I went to about 5 scrap yards down this road, and this one was the best. The guys upfront were really helpful. They gave me a great price on the part I was looking for. I would recommend stopping here first if youre looking around for parts.

I needed a small fitting for a powersteering pump. I couldnt get the fitting online. These guys went above and beyond to find the part I needed. I think a lot of other places would just say they didnt have it so they wouldnt have to mess with such a small part. These guys took the time to really help me out.

Great customer service. The best part was the Staff there didnt make me feel like I was bothering them when I called. Many of the salvage shops in this area have a tone in their voice that you are inconveniencing them when asking for a part. Not here... Not only did they have what I needed, but when I picked it up, they had it waiting for me ready to go, and even asked if I needed help securing it to my vehicle. I really appreciated the friendliness.

There was a miscommunication on the part with the salesman over the phone. After driving 5 hours to get there it was the wrong part. Then I spoke with the owner. Turns out the part was more expensive and at another location, however, he honored the cheaper price orgininally quoted on the phone, and I left town with the correct part, with fewer miles on it! I was very thankful he did what I felt was the right thing, without conflict. I wish he was closer to me on my area, Id buy all my parts from him! Its the next day, the transmissions installed, and it works perfectly. Thank you!

My car broken down about 60 miles outside of San Antonio and needed a new throttle body. I called around and was told that they have the part. So I drive the hour in a friends car to pick up the part. When I get to the mechanic shop he tells me its the wrong part, its not even for the right model of car. I call them and tell them what happened and they refused to give me a refund because he said they have Have another one at the store that will work and I can come get it or give me store credit. I told him how far away I was and how its not feasible/reasonable to drive 2 hours round trip to fix their mistake, not to mention the mechanic closes in less than an hour. I dont even live in San Antonio so store credit does me no good. He refused to budge, so Im stuck with this part and had to get the part special ordered and stay the night in another city due to their mistake. Terrible service.

ALLIED AMERICAN COST ME ALOT OF TIME AND MONEY.Sold me a bad part refused to return it. Came up with every excuse why the part was good and I was wrong.the owner Tried to re-SCAM me by requiring that I send the car to his mechanic before I could get a refund but I would have to cover the diagnosis if his particle was good wich it wasnt lIke im gona trust his buddy to cover me. Ended up having to buy another part to finish the job.
