My insurance recommended Service King, so I went with them and was unsatisfied with the work. I gave them a bad review, but come to find out that they guy who usually overlooks the work was on vacation. Great experience. On the highway a truck decided to not close his tail gate and a piece of a pallet came out hitting the front of my camry. Took it here and within a week they repaired everything including the front end camera. Kept me informed the whole time of what was going on. Great experience.

First time customer at Service King and Im very impressed with the quality of their work and attention to detail. Ethan Brooks was extremely professional and attentive, he kept me updated throughout the whole process and even polished my driver side headlight himself to minimize the contrast to the newly replaced passenger side headlight. Excellent service in my opinion and I will definitely return for any future repairs.

Was very nervous about getting a good color match for my car due and missing work dropping off and picking up my vehicle. They color matched my car perfectly, they were prompt with drop off and pick up. They also worked with the rental company to pick me up and also to pick up my rental car. This allowed me to complete the process without asking family for rides to help.
Not very proficient with my estimate. I went in on a Friday and they said they would email me the estimate and that was almost 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received it yet. SMH

He took the time to walk and inspect my vehicle and addressed different areas of what he was looking at. For the second time in 2 months I just received my car back from Service King. Ethan, my advisor was again wonderful and on top of things through out the process. This second time Ive had my vehicle fixed is from horrible hail damage. When I received my car back (earlier than expected) it looked even better than it did before! I am grateful for all of the staff and their hard work and dedication to my customer satisfaction. Ethan offered a helping hand in removing my items (but luckily this time my son had helped me get most of it out before picking up the vehicle). The situations that lead to both my trips to the shop are frustrating but Service Kings staff all made it much easier to deal with. Also note, they communicated and took care of all the Insurance details, I only had to wait for my vehicle to be fixed. As my vehicle was done early and traffic was too bad to get to the shop in time, Ethan and my insurance company gave me til the next day to pick it up without any extra fees tagged on.Again, thank you Ethan and Service King staff for making this ordeal with my vehicle less stressful. Keep up the wonderful work.I cannot speak for other locations but this specific one is worth your trust.

They do the job well. I had a minor issue but they fixed it very quickly. They will go out of their way to help you get everything settled pertaining to your repair. GM is very helpful as well. They did great work on my vehicle

We dropped a vehicle off Feb 14th, we were told it would be ready today and if not they would call and let us know. Apparently they were not open on time, not enough people on staff on a Saturday, and the vehicle is not ready. The rear right window is missing, taped with plastic and its been raining. What was a minor mishap has taken almost a month and now probably has water damage. And vehicle is clearly not ready.
I just want to take a moment to brag about Ethan from the Ingram location. My wife left today with our car and was so happy with the results. She went to get an oil change and afterwards noticed that there was something not right with our AC panel. She returned the the Jiffy Lube on Potranco to ask if they could review the cameras and ask employees if this may have been done on their behalf. Jiffy Lube let her review camera footage with them and the cameras were not in a position to where the inside of the car could be seen. Jiffy Lube kept denying and holding firm on their answer that it was not done there. My wife then returned to Service King and let Ethan know what happened. Without hesitation, Ethan took the car to the back and had the crew work on it immediately. Every step of the way, he would go in and show her what was going on with pictures or with the part. He took care of this for her at no charge and we are very grateful for his kindness and understanding. We will be recommending this location to all of our family and friends.

Great job, fast service, cant tell any repair was made. Will definitely go back!...After tire blowout incident, I did go back. Once again, great service, great repair. When I pointed out a minor damage that was not on car when I dropped it off, they repaired it on their dime. I am referring my friends here and will continue to use this repair facility.

Lovely people to work with. I was expecting long waits but everything was finished quickly and efficiently. The gentleman who helped me on the 21st or 22nd of August with my Rav4(Hector or Mike??) was excellent. He was able to buff out a scratch and I was able to drop my claim. Dont take your vehicle here worst experience I had my car taken here to get it fix from a collision took it in and when I got it back from the repairs I notice a bubble on my bumper and scratches on my hood my car had crumbs in the seat like if someone was eating in my car also got my keychain stolen I was told they will go ahead at replace it but never gotten replace I called and had the person I was dealing with to give me a call back never did they dont respond to any phone calls so Im done dealing with them I dont even want to call and complain anymore cause its not like its gonna be repaired ... I would not recommend this place at all !!

