Parts/service departments typically get a bad rep, charging too much or what not. My experiences with the service department have been massively varied. One time, I got a free oil change and wash. After scheduling another one and arriving on time, they left my car for an hour and a half and when I brought it up, no one seemed to remember about it. I took my future appointments to the north side of town to Dominion Ridge and loved it there.This week I came back to see if they could see what was wrong with my AC. I told them it all varies if its hot or not if it acts up, but they said they would try their best. I brought it in and they didnt find anything wrong with the system. They drained the refrigerant, refilled it, and changed a cabin filter for just shy of $100. They assured me they charged the least amount they had to for not being able to find the problem. Shocked at a $100 filter change I wanted to buy a drain plug which I had been slowly stripping through multiple changes. It was twice the price online.Im not saying dont come here, rather, just expect mediocre service and a good car wash that is pretty pricey. Dominion Ridge will be my only servicing department moving forward.

North Park Subaru Service & Parts needs to be a weighted reason of consideration when purchasing your next vehicle. These guys are the best in the business and words nor any praise I could give them in this review could possibly relay the high esteem for which I have for this team of professionals. North Park Service & Parts are best in the business and if I moved away, I would still drive back to San Antonio just to utilize their facilities. They are THE BEST HANDS DOWN.

Ive been trying to order flange bolts from this department since last week. They never answer their phones, put you on hold, and forget about you. I do not recommend dealing with this department.
