Care keep them running just right. They are very good at suggesting needed work without selling unneeded services which is appreciate. I will continue to have Euro Care look after 1990s euro cars.

Yes five stars!!!At first, I took my Mercedes Benz to the dealership, Hugh mistake!! After the diagnosis check they presented me w an estimate over 2500.00 and several recommendations for another 2 grand. I couldn’t leave fast enough and started asking around about reputable repair shops. A former Mercedes employee of over 10 years recommended Euro car care and let me say, very satisfied! They spent time to go over the invoice and show me all the system checks and all the diagnostic checks, and when I walked out the door my invoice was a little under $1000. Took my 2013 C250 in to get a second opinion after taking it to the Mercedes dealership here in town. The dealer told me my car needed to be repaired which would cost thousands of dollars to get my car running normal again. I spoke with Mark over the phone and explained what the dealer was claiming the problem was. He recommended an oil change be done and start from there. We did what he recommended. It has only been a few days and my car is already driving better than ever. Mark was very informative and professional. Joe the manager was very kind and professional as well. They are very honest and reasonable priced. I highly recommend them to any European owner.

The previous reviews helped me make the decision to call them. When I spoke with Joe and told him my concerns about my car (2000 Audi S4) he recommended performing a couple of checks (power steering and coolant leaks) no one else recommended. Once they confirmed my suspicions I decided to bite the bullet. Joe emailed me an estimate in a timely fashion. I scheduled a drop off and was at ease the whole time my car was there- which is rare for me. He kept me updated as they performed the work and verified there were no other leaks. He even commented, with no prodding on my part, that he treats the car as if its his own. I liked hearing that. When I went to pick up the car it didnt look like it had been worked on- no grease stains, fingerprints, etc. (thats a good thing). The final bill was less than the initial estimate- the perfect example of under-promising and over-delivering! Finding a place for car repairs that you can trust can be a daunting experience- Id rather go to the dentist! I hope they are in business for a long time to come. I was very impressed with the entire experience and attention to detail. I wont hesitate to tell anyone willing to listen what a great experience I had and where they should go if they own a European vehicle!!!!!

After being told by the dealer that my car needed over $1200 in repairs, I took my Volvo to Euro Car Care for a second opinion. Joe was very friendly and helpful as soon as I walked in the door, and I was able to drop off my car as a walk-in customer without a prior appointment. I explained that I needed the scheduled service for the mileage on the car and that I wanted a second opinion on the dealer recommended additional service. Not only was Euro Car a fraction of the price that the dealer charges for the routine maintenance, but Euro Car was able to rule out any unnecessary additional service by giving my car a clean bill of health. They easily saved me over $1,000, as I was only charged $143 for the required service. Best part was that I dropped the car off at 8:30 and it was ready for pickup by 12:30 the same day. I will definitely be using Euro Car again the next time my Volvo needs service.

A CV axle that they replaced failed but was still under warranty. They replaced the part and did labor all under warranty as promised and faster than I expected. The axle failure was not their fault.

Owner said I needed an alternator. The price would be 950 for the part. Plus 150 installation. I priced the same part for only 200. It seems to me that they make a huge profit driving and picking up parts. I strongly encourage people who dont know too much about cars to stay clear from this shop.

Although this is a German car repair shop, not only are they always able to keep my 2003 (220K mi) MB in peek condition, they were able to work on my Honda Civic 2006 (120K mi) AC. For years, I had gone without the AC working in the Honda bc both SA Honda dealerships said that it could not be fixed. Just in passing when I was getting my MB AC serviced I mentioned my issue with the Hondas AC. They suggested they take a look at it and BAM!!!, they fixed it. Both Honda dealerships gave me some convoluted explanation about why they couldnt fix the AC, but Euro Car Care fixed it and now for the 1st time in almost a decade, I get great AC from the Honda. I surely WILL NOT be going back to any Honda dealership in SA for repairs; and I dont go to MB dealership for the free food and snacks; which are not free bc you pay in their prices. Honesty, skill, and friendliness are what you get at Euro Car Care for reasonable prices.

I had to bring my S430 back for a second look at some continuing vibration. This was the same problem that caused me to bring in the car the first time. They thought the source had been fixed before for which I had already paid. Many garages will go on repair expeditions and keep charging more money as they go. Not here. The owner said the car should have been test driven more thoroughly after the first repair. That would have revealed the vibration was still there. On the second visit, the source was found to be a worn out transmission mount which they replaced at no additional cost. This is the kind of honesty that will keep me coming back for years! Theyve earned my loyalty.

Finding a place to work on my 2007 Saab 93 is a difficult venture. So I did some research and found Euro Car Care, and while hesitant at first because I knew very little about the business, I pulled the trigger and took my Saab to them for repairs. I normally work on my own cars, but this was something beyond my level of mechanical understanding. Despite the difficulty finding Saab parts, he had my car ready much sooner than I expected. They did excellent service on my car and I will be taking my other Saabs to this place in the future for any repairs.

There are two aspects which make Euro Car Care a stand-out business. First is the dedication and attention to detail exercised by both the owner, Mark Grabiec, and the service manager Joe Castillo. They are honest, straight-forward and honestly care about their customers. Joe was fantastic to work with! I took my Mini Cooper in with what I assumed was a cracked oil pan or damaged motor. I was expecting to spend a few grand to fix the problems. It turns out the bolt was loose, and I was leaking oil. My car drives better than when I took it in. His honesty, integrity, and professionalism have earned a customer for life!Although I was free to take his phone calls, he said he would communicate with me by email or text if I preferred. THOSE are the options business professionals need. This was just an outstanding experience when it could have gone so bad so easily.

I hate going to get my car worked on! Id always choose me over anyone to do the work. But sometimes.......that just isnt gonna work. You need to bring it in. Ok..Ive been going here for 12 years... 11 years with a Volvo 2 years with a Benz...These guys Mark,Lelah,Joe ...are the most honest Car Brainiacs in town! I will never take my pristine vehicle anywhere cause this place is family and they have kept me on the road amazingly and fairly for over a decade.

When the A/C in my 2000 Volvo stopped working I contacted several repair shops in San Antonio including the Volvo dealer. Although I explained that it might only be a minor repair as there is a common problem related to the clutch with this model car, everyone told me I would need to replace the entire air compressor and was quoted prices well over $2,000. When I contacted Euro Car Care I spoke with Mark who advised me I probably only needed work on the clutch and he would do his best to fix the issue. Sure enough, Euro Car Care fixed the A/C for under $200. They are clearly experts in foreign cars and very honest. I have since had them perform two more repairs which I was quoted by others over $500 to fix. My cost at Euro Car Care was $128 and done the same day. I wish I had known about this place when I first purchased my vehicle.

Called to find out if Euro Car Care has personnel on staff that are experienced in common Mercedes Benz frontend wobble/vibration problem. Could not get a straight answer. I am fully aware that a number of conditions can cause this problem. Euro Care personnel were only interested in making an appointment one week from call date. Not! a good first-contact warm fuzzy feeling. Was more looking for Yes, weve had a number of those complaints in our shop and we successfully cured 60%, 80%, etc. of the conditions. Like most owners I was not interested in a mechanic honing (learning) their skills on my vehicle with my nickels and time. Either you are very familiar with the conditions that can cause this problem or your are not! And give me an indication of your past successes.

Ripoffs. Watch the pricing, friendly staff but they will gouge you. They charged me $75.00 for a light bulb that I later found at another Benz shop for $18.00... and it came from germany!! And $60.00 to install!!!! Have an idea of cost before you go..be careful.