I took my car here after an accident. My car then became a totaled car after a week and a half. As I came to gather my belongings from my vehicle, Chad (supervisor) was really rude and excluded himself from the situation. I had a knife on my car. It disappeared. I asked him if he knew anything about it and he just shook his head and said nothing. Very rude service and not trustworthy. They will never get my service and I will never refer them to my friends. Dont go to this location. Go somewhere else.
I took my car in for body work after an accident, and it hasnt stopped being a hassle since. They had me wait several days to even hear any news about my car. Upon finally hearing the news that it was totaled, we bought it back and the insurance provided another tow back to my home. Unfortunately, they LOST MY KEY in their office, and couldnt be bothered to look for it until AFTER they had dispatched the tow truck without it, and with the wheels crooked on the flatbed!Sure enough, right AFTER the tow guy struggled to get the car straight and near the curb for about a half hour, they call back and guess who has the key! Gross incompetence has made sure Ill never bring another repair back here.
Drop off appointment was no problem (Star), they kept me informed via text messages (star), I received a call the day the repair was scheduled to be completed to let me know the car would be done on-time (star), there was a little pimpling at the sight of the repair but nothing that wouldnt blend into a car 4 years old (star). I would use this location again.
Terrible Service. I took my car to get repaired after an accident and when I got my carback only one headlight works and the engine light is on when I contacted the manager he said someone would call me and a tech would be sent out to fix the issue. We got no call and this is the second time getting the run around. This is extremely unprofessional and we will be going to the police to file a report at this location then will be persuing a lawsuit against service king unless someone wants to help us.Again this is extremely unprofessional and we have already got warnings from police about the headlight.One star is being generous.
Brought my Flex in because I rear ended someone. Car was driveable no real significant damage, no broken light just a bent bumper and dent in the hood of the car. Next thing you know, the cars frame is bent, the impact bar needed to be replaced, the front light that was working just fine needed to be replaced, and the wheel was bent which cause it to vibrate. I found that odd since before we took the car in we went on a road trip to Nebraska and the never vibrated even when going 85 mph. Everything else that neede to be fixed was small. Biggest issue was the engine had to be taken out so it could go on the frame machine since it was bent a little bit. Finally get the car back it looks great and all. Take it home no issues. Wake up to take little girl to pre school get in car put it in reverse aaaaaannnnnddddd there is a series vibration that was never there before. Bring it back let them know and pretty much was told that if it wasnt caused by the accident then its not their problem and if Insurance company decides that it wasnt caused by accident Im stuck with the expense of having something fixed that most likely occurred when they took my engine out. Once again took car on a road trip and it was just fine, even had to tires changed and balanced after accident and before the roadtrip and taking it to the shop. Im not happy at all about this. I feel someone dropped the ball and its being covered up since it wasnt accident related.
Apon picking up my car i noticed it had a lot of compound residue. It was very noticeable around the driver door. Also hand prints on glove box, sun visor, and all radio knobs. ( white hand prints) from compound. When only the driver door was worked on nothing esle should have been touched. They went through my car. Not a trust worthy place i will refuse to take any of my vehicles here or any Service King.
We requested this place as they did a good job on a different vehicle we had taken there. Went to pick up car today and they only painted three quarters of the bumper! Why? I was extremely disappointed and even more disappointed with the reason the manager gave. Shameful.
Service king was subletted out to perform work on behalf of Hill Country Honda on my 2018 Honda Accord. The work being performed was for broken rear windshield and a dent that had occured when the window was damaged by a bullet on the 4th of July. (Bullets come down folks).Anyway, in the process of fixing the dent and replacing the window they somehow damaged the trunk lid by scratching it. The vehicle is brand new, there was no damage to the trunk prior to this. They returned the vehicle to Honda WITH the scratches still there. Honda was upset and returned the vehicle immediately to be taken care of properly.Service king then proceeded to try and wet sand and buff the scratches out. They were unable to. I know this because I called them directly. They informed me they had to repaint the trunk lid. They informed me the trunk lid would be done the next day. It was, but when Honda received it for the second time it was even in worse condition than it was originally in. From Hondas mouth they said it didnt even look like they tried to paint it. Mind you, the trunk had nothing to do with the original issue.Anyway, now Honda is thinking or has dropped Service king as a contractor for body work and now theyre trying to save their reputation. Im sorry but if youre in the body shop business and you cant keep from creating new issues in areas where there were none than you have no business being in business. If you cant paint a black car black and make it look right than you dont deserve to be in business.I knew this would happen when I found out who they brought it to so I was prepared for the disappointment. Ive had Hondas loaner for almost a month now and Hill Country Honda has been the best dealership Ive ever dealt with, bar none. But Service King, you have failed on so many levels Im almost surprised youre still in business.

