When a big rock bounced off a truck and hit our van windshield on the freeway, I was upset. Our insurance deductible is $500, so I knew we would be paying for this all out of our own pocket.I called around to try and find a good auto glass company as well as one that wouldnt charge something outrageous. Safelite came in as by far the most expensive - about twice most of the other quotes. Glass America had good reviews but was also significantly more than other quotes. Auto Glass Pros was one of the least expensive quotes. They were also the ONLY auto glass shop that called me back when I left a message - all the other places I left messages at never did call me back.Even though I couldnt find any reviews online, I decided to take a leap and go with Auto Glass Pros because they were friendly and responsive on the phone. I got a quote and then called back to schedule an appointment. They answered the phone even on a holiday and made an appointment to come replace the windshield on site the very next day.They arrived EXACTLY on time, and told me EXACTLY how long it would take. They were even on the fast side of their estimated range. And even though the windshield my van needed (2002 Honda Odyssey) ended up costing them more than they expected, they still honored the price they quoted to me. They even took the time to save some windshield stickers that were fond reminders of the place from which we had just moved, even though I told them that they didnt have to.Finally, they gave clear instructions on how to take care of the windshield for the next couple of days to insure the best seal and explained exactly why each of those actions mattered. The windshield looks like new, my van is in great shape now, and they saved me lots of money over the other quotes I got. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again, although I hope my windshield stays away from any more rocks so I dont have to. :)