This is definitely not somewhere Id take my car to again. I took it in for hail damage repairs and ended up with more issues. When i took my car to my appt I was first greeted by a man whose name I cant remember. He was friendly though was having some trouble finding my appt. Then a woman (I believe her name was Sharon, though Ive tried to wipe her & the experience from my memory) was asking, not so pleasantly, if it was her 4:30. I hadnt had a time in my calendar so I just brought it in prior to work. I asked if I should bring the car back and was ignored. As she tried to walk the guy through the process (hemming and hawing) I asked again if I should just bring the car back later, to which she unconvincingly replied it was fine. When everything was worked out she took me through the process, during which she was borderline rude. I just kept my mouth shut because I figured she was still miffed about me bringing the car in earlier than it was supposed to be. She seemed to calmed down a little as time went on and was almost civil by the time we finished. She explained that I would be getting a text (which I didnt get until I picked up my car), but to ignore the time table since nothing was for sure. The receptionist had called Enterprise to come pick me up (which is a nice touch on their part) and off I went. After about a week I received a text saying she was having trouble getting a hold of my insurance company. She said that she this is the reason she had called; however, I never had a call from her or a voicemail. I quickly realized that every time shed send a new text it would come up as a new number so chances were I ignored the call because it was a weird number and since she didnt leave a voicemail I was left clueless. There was a bunch of going back and forth that I will spare you since this is already long, but it took 2 weeks to get the approval :(. Then 2 weeks after that I received a phone call from my insurance company telling me that my request to extend my rental was denied. Of course I was a little confused since I had never requested an extension. When I called I got a whole story about it already being extended then another extension being denied. While on the surface this seems considerate of them to take the trouble out of my hands, I was a little concerned that they could just make requests on my behalf (without my knowledge) to my insurance company. So again more back and forth, and then after a total of 35 days, it was time to pick up the car. Sharon was nicer this time (it was in the afternoon, which ive learned is the ideal time to talk to her). She walked me through the repairs, told me that the check engine light was on, but she had checked everything to make sure they hadnt done anything and it just needed a oil change. I thought that was a little strange since I knew I had just got an oil change, but I just rolled with it. Got in the car and drove away. Thats when I noticed my temperature display wasnt working. I decided to take it straight to the dealership. He informed me that some stuff had been knocked offline and I would have to bring it in to have it looked at. We made an appt for the following Monday and I gave Sharon a call to let her know. She was less than enthused that something could be wrong with the car. Even though she had told me something was wrong and just said it needed an oil change. She said if they thought it was something they had done then to give her a call. Fast forward to the call from the dealership where they asked me if I had any recent body repair work done. I had and I gave Sharon a call. Again had a less than pleasant exchange to which she said she wanted to talk to the dealer. I gave her the name of the Service Advisor and the number and never heard back until after calling multiple times I reached her. Needless to say they wouldnt do anything about it and made an attempt to put in a claim through MY insurance. (cutting it short because Google wont let me put in the whole thing, so JUST DONT GO HERE!
If could give no stars i would....i was hung up on...and when i went in person wait 20 mins in the waiting room and no one even asked if i need help and the part they replace went out in the same week....i did talk to management

Terrible Service! The manager, Mike, did nothing but shrug me off and lie to me the entire time they had my vehicle, and they took about a week and a half longer than they told me it would take. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
